I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

This was the easiest car buying experience I have had. They took me to the car I was interested in. Keys were there, we drove it right away. The price was competitive, the financing was lightning quick. They washed it while I was signing and I was out of there in under an hour. They even drove me to turn in my rental car so I could just drive my new car home and surprise the family. First class business.

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! Nice styling,interior has a new design dash which is beautiful and convenient,safety features and cameras are great and easy to used and the active cruise is awesome.

Dealership worked with me to try to make a mistake right. Was told that a van I was planning to buy was AWD. Was planning to buy the van but discovered it was not AWD. They made a deal on another van on the lot that did have AWD.

This is a luxury suv with plenty of room. I'm still learning the features. It is a smooth ride with a great interior. Great for towing a popup camper.

I ordered a 2022 3500 SRW Pro LB Double cab 4x4 in silver metallic / blk cloth. Added preferred package; gooseneck pkg; X31; upgraded wheels; camper/Snowplow prep; black steps. Got the 6.6 gas L8T. No start/stop and runs on all 8 cylinders all the time. I Love this truck. Had Rams and Fords in past. This is my first GM truck. I am in my 50s so not a brand thing... just a great truck. It was delivered in June. Truck rides great, tows very well, reciever or gooseneck. Fuel mileage is outstanding! Especially for a 4x4 one ton. I get 16 to 18 highway when not towing. I was shocked by how well it did and impressed with towing mpg as well. I generally tow between 6 and 14,000 lbs. Loads include a Glacier bay catmaran boat, 30' camper, and 3 axle 25' gooseneck. Truck easily handles those loads. The L8T engine is smooth and powerful. The 6L90 Transmission functions perfectly. If something were to happen to this truck I would not hesitate to order an exact replacement. So far very satisfied. MSRP as ordered was $53,945.

We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets
