In the days of corona virus John Vance motors was offering internet buying. The offer by Mr. Vance on video seemed sincere. Since it was sight unseen I expected the sales force to be my eyes and ears on site and be and do more than if I were there to check things myself. I asked several questions about various things, got affirmative answers and was assured twice that "they check everything". When car was delivered (400 miles) there were many things that were wrong (they did not check everything), without going into detail of all the problems I notified the sales people by email, no response. I notified John Vance, the owner, and can't say enough good about John. He took care of things immediately and as much as possible for me being distant, said that is not the way they do business. I believe him, and I feel confident that the next internet sale will be treated with integrity and double check "everything" thoroughly. If only reviewing John it would be 5 star.

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

Back in December 2020 we sent out inquiries to twelve Jeep dealers within 70 miles of Stillwater (our home). Only six bothered to reply. Of those six, your salesperson, Jennifer Medina, was by far the most enthusiastic and helpful. She sent us two separate videos introducing herself and wanting to take care of our Jeep purchase. Solely because of Jennifer, we recently purchased a new Jeep Sahara from John Vance Auto Group. Jennifer facilitated that purchase. We found the whole process to be quite satisfactory. The Jeep arrived just as we had ordered it, and was transferred to us for the price agreed upon. It appears to be functioning according to spec, and we are quite satisfied with it. We don't normally take the trouble to write a review, but what is really prompting us to do so now is the service provided to us by Jennifer. She was polite, friendly, and attentive on every occasion we dealt with her. When we had questions, she answered them directly and honestly. If she didn't know the answer, she stayed with it until she got one for us. When we took delivery on the vehicle, she suggested a time when she could spend some time with us going over all the things that have changed since our old Jeep. She didn't rush us--let us get the feel of it and ask questions--showed us all the fancy electronic and internet stuff and got answers to questions she wasn't sure of. She is still following up on some of those questions 2 weeks later--bless her. You couldn't have a better representative. Treat her well. She's a keeper.

Good afternoon everyone, yes, I’m a lady and I’m an owner of a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali, it has a V8 motor fully loaded sunroof & also it has heated seats & steering wheel for the cold winter months & in those hot summer months you have A/C seats nothing better than that am I correct? It’s been times like that wouldnt trade for the world!! So for all you ladies who think BIG TRUCKS are just for men, go out there & buy one have them put on some electronic slide in/out rails & go out & show the shows the boss!! lol 😄 I’m out looking for a new one now either a 2500/3500 pearl white

I am giving this a five because Carla was so good to work with. The 2016 Forester was not a good experience. It road really rough and my wife hurt her back on the test drive. The radio did not work and the navigation system failed about halfway through the test drive. So, to sum it up. Our sales rep, Carla was great and the experience at the dealership was good, but the car we went to look at was kind of a disaster.

I've owned this GMC Sierra 1500 All Terrain since it was 8 months old. With the exception of two warranty issues (failing power brake vacuum pump and transmission electrical harness), I have been totally happy with this truck. Up until now, my 1996 Chevrolet K1500 Silverado with it's 5.7L Vortec engine was my favorite truck of all time, this GMC (5.3L LS engine, 8 speed automatice) has earned the top spot now of my all time favorite truck. It is comfortable to drive, and runs as good as the day I bought it over 5+ years ago. I've got 71.5K miles on it. My biggest issue is I wished it had the 6.2L engine for better towing capabilities. Other than that ... love this truck.

Seems to be a decent dealer. Sales people are respectful. I'm trying to negotiate on a new 2023 Ford F-350 4X4 with 7.3 gas V8 and they seem to be a bit reluctant to bite on what I consider to be a fair OTD offer, especially since the vehicle may be subject to some lot rot due to the length of time there on the lot and not sold as of yet.

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

Stong engine and smooth! Highly recommend for familys or someone who likes a smooth truck. Purchased new and have had zero issues since then. Love it!

Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.

I have had this car 5 years 90000 km. No problems so far, it has been exceptionally good. The only money I have spent is gas and oil changes. I. Would buy another one

Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?

I bought a 2019 GMC Sierra Elevation. I traded in a FULLY loaded 2015 Sierra SLT, that I was really sad to see go, but the Elevation really sold me on styling and ride quality. I lost a couple high end bells and whistles, but the overall performance and look of the truck make up for it big time!

this truck fits my needs better than the other 2500 models. Its hauling and towing performance along with its many people comforts will satisfy us for a long time to come.

Went in this past weekend up in the air about buying a new vehicle considering I need one but hate feeling like i'm being "talked into" a sale. I ordered a 2022 3500 SRW Pro LB Double cab 4x4 in silver metallic / blk cloth. Added preferred package; gooseneck pkg; X31; upgraded wheels; camper/Snowplow prep; black steps. Got the 6.6 gas L8T. No start/stop and runs on all 8 cylinders all the time. I Love this truck. Had Rams and Fords in past. This is my first GM truck. I am in my 50s so not a brand thing... just a great truck. It was delivered in June. Truck rides great, tows very well, reciever or gooseneck. Fuel mileage is outstanding! Especially for a 4x4 one ton. I get 16 to 18 highway when not towing. I was shocked by how well it did and impressed with towing mpg as well. I generally tow between 6 and 14,000 lbs. Loads include a Glacier bay catmaran boat, 30' camper, and 3 axle 25' gooseneck. Truck easily handles those loads. The L8T engine is smooth and powerful. The 6L90 Transmission functions perfectly. If something were to happen to this truck I would not hesitate to order an exact replacement. So far very satisfied. MSRP as ordered was $53,945.

I just bought my second car from Seth Wadleys Ford of Perry. Bryan is a new salesman but did an awesome job explaining things to me. Everything was explained to me in detail but weren't high pressure. Everyone is friendly and the lifetime oil changes and engine for life is an awesome plus to buying there. If I had a service question on my first vehicle, I called the service department and received prompt help, whether it was needing to be serviced or if it was something that was operator error.🤣 I have now bought two cars at Seth Wadleys and plan if I buy another car, it will be from Seth Wadley Ford of Perry! I have a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali with the 3.0 Diesel engine. I have 20,000 miles on it at the time of writing this. Never owned a diesel before and now i don't think i will own another one without it. I LOVE the engine in this truck. Only complaint would be that it likes DEF fluid while towing so pick up some extra DEF before you head out to tow something. Put about 8K miles on it this summer without adding any DEF fluid. seems to use a little more in the winter or when towing. Very quiet for a deisel and the fuel economy is awesome. Driving 70 mph down the freeway this truck gets about 30mpg, Drive 55mph on regular highways and this truck gets almost 40mpg. All around driving for me is about 26mpg. I used to fill up twice a week with my gas motor and now only once a week. Wireless Apple Carplay works great and the voice texting and mapping is a big plus. I also have the new SuperCruise feature which is awesome. Get on the freeway and set the supercruise on and the truck drives itself until i get to my exit (about 28 miles from home to work). Bose stereo is out of this world and all the storage is great to. I have a swingout bed toolbox, aluminum roll up tonneau cover, Lighted black GMC front emblem, Gloss Black 22" wheels, All Black decals and my dual exhaust bezels are black as well. I rotate the tires and change the oil every 5,000 miles. Couldn't ask for a better truck. Might get the ultimate next time as that has the messaging seats which i kinda wish I had.

I purchased a 2023 F350. Jared Cunningham and the rest of the staff made the process go very smoothly. This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from there and they are the best we have ever dealt with over the years.

Bought a demo car . The Acadia has been great . Wife’s car . She likes it . Roomy and good gas mileage . Would also make a great road trip vehicle if I didn’t have a full size Ram .
