I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

They were very helpful quick to answer calls and tried to do all they could do to help me out

I've had this truck for over 10 years, and holy cow it will not die at all. It has been in 3 wrecks and through the mud ect. Even if it "breaks down" it wakes back up in 2-3 minutes, my big GMC has gone through a lot in it's life time, pulling out cars and trucks bigger then it out of the mud. It even towed my 03 Ford F150 to a shop when it wasn't working, MY GMC WON'T DIE

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

Our 2021 Terrain SLT is really a nice auto. Gets great 30 MPG approximately, But, 0 to 60 is lacking horsepower. Great Little highway auto. Comfortable.....

Their customer service is just wow! I unfortunately couldn’t purchase the car same day but the service I received was unlike any other. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all, no one judged me or treated me differently. I’ve experienced horrible service in other Toyota dealers but not this one. HIGHLY recommend.

25 000 miles on it so far No issues at all Power is fine Bluetooth is terrible Memory seats need work Lumbar is a bad design

my experience was genuinely great. Belendy was on point from the moment I walked through the doors, and I appreciate how seriously he took me throughout the entire process. I had been to multiple dealerships, but this was the one where I felt the most comfortable and I truly think he played a big part in that. We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

The GMC Terrain is a very dependable auto that I have had no issues. The model is the AT4, which has the headsup display. Interior is nice with leather and all the electronics options.

I am very impressed with their inventory for used cars. I was able to find all of the vehicles I was considering in one place. The prices are very competitive but the condition of their used vehicles is far superior to that of the other dealers I visited. The staff members are very professional and friendly. I did not feel pressured. I love my 2018 GMC Acadia just wished windows were tinted and had a tv for kids and grandkids overall I have had this truck for 2 years and I Love it and use it for family drives cuz of how much room it has I have even used it for work meetings and we all travel to the meeting together .

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

Seemed to be good folks but they did low ball trade in value on my C7 2019 Corvette with 3LT. Others had offered $3-$4,000 more but they dd not have trade I wanted. So I passed.

Taking it on road trip Oklahoma to Key West Florida w/ stopover in Tennessee. I am getting 30 mpg running 75 mph. It handled like a dream going through Smokie mt. I was getting 32 mpg there. I like the ride on the interstates & I love the adaptive cruise control.

Bought the car CPO in summer 2021 with 38k miles. Now being summer 2024 with 90k miles and I’ve mostly had good luck with the car and its components. I have the extended warranty through 100k miles but I feel like all American cars are built to fail after the warranty runs out. Overall great car: I have the 2.0L turbo engine with 9 speed auto and AWD. AWD is great when turned on, grips the road well, and to be honest the 2.0L has a TON of power; way more than you need for a compact SUV! I had a quick issue around 65k miles where the service traction control and stability light came on for 15 minutes. Dismissed itself and haven’t had an issue since. At 75k miles, it was during the winter time, the car would display “park break realized” and “service traction control” when the auto start stop would kick back on (there’s no way to shut off the auto start/stop system). No issues and lights but the messages would pop up and dismiss themselves. Little did I know it was my battery dying and my mechanic said “some wires were loose” and he tightened them up. Haven't had an issue since I got a new battery. Last thing that happens is sometimes when you have Apple CarPlay going and you unplug the phone, the infotainment system will freeze and no Bluetooth, usb, or CarPlay will work for the reming duration of the ride unless you stop the car and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. Simply shutting it off and turning it back on never worked. Overall I give this car a good rating for 0-100k miles. I am pleased with the car but looking for something bigger soon. I think I did overpay a bit for it ($30k for 38k miles) since I got it summer of 2021 when new cars were nonexistent!

I have owned my Terrain for 3 months now, and am absolutely in love with it. Super smooth, great pick up, and I get a lot of complements on both the exterior and interior design. I average 26.3 MPG city and highway combined, which is not bad considering I live in Florida so my AC is never off in the car.
