I've owned this GMC Sierra 1500 All Terrain since it was 8 months old. With the exception of two warranty issues (failing power brake vacuum pump and transmission electrical harness), I have been totally happy with this truck. Up until now, my 1996 Chevrolet K1500 Silverado with it's 5.7L Vortec engine was my favorite truck of all time, this GMC (5.3L LS engine, 8 speed automatice) has earned the top spot now of my all time favorite truck. It is comfortable to drive, and runs as good as the day I bought it over 5+ years ago. I've got 71.5K miles on it. My biggest issue is I wished it had the 6.2L engine for better towing capabilities. Other than that ... love this truck.

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

Just trade in my 2015 GMC Denali with 140000 miles on it and still holding strong at trade in best SUV I ever had upgraded to the new 2021 Denali and boy do I love this SUV from comfort to outside design just an amazing new well designed SUV.

Bought this truck used,I love the comfort. I used to have a ranger.I can fit my plywood in the bed and close it.It is a long bed.My 12 foot jon boat fits good,.better than the ranger and more comfortable

I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

I give 5+ stars to this dealership. We accompanied our granddaughter to purchase her first car. Kim was the sales associate. She was awesome…no pressure, answered her questions, and helped her to get payments that were affordable. She found just the car that was best for her, with the help of Kim, at a competitive price. I purchased pre-owned 2020 1500 SLT in February of this year. The truck rides comfortable and has plenty of room front and rear. My and I both enjoy it. My only drawback is the turn radius (lock to lock). It lacks compared to my wife's 2018 Yukon SLT, or the 2016 Ram I traded in. Have to many times maneuver twice to park it going forward or reverse. Otherwise happy with our purchase.

I went into the dealership with very high hopes but very low expectations because I have some severe credit issues. Joseph Franklin greeted me at the door. He was very friendly and gave off a great vibe. During my appointment, people were pulling at him left and right from constant phone calls to in house interruptions. He handled every distraction with extreme patience and professionalism. Even though I couldn't get into the car that I had chosen online, Joseph showed me several options and made the process so pleasant. I walked out of there with a car that I really like and that suits my needs. Joseph is an awesome sales person and a definite asset to DriveTime.

Great truck, solid engine, comfortable, smooth, and it handles great for such a large vehicle. Get one and enjoy miles of roadtrips with all you can tow or haul.

Very good and no pressure experience. My only complaint would be that the car could have been detailed better. It was dirty inside in several places and the rubber mats had not been cleaned.

handles and drives great, the electronics don't always work, mirrors don't always work, spray with wd 40, check engine light, EVAP culprit, auto nation has no luck with this, will drive it till the warrenty expires and its back to ford for me

Good afternoon everyone, yes, I’m a lady and I’m an owner of a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali, it has a V8 motor fully loaded sunroof & also it has heated seats & steering wheel for the cold winter months & in those hot summer months you have A/C seats nothing better than that am I correct? It’s been times like that wouldnt trade for the world!! So for all you ladies who think BIG TRUCKS are just for men, go out there & buy one have them put on some electronic slide in/out rails & go out & show the shows the boss!! lol 😄 I’m out looking for a new one now either a 2500/3500 pearl white

This dealership is the greatest in the metro Detroit MI and around the Toledo OH areas. I emailed thirty dealerships to negotiate on a 2025 Hybrid Toyota Camry. This dealership was the only one that would negotiate with me. It was also the nicest dealership. I negotiated with them on 1/27/25. That is a time period when dealerships should negotiate. Dealerships make bonuses based on monthly quotas, incentives, etc. Sales people are normally only commission pay in the car sales business. If they don't rnake there quota they need to pay back the dealership for a pro ration of there quota shortage. Please learn about commission only payment for employees. I emailed thirty dealerships to negotiate pricing on the camry. This dealership answered my many questions. They didn't push me to come into there dealership. They respected my request to communicate via only by email (until I was ready to make a phone call to the dealership). They still do not phone me after I phoned them and honored my communicate by just email. I didn't agree with a charge dealerships gives to customers. This dealership was the only one negotiable on that charge. When I received my new vehicle the tank was filled up with gas. It was also very clean. They also threw in some options with my negotiated price. Don't waste much time calling other dealerships. This dealership is the only one that will give you respect. This dealership is the only one that will be negotiable. The other dealerships did not even want to give me $1.00 off the price. Also, the dealership will give you the out the door price. The dealership will not do the usual games of pushing you for "what do you want for a monthly payment". Also, I wasn't lied to by this dealership. I caught at least one lie from one person at every other dealership. Normally, if i were talking to more than one person it would be at least one lie per person per dealership. I also shopped at dealerships for a used vehicle this past summer. i followed the same procedures. all of the same things happened to me this past summer. it is very sad and sick. sadly, in the summer time page toyota didn't have my sought after vehicle. after my experience in the summertime i was exhausted from the horrible experiences. i have to shop so that is why i'm back shopping for a vehicle. I did my research and test drove several models. The GMC 1500 Duramax does everything I want it to do and more. Great gas milage, nice power and very comfortable.

Excellent and reliable, only thing buyers have to do is buy a AFM disabler that you can stick into OBD2 port to avoid lifter failure (longer story, nobody wants a V8 to run in V4)

I bought this 2017 Tahoe w LT trim new. Have 60K on it now and have had no issues with it. We are not towing with it or doing high speed racing so we find the 5.3L Motor is smooth and quiet (and have not had any lifter issues which others have reported). Transmission and suspension also smooth. We keep Michelins on all our vehicles and have found this Tahoe very quiet and comfortable for road trips with 4-6 people and luggage. The LT trim pkg deleted some comfort items I wish I had (like heated steering wheel) but it still is pretty much leather-and-loaded so it was a good value at the time. I have had Suburbans for 35yrs before purchasing this Tahoe and I will probably go back to a Suburban for the extra cargo space when I trade this Tahoe in. But this has been a nice and reliable vehicle for us. No complaints.

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets
