I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

Great truck to own. The 2023 GMC Sierra Denali with the 6.2L engine delivers excellent power, smooth performance, and a refined driving experience. The ride quality, interior comfort, and overall build quality are outstanding. I have had no issues whatsoever, and it has been a reliable, enjoyable vehicle from day one. My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

We searched on the Internet for the particular car we wanted, and one of the few for sale was nearby at Toyota of Kingsport. The car was priced competitively, and we worked through the details of the trade, payoff, new financing, etc., with no major issues. We feel like we were treated fairly and purchased a good car.

I bought a 2019 GMC Sierra Elevation. I traded in a FULLY loaded 2015 Sierra SLT, that I was really sad to see go, but the Elevation really sold me on styling and ride quality. I lost a couple high end bells and whistles, but the overall performance and look of the truck make up for it big time!

Outstanding Family SUV - 8 Years of Reliable Service I’ve owned my 2016 Yukon Denali XL since it rolled off the lot, and it’s been an exceptional vehicle for our family. The ride quality is remarkably smooth, even on longer road trips, which makes every journey comfortable for all passengers. As a family SUV, this vehicle truly excels. The spacious interior easily accommodates our entire family with room to spare, and the third-row seating is actually usable for adults, not just kids. The V8 engine delivers plenty of power when you need it while remaining surprisingly efficient for a vehicle of this size - the cylinder deactivation technology (V4 mode) really does make a difference at the pump during highway cruising. The technology package has been a real highlight. The heads-up display keeps important information right in my line of sight, which enhances both convenience and safety. The rear entertainment system with headsets has been a lifesaver on family road trips, keeping the kids happily occupied for hours. I had an incident with Friendship Ford located in Bristol, TN. It was a long issue. However the General Manager Lance Dowdy contacted me and took care of my issue. He is a man of his word and he did exactly what he advised me he would do. I did write a scathing review previously but Lance has renewed my trust in Friendship Ford. If you have any issues with this dealership definitely ask to speak with Lance .

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

I had my Denali XL for two years and absolutely loved it. It was comfortable, quiet and handled well for a large car. My only complaint was gas mileage. I made two trips to Las Vegas for bowling tournaments with all of my bowling gear and my dad's gear plus our luggage and got it all behind the third row seat. I loved all the bells and whistles, especially the cooled seats in Las Vegas. I'm actually thinking about buying another one now that my frequent trips are over. But it can be difficult to justify the expense of this monster. $80K fully loaded is a lot of money for a family wagon. Even used they're expensive.

I have had this car 5 years 90000 km. No problems so far, it has been exceptionally good. The only money I have spent is gas and oil changes. I. Would buy another one

I purchased my 2016 GMC Terrain SLT in 2018 as a gently used vehicle with only 21,000 miles on it. I never had issues with it. I kept it regularly serviced and had to replace tires. At now over 93,000 it has been a comfortable and very reliable car. The only feature I wished it had was rear air conditioning. Living here in the SE it gets hot and it takes a “minute” to get the back of the vehicle cooled down. However, I rarely have back seat passengers, and thankfully, the really hot weather lasts only a few months! I have been very pleased with this car and would recommend it to others. I traded it in a week ago for a larger car only because I need the room for a grandchild, and my elderly parents.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

Wallace Subaru of Johnson City is a good place to shop used cars because Glen Landstrom is on their lot. This guy is straight forward and has a record of super ethics. We appreciate the amount of time and patience he gave us everytime we stepped on the lot. We ask a ton of questions, sometimes twice. Plus he shows lots of respect to his fellow sales reps and the service manager, Barry Redman. Barry is a good guy too.

I really thought they worked with me well. I liked the first car I looked at but really didn’t get the answer if I could get a better price on it. But of course they showed me another one that I liked better but it was more money and it was definitely out of my range so I couldn’t even dream about that one. But they were nice through everything.

Bought a demo car . The Acadia has been great . Wife’s car . She likes it . Roomy and good gas mileage . Would also make a great road trip vehicle if I didn’t have a full size Ram .
