Used GMC passenger vans for sale near Lumber City, GA

I've dealt with better. Not completely negative of an experience. Not the best either. Their service dept seems to be slacking. How do you put a car on a lot for sale with a check engine light on? I can see when it was last cleared. Not very long before I bought it. Salesman trying to tell me the engine isn't getting up to temp because it's cold outside. No. It's a bad thermostat. Headlight wasn't plugged in. And WAAAAY out of alignment. Their cars are supposedly looked over with a xx point safety check. I doubt that. Looked over, cleared codes, topped up fluids. Put an oil change sticker on the window. But did they really? It looks clean so I assume so. The detailers did a FANTASTIC job!! This car was super clean!!

THEY ARE GREAT AS A DEALERSHIP AND AS STAFF not only have they made my day and made everything easy they have the best staff and all are very helpful and really get what you need . My sales person phill was such a great help and his coworker ian was soo nice also the first time i came in . Really highly qualified staff who actually know what they are doing. The sales persons also actually see what you need not just selling you a car and done . Their owner matt is the most down to earth guy and he is there in every step of the way and cares about what you actually need . Believe me when i say this i took my car faster than anything i do in life. THANK YOU VIDEON

Visited Goodguys Motor Company to look at all wheel drive vans. Art and Brian were both very helpful and they had even a bigger selection than I thought. I will definitely be buying a van there soon. Would highly recommend them to anybody.

I like it. I actually had an older model and I upgraded it to have the 8 door. I only use it for family vacations. It's great for road trips. It has a smooth ride. It's very spacious and comfortable

Brian was very helpful with my purchase of the AWD cargo van that I picked out, had it shipped to me in Michigan all went smooth. I real like the AWD van it is the only way to go in the tough winters here in Michigan.

Great service as always. I would only ask that service techs make sure they clean off the oil pan after changing oil/filter so it does not drip/pool on the garage floor when I get home. Otherwise, outstanding! Thank you.

While buying my used car, I dealt with Kevin over the phone because I live out of state. The transaction was extremely smooth. Being for out of state, I asked questions about the car and he was extremely knowledgeable. He helped with the financing and arranged for shipping. Throughout the whole transaction, he was like dealing with my own brother. I want to say thank you to Dillon's and especially to Kevin for making this so easy.

This is an outstanding used car dealership. I just cannot say enough good things about them! I have owned many cars and have dealt with many dealerships, but the owner of Excellent Motor Group is by far the very best person I have ever purchased from. He is the most knowledgeable, has the most integrity and honesty, works unbelievably hard, and is the most kind used auto dealer I have ever seen. This is what he did for me: I went down to buy a Ram Promaster cargo van. He worked very hard for me, making calls for about 3 hours to find a lender for me, but my credit wasn't good enough to qualify for the loan. So he showed me a Ford Transit cargo van he had on the lot which was a little older. I still couldn't qualify, so he dropped the price so I could qualify for the loan. Then I tried to pay the down payment with my debit card but couldn't pay the whole amount because of the limit on my card. I called my bank on the mainland to increase the limit, but it still didn't work. Then because of the time difference, my bank closed for the day and I couldn't call back. Then he let me use his computer to login to my insurance carrier's website, but I had trouble getting the lienholder's name and address to show on the insurance binder, so he sat down with me and helped me very patiently to solve the issue and get the insurance binder and my insurance cards and documents printed out. Then he drove me all the way across town to the lender's office, introduced me to the lender and explained the process, then waited for me while I set up my account and got my documents. Then even after the exhausting day, and even with my down payment only partially paid, he graciously let me to pay the remainder the next day, and he even drove me all the way back across town to my apartment. The next day he picked me up at my workplace and drove me to his lot, where I was able to finally pay the remainder of my down payment. He had already finished all of the documents and paperwork, and had also gone down to the dmv to do the temp registration. He also had done the safety and emission inspection, had the oil changed, and filled up the gas tank. Then after he had done all of this for me, he offered to hold the van at his lot until I could find a monthly parking place for it near my apartment. Then the next day after I found a monthly parking spot, I noticed that my name was slightly misspelled on a few of the documents. So I went down to his lot and he got all of the documents corrected very quickly, even while he was in the process of working with another customer. He had the keys ready plus a spare key, and the van was ready for me to drive home. And he did all of this over three days in the rain while major street work was being done right next to his lot. Wow! I recommend this dealer very very highly. I have never seen anyone so knowledgeable, so hard working, so honest and patient as him. The week I was at his lot, he sold 4 cars to customers who had purchased from him over 15 years ago, and now I understand why. When you find a dealer this good, you go back decade after decade. Outstanding.

Merlin was honest about the pickup over the phone and I was not disappointed after my 2hr drive. When I arrived at dealership the vehicle was everything that he had described over the phone. I bought the pickup and thought I got a good deal.

Found a car they had for sale on Cars.Com, used the "contact dealer" button on the webpage. Within several minutes I had a email from the GM and the sales associate Michael Wagner. Since I am 2 hours away, the entire process was handled via email, texts and phone calls. The deal was agreed upon and I made the trip up to MD. What a beautiful dealership! Everyone there was very cordial, friendly and professional. I have bought over 30 cars in my lifetime and this was by FAR the most pleasurable. We were looking for a van on line and hit on a vehicle at Burkholder Truck Sales, with what looked to be the condition, low mileage, competitive price, and an available Carfax that we wanted. I called and spoke to Burkholder Truck Sales about the vehicle and found Wilmer Burkholder to be both pleasant and professional. I relayed what we were looking for and Wilmer described the van?s condition and some background on how he had acquired the van. I informed Wilmer that we wanted to have our local mechanic inspect the van and that it was about a two-hour drive to Burkholder from our home. Wilmer was accommodating of our request to pick up the van and drive it to our local mechanic for inspection and he committed to holding the van until we could pick it up the next day. My wife arrived at Burkholder Truck Sales early in the morning the next day and from the appearance of the extensive facilities, well organized and tidy, to the friendly and professional interaction with Wilmer Burkholder; she found the establishment to be run with pride of ownership. Most importantly, the van was what had been described both on-line, over the phone, and a few hours later, per the results of our mechanic?s inspection. Later that evening, we quickly completed the paperwork and drove away in our new van. Service tech was friendly and got me in even though I didn?t have an appointment. The wait wasn?t long and the price was reasonable. I will be coming back from now for service on my truck. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and fast reliable service.

Friendly staff, great price for the car. There was a far bit of waiting around but with the volume of cars they are shifting on a daily basis, it was kind of expected. From the very short test drive to driving out with my car was around 45 minutes.Would definitely use then again.

My sales man was Sam, he was respectable, honest, and overall pleasant to be around. He showed integrity, I didn't feel as if he was trying to Hagel and play trickery games in order to get a sale.
