this is the first time in all the years I have my vehicle that when I got my oil change I did not have to add oil. Everytime before this I had to add oil a day or two later. Who ever did the oil change was great. Thanks

Good afternoon everyone, yes, I’m a lady and I’m an owner of a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali, it has a V8 motor fully loaded sunroof & also it has heated seats & steering wheel for the cold winter months & in those hot summer months you have A/C seats nothing better than that am I correct? It’s been times like that wouldnt trade for the world!! So for all you ladies who think BIG TRUCKS are just for men, go out there & buy one have them put on some electronic slide in/out rails & go out & show the shows the boss!! lol 😄 I’m out looking for a new one now either a 2500/3500 pearl white

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

When I arrived I was greeted by Russell McPaul who answered all of my questions, brought up a vehicle to take for a test drive and worked with me throughout the purchasing process. I also spoke with Dan Castillo who I worked with to make the deal. There was no pressure to have to take the car that day like some dealerships force you to do so when I came to pick up the car I met with Jayme Cabott in Finance to get all of the paperwork signed and he explained each form and what it meant before asking me to sign them. Russell then brought my new car up front and showed me how to get all of the functions set up and made sure that I was all set. I have purchased quite a few cars over the years with this being my first Hyundai and this by far was the best experience I have had. Great job by all!

Missing a few things that could really make it better. Homelink for garage door isn’t offered? Doesn’t come with a receiver type hitch however what does comes with it is almost the same amount of steel. The phone charger doesn’t work quite right and they know it.

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

It's been 2 mos since buying my '11 GMC DENALI dually from Lime Ridge. I love my 2021 GMC Denali 2500HD. I have gotten more complements on this truck than any other vehicle that I have owned. I get great highway fuel milage average 19-26mpg,which is great for a heavy duty truck!

I Found the exact 2025 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy in white with black interior that I wanted online at this Jack Giambalvo Hyundai dealership. They are a good 4 1/2 hour drive away from where we live. There were none of these specific Palisades available in our area so we called first thing on a Saturday April 26, 2025 morning & got extremely lucky!! A very pleasant & knowledgeable salesman, COLTON ALLISON, answered their phone. We had to be absolutely positive that what I wanted & saw online was the EXACT car they had for sale on their lot. Thankfully, Colton immediately got back to us & texted me the vin & pictures for verification that it was indeed the EXACT CAR I WANTED. Within 20 minutes Colton had emailed me applications needed to be filled out & to run a credit check as we got on the road to make the long 4 1/2 hour drive to York, PA. I explained we did not want to make a wasted trip so we needed him & his boss & their dealership people to “please” be sure all of our paperwork was ready before we arrived. We wanted to sign everything, give them a check, use their Hyundai Finance Company and within 1 hour turn back around & DRIVE MY BRAND NEW PALISADE the 4 1/2 hours back Home. Colton was extremely efficient & stuck with it. He kept up with putting all of my information into his computer to make the purchase happen. He even did a 3-Way call with myself & my insurance agent as we were about 1/2 way there, to be sure our agent got the correct VIN # & car info to be added immediately to our current car insurance policy. We needed that done to be able to drive the car back home. We arrived promptly at 2:33pm & signed ALL of the papers necessary to buy the car. Anyone buying a new car knows that’s quite a stack of paperwork but Colton & their team had everything ready. We finished within an hour 15 minutes & by 3:45pm on that same Saturday DROVE MY Brand NEW 2025 white PALISADE CALLIGRAPHY HOME. This dealership’s crew with very little notice even washed & swept the car & filled up my gas tank knowing we had a LONG DRIVE HOME. I can’t even tell you how much I appreciated everything they did to make buying a brand new car from the start of my Saturday morning to the 3:45pm finish of driving it away as easy & as pleasant as possible. This is the most comfortable heavy duty pick up I've ever ridden in. Amazing mileage(20mpg) Highway unloaded, 15 city; from a 1 Ton dually ! Handles very well , Quiet, great visibility even when backing up. Super Reliable! Can tow 22000 lbs in fifth wheel towing configuration!

