My wife and I purchased a used 2015 Buick Enclave from Mike Maroone Cadillac GMC. We live in western Nebraska and saw the vehicle for sale on cars.com. I visited the Mike Maroone Cadillac GMC website directly and found the vehicle on there. There was a wide array of documents related to the vehicle right on the website. I was impressed with the transparency of the information that was offered. I was even able to access the vehicle’s Carfax right on the website. The vehicle was a one owner with a crystal-clear service record that had every single oil change, preventative service, and recall completed on schedule. Negotiations began though a series of phone calls and text messages. Our salesperson, Braden, was very nice and professional, but most of my contact during negotiations was with two of the sales managers, Andrew and Anthony. Both were equally transparent, straight-forward, and most of all very fair to negotiate with. Using only a total loss settlement we received from an accident, we had a limited budget to work with and they really knocked it out of the park! We drove out from Nebraska on Memorial Day weekend to test drive the Enclave and put the finishing touches on the negotiations. Everything went off without a hitch! Even though we paid for the vehicle in full that day, we still had to go through the finance office for all the sale documentation. Eric was fast and friendly, and we were on the road back to Nebraska by mid-day. Unfortunately, on the way home, we discovered an issue with the Enclave’s transmission. We were crushed and started panicking as to what to do. Used cars are sold as is, and we knew that going into the deal. We knew we couldn’t return the Enclave, so we drove it the rest of the way home. Brayden called us on Sunday to ask how we were liking the Enclave. I did not answer and did not return her call until Tuesday morning since it was Memorial Day weekend. I left a message for her explaining the transmission issue and that we were aware that it was sold as is. I then took the Enclave to a transmission shop and had it diagnosed. The Enclave needed a new transmission to the tune of $5,800, plus tax. I received a phone call from the sales manager Anthony and within 5 minutes he offered to pay for HALF of cost to replace the transmission! I sent him a copy of the invoice from the transmission shop, and I had a check in my hand by the end of the week! When I thanked Anthony, he told me, “Doing the right thing isn’t always easy, but we are always going to do the right thing”. Mike Maroone Cadillac GMC earned a life-long customer here and I will make that drive to buy from them again anytime! Thank you, Braden, Andrew, Eric and most of all, Anthony! We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. I have to use my warrenty for a full engine replacement and transmission replacement, and the service manage Adam made this process such a breeze. The folks there do an excellent job from the cusomter service at the desk to the shuttle service and loaner/rental departments. 10 out of 10.

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

the experience with gebhardt bmw was one of the best I have ever had with a dealership I had some credit issues but Jc Mullen (salesman) was an amazing person to work with he worked his fingers to the bone and it took about a week and a half but he managed to get it done for me all through phone calls and text messages I live about 240 miles from them and could not just run over there and figure it out but Jc got it done when I got to the dealership to pick up my new ride Jc was waiting with a handshake and paperwork ready to sign I then went to the finance managers office to finalize the deal and when going over the numbers I noticed there was some numbers that were not what I was quoted (keep reading) the original quote was for $164 a month when I went to sign the paperwork the new monthly payment was $147.99 a month I wasn't complaining but did ask why and was told "well is that a bad thing " and we had a laugh as I said no not at all they had found me a better interest rate from when I got approved to when I got to the dealership like I said all in all one of the best dealings with a dealership I have ever had truly a standup place with great people to deal with

Was looking for a 2025 GMC Acadia Denali. Went to AutoNation and was met by Caden Noar. He was fantastic! Showed us the Acadia he had on the lot, gave us a test ride and answered all our questions. Not once, did he pressure us to buy but was more interested in answering our questions. After the test drive, we noticed a Buick Enclave Avenir in the lot as we were exiting the dealership. Liked the car looks and went back into the dealership to see if Caden was available to show us the car. We knew nothing about the car. He came out, gave us a test drive, answered our questions and then asked us if we would like to see another feature of the car, so out we went for another drive. Again, no pressure to buy and we parted. Over the weekend, we decided we really loved the car and called Caden on Monday to see if we could discuss the price and terms. We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

I ordered a 2022 3500 SRW Pro LB Double cab 4x4 in silver metallic / blk cloth. Added preferred package; gooseneck pkg; X31; upgraded wheels; camper/Snowplow prep; black steps. Got the 6.6 gas L8T. No start/stop and runs on all 8 cylinders all the time. I Love this truck. Had Rams and Fords in past. This is my first GM truck. I am in my 50s so not a brand thing... just a great truck. It was delivered in June. Truck rides great, tows very well, reciever or gooseneck. Fuel mileage is outstanding! Especially for a 4x4 one ton. I get 16 to 18 highway when not towing. I was shocked by how well it did and impressed with towing mpg as well. I generally tow between 6 and 14,000 lbs. Loads include a Glacier bay catmaran boat, 30' camper, and 3 axle 25' gooseneck. Truck easily handles those loads. The L8T engine is smooth and powerful. The 6L90 Transmission functions perfectly. If something were to happen to this truck I would not hesitate to order an exact replacement. So far very satisfied. MSRP as ordered was $53,945.

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.
