Any reviews on this vehicle is not correct. We are first owners and it’s been an excellent truck. We hate to see it go !

We were there to trade in my car for a new/used one, the out of the door price ended $9k more than the listing price so I didn't get a car from them. Although the sell deal didn't go through, staff there were very friendly and kept us busy chatting and sharing information while we were there (3 hours). The trade in price was good so we ended up selling the car to Hyundai of Lincolnwood and not getting a car from them. The nice thing about them is that their demeanor remained the same when we changed our minds to only sell and not buy, Greg treated us as friendly as the moment we walked in. It only took 2 days for us to receive a call from Greg saying a check was ready for us to pick up, all went smoothly. I'd recommend this dealership to others as long as Greg is there because we've only dealt with Greg so we can't speak for other reps but we know Greg is good and we will go to him when we are ready for a car.

I fell in love with my GMC Terrain when I test drove it and have not lost that loving feeling! I have received tons of compliments on it.

He was flexible with his schedule, and actually stayed about 2 hours after he was supposed to go home to make sure all of our needs were being addressed. Once we decided on the color, which he was patient and understanding with, the team processed the paperwork efficiently and there was not a lot of waiting around as a result. We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

I worked with Kostya Reznik, who worked very hard for my business. He knew I was looking for a very specific used vehicle, and he checked in with me every couple of weeks to answer questions and update me on inventory. In the end, I did not buy from him, but he earned my respect nonetheless. He is knowledgeable, hardworking, thoughtful, and respectful. He will work hard for you. I ended up purchasing a pre-certified Kia Niro PHEV from another dealer, but if I were shopping new inventory, Kostya would be my first call.

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?

Looked at more expensive truck with less options, bought the GMC SIERRA AT4 Turbo Diesel 6. I now only put fuel im once a month. And long distance trips are easier due to better fuel economy. One of my best investments ever.

I have owned my Terrain for 3 months now, and am absolutely in love with it. Super smooth, great pick up, and I get a lot of complements on both the exterior and interior design. I average 26.3 MPG city and highway combined, which is not bad considering I live in Florida so my AC is never off in the car.

I needed a new pickup and while I wanted a Ford F150 I could not find one set up how I wanted. When I did the Ford dealers didn't want to give what I felt my trade in was worth. I got what I wanted and got a great deal on a 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation. It is even set up better than the F150's I was looking for and at a better price. I'm very happy with my purchase.
