I have purchased my last two used cars from this dealership and I’m happy with how everything went. I was in and out in just a couple of hours both times. They provide a hassle-free, easy experience and get right down to business. Bottom line, I got a great deal on my trade-in, they gave me a lower interest rate than my trusted bank did, and they were not pushy in the least. Another huge plus is that the dealership seemed really scrupulous about safety protocols and keeping things clean among this Covid crisis. They wiped down the keys every time they handed them to me, they wore masks, and the Finance Manager had a glass screen in front of his desk. I felt safe there.

I want to Thank everyone at NCAC for their help and assistance in making my 1st ever vehicle purchase (@ age 44!!!) amazing and painless. One particular individual named Arion (hope I spelled it right) was extremely helpful and courteous answering all our questions and always asking if we wanted water or needed anything (it was hot out today). What an amazing experience! I had the pleasure to have John Khalil as my sales agent, who happens to not only be a welcoming and zealous sales agent at CarMax of Oceanside, CA, but also a very talented painting artist!! He had great compassion for my autistic son and made sure he was always comfortable during the efficient waiting process by offering him a cute CarMax car toy, a CarMax coloring book and crayons. He went above and beyond when complex situations came about during the bank’s verification process. The determination he had to push my situation through with his persistent diligence as I watched him communicate with high professionalism and positivity as a team with his colleagues/finance management team was remarkable!!!! I had the car I wanted transferred in and from start to end they kept me informed. The waiting period was a bit of a bummer, but knowing that my car was arriving made it worth the wait. Ryan was super he completed the transaction and put us in good hands. We had a minor defect with the windows but Ryan made sure it was taken care of . Overall we were quite pleased. I had a great buying experience with Fedi , he’s the best. He’s very knowledgeable and passionate about cars. I was looking for my dream car on -line and came across these guys. I called and spoke with Fedi , we discussed pricing and scheduled an appointment to see the car. I drove down from Fontana ,ca purchased the car with no haggle/pressure at all. After a couple days of driving the car , I noticed a couple issues I called him back to express my concerns and he immediately took care of the problems. Now that’s what I call customer service ! I most definitely plan to visit them again and I will tell all my family and friends about this place 👍🏿

This was my first expericene shopping for cars and I was a little nervous, the sales people at Auto City made me feel welcome and did not overwhelm me with sales pitches. Frank was kind and helpful and I appriecated that. I did not purchase a car that day but because of the treatment I recieved will be going back there in the near future.

They are very helpful when choosing a car and getting financing. There is no price haggling because the prices are extremely fair...and I know how to verify the value of a vehicle. I recently purchased a 2019 Nissan Sentra with all the fixins'. I purchased the car for about $900 less than any other dealership I shopped. Plus, it was in great condition, except for some minor things one would expect a used car to have...but their service department fixed them very quickly and perfectly. My last car I purchased at Auto City was a 2011 Chrysler 200 which had 54000 miles. I am still driving that car in the family and it currently has 218,000 miles. My son bought a Toyota Matrix and drove Uber for 3 years, trading it in with 230,000 miles. Another car bought was a Chevrolet Malibu that was purchased and is driving great with no problems and well over 100,000 miles. All of the cars we purchased had no problem other than an alternator, battery and minor things like that when cars reached over 160,000 miles, and this is to be expected. We never had any major issues with any car, and no problem until many miles later after purchase. My most recent purchase at Auto City took in to consideration that I was self-employed this time. Isaac Duran, the finance manager, did everything in his power to get financing with a lower interest rate, and he did it. All I can say is that if you go anywhere else, you will pay more, put up with weird sales games and miss out on an easy, positive experience in buying a car. And, to boot, they will stand by your car for 6 months, 6,000 miles along side the dealer warranty (they have a huge auto service department to ensure the cars they sell are good). They have always backed us up and made buying a car a positive, easy, confident and a no-risk transaction. Anywhere else I went to check, I always got the "weird-ar" pegging out. Very good, honest people and great cars, with no worries! This is a very positive review, but there is truly nothing I can complain about after buying all of our family cars there for years. Talk to salesperson Mike or Alex...they are both very helpful, friendly and know what they are doing. The sales manager is great and ensures everything goes quick, smooth and I get a good deal.

I absolutely freaking love my new Equinox, and from start to finish, the process was seamless, clear, and even enjoyable! I walked in only knowing one thing: I wanted an EV. That?s it. The salesperson asked me just a few thoughtful questions about my needs, and after test-driving only two different models, I found the perfect vehicle for me and my family. It was like they intuitively knew what would suit my lifestyle best without ever making me feel pressured or overwhelmed. Working with Chris Keppel on the financing and contract preparation was especially outstanding. He was not only incredibly efficient and organized but also took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I walked away understanding my financing terms, my lease obligations, and even my options for potential future changes. That kind of clarity and transparency is rare?and I really appreciated it. What stood out most was how the great service didn?t stop at the sale. I was told there might be follow-up regarding a possible lease upgrade, and sure enough, they actually followed through?offering me an improved rate and the option to re-sign if I wanted to.