appt was on time there was only one service person but wait time was not too long was given a time when car would be finished and that time was near accurate

I purchased my 2016 GMC Terrain SLT in 2018 as a gently used vehicle with only 21,000 miles on it. I never had issues with it. I kept it regularly serviced and had to replace tires. At now over 93,000 it has been a comfortable and very reliable car. The only feature I wished it had was rear air conditioning. Living here in the SE it gets hot and it takes a “minute” to get the back of the vehicle cooled down. However, I rarely have back seat passengers, and thankfully, the really hot weather lasts only a few months! I have been very pleased with this car and would recommend it to others. I traded it in a week ago for a larger car only because I need the room for a grandchild, and my elderly parents.

Bought this 2016 GMC Canyon (4cyl) at car max in 2017 . It was part of a commercial fleet and was well taken care of and low mileage . I’ve only have had one problem and that was in the engine cooling system where I had to replace two hoses and a goose neck . While repairing that I noticed an oil leak around the valve cover so I replaced the gasket . It was under warranty still ( just happened in Jan 2024 ) . I could have repaired it myself but who wants to get all dirty when it can be repaired by GMC at little or no cost to me. It still has 6 months remaining on warranty ( I did purchase from CarMax) hoping it does not need any further repairs . It is 8 years old and according to its records this is the first repair other than natural repair items that had ever been needed . It rides well pulls my utility trailer fully loaded just fine . I also have a 2000 Ranger that I had to replace the tranny on when it was just a few years old . It has never needed any other work. I believe the GMC will last me for years to come . But you never know so I will be buying another after market warranty on it when the time comes . I’ve already added that to a 2015 vehicle I own who’s warranty had expired . I’m a old school mechanic I can repair olde vehicles easily ( compared to todays ) I’m also a former Turbo Prop Mechanic from the Air Force and worked those motors for almost 29 years . I had worked on Piston Air Craft Motors for a few years before the change . A lot like a car piston motor in many ways . Two kinds of piston motors on Air Craft . Line a cars block or a receptacating motor( Round) . Very easy to trouble shoot vs Turbo Prop. Just letting you know that I have experience as a mechanic and know a real problem vehicle when I see one . Would buy a GMC canyon again or maybe go larger due to my new 42 foot long Camper I have rec bought .

I love how the truck pulls and rides when towing. It will give any driver the confidence to tow anywhere. I haven't had a single issue with it. I love the way it looks and couldn't be happier.

I've owned this GMC Sierra 1500 All Terrain since it was 8 months old. With the exception of two warranty issues (failing power brake vacuum pump and transmission electrical harness), I have been totally happy with this truck. Up until now, my 1996 Chevrolet K1500 Silverado with it's 5.7L Vortec engine was my favorite truck of all time, this GMC (5.3L LS engine, 8 speed automatice) has earned the top spot now of my all time favorite truck. It is comfortable to drive, and runs as good as the day I bought it over 5+ years ago. I've got 71.5K miles on it. My biggest issue is I wished it had the 6.2L engine for better towing capabilities. Other than that ... love this truck.

I purchased pre-owned 2020 1500 SLT in February of this year. The truck rides comfortable and has plenty of room front and rear. My and I both enjoy it. My only drawback is the turn radius (lock to lock). It lacks compared to my wife's 2018 Yukon SLT, or the 2016 Ram I traded in. Have to many times maneuver twice to park it going forward or reverse. Otherwise happy with our purchase.

What can I say besides that I am very pleased with the service I received here!! PHENOMENAL STAFF. If I needed to buy another car tomorrow, I would go here immediately even though it's an hour drive from my house. Now, I know what you might be curious, why such a glowing review...well here is my background. This is the third car I have purchased in the span of 3 years (it's okay to Judge, I know I am a mess). I bought my first two cars at "no haggle" car dealerships in the Exton/Downingtown area. While I loved those vehicles, the experience I had with my salesmen at those dealerships was stress inducing and frustrating. You may be familiar with this feeling. I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine
