I purchased my 2016 GMC Terrain SLT in 2018 as a gently used vehicle with only 21,000 miles on it. I never had issues with it. I kept it regularly serviced and had to replace tires. At now over 93,000 it has been a comfortable and very reliable car. The only feature I wished it had was rear air conditioning. Living here in the SE it gets hot and it takes a “minute” to get the back of the vehicle cooled down. However, I rarely have back seat passengers, and thankfully, the really hot weather lasts only a few months! I have been very pleased with this car and would recommend it to others. I traded it in a week ago for a larger car only because I need the room for a grandchild, and my elderly parents.

Jonny and the crew were so easy to work with. I had my eye on a Lyriq for some time and North Bend Chevrolet always seemed to have the most inventory and best prices. When a car arrived that fit my requirements the dealership went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I spotted a car I was interested in on Craigslist and came in to check it out. I was immediately presented with the CarFax and allowed to see the car. I live 2.5 hours away and was able to place a deposit and set up a day to finish the sale. My sales associate, Chase, was professional and responsive to emails. He had my paperwork ready to go when I arrived, and it was quick and easy (though I hope I'm not doomed to being hounded by the third-party extended warranty provider). I did not have an outside inspection done on my vehicle (the service records in the CarFax were pretty complete), but someone asked about having one done while I was there and it didn't seem to be a problem. I am happy with both my vehicle and the purchasing process.

I bought this truck new, mfg Mar 2012. It was still on the dealer lot Feb 2013, only 50 miles on it. A few minor repairs, had to replace the in dash entertainment unit due to burnt out bulbs, also having burnt out dash bulbs, headlight switch, drivers door switch panel / cluster. A few minor bugs during the first 30,000 but under warranty so not a cost issue. The " soft brake pedal " issue was resolved very early on by having the dealer replace the master cylinder. The only real problem is the " Passlock " security issue, once in a great while the truck will not start, somehow " it thinks " it has been tampered with / broken into, the small red car / lock dash light will be on, the indicator is on the right / bottom of the speed indicator. If you turn the key on, then off and wait 10 minuets then it starts fine, this has happened even while parked in the garage overnight, so I know for sure the vehicle has not been tampered with. This is a known GMC defect if you search on the internet and a forced recall should be done about it. The truck has a very nice and smooth ride, the 5 cylinder has plenty of power, highways and mountain roads are no issues at all, when I did replace the tires I purchased a premium 80,000 mile for a better and smooth ride, I still have the original shocks on it I now have 150000 miles on it, I follow the maintenance suggestions closely, well taken care of, I always get looks and complements where ever I go. The dealer I purchased from sucks ( Earnhart ) so I have to use another GMC dealer, and GM / GMC corporate was no help either, customer support sucks. Overall if you have one of these older Canyons or Colorados and you drive it normally and follow the maintenance you should get a long life from it, I use a premium oil and filter, change the air filter every 10,000 and keep up with the other fluids, I still have the original brakes on it, using a good / high cost premium wax every year and a light touch up every six months has kept it looking like new. The new and overhauled 2015 models seem nice, I may look at those if I ever need to replace this one.

I visited Gene Pankey Motors after seeing some vehicles on their website that seemed interesting. There was no pressure, everyone was nice, it was a small store and they explained the care they go through to find these cars that it seems would be difficult for a "big dealership" would struggle to do when going through so much more inventory. I would normally be a little bit more skeptical about the little dealerships, especially on South Tacoma Way. They had the best interest rates around, and shopped me with all the best rates at all the credit unions in the area. After making my decision and applying for financing I was approved and able to leave in about 35 minutes to sign all the documents. It was nice not having to spend all day at a dealership. Glad I stopped by this place.

This wasn't the vehicle I'd gone to the lot to see... But it was parked 2 vehicles down, and the price was $3000 cheaper!! It even has more bells and whistles than the Toyota I'd initially planned on getting. Awesomeness!!

Sales people were friendly, especially the man from NY, and the sales guy, I bought a Honda Odyssey from them the next day I took it right into the dealer for an inspection, all the fluids needed to be changed, that's something i think they should have done before putting it on the lot, but other than that the van seems fine so far

This is a wonderful family car. We raised our 4 children driving this vehicle. This is the 2nd Yukon XL we have owned. We have moved kids to college, towed hauls and driven cross country several times on family trips. LOVE this car!

Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

I bought this truck May 2005 my retirement present after 20 years in the Navy. Its a beast i still have it! I garaged it for a few years. It still workingvas a champ Named it Big Bertha Interir is a bit beat up a few small dents on bumper I added a ranchhand rear bumpers its super strong I dont think i will ever sell it!!!! I bought our 2007 Yukon XL Denali in 2018 when it was 11 years old. I bought it with 192,000 miles as a 2nd vehicle, and it now has 242,000 miles and is our primary traveling vehicle. It is by far the best family vehicle I have ever owned. I did some maintenance to it when I first bought it, such as front suspension work and a few other things, but it has been absolutely reliable and has never let us down in thousands of miles of road trips. We have two kids, and often take trips with our in-laws, so all six of us fit in comfort plus the dog. Best of all, when it does need maintenance, everyone and their sister knows how to work on it, and parts are cheap and widely available.

Told myself I was only window shopping. Two hours later, I’m financing something shinier than my future. Sales team deserves an Oscar for best performance in “Convincing Mike.” Five stars, no regrets!!!!

I've owned my 2015 Acadia Denali since 74900 miles were on it and it drives great! I hear things on its quality but in my experience it's been a joy to own.

Came here for a really great looking Ford Explorer, the salesman Will was great and had paperwork for the recent suspension components the dealership replaced after finding some issue during their safety inspection. Ended up going home with the rig. I absolutely love it!

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

I purchased my 2010 Sierra in 20111/2 35,000 miles,l now have 241,000 miles it’s not a work truck other than maintenance repairs it’s been a great truck. I have to say it still runs great,sounds good. I’d buy another one!
