I am very satisfied with the repairs performed on my ‘20 Leaf at Germain Nissan. Our car was diagnosed with a bad AC compressor and related components shortly after purchasing the car (we purchased the car from another dealer in January’25). The repair estimate was very expensive, something we were not prepared for, especially for a new car and our first EV. We contacted Nissan consumer affairs about this issue and they were very good to deal with. A case was created and reviewed by Nissan, and they informed us they would be covering the repair as a goodwill measure. Note that the car was out of the warranty period and they still covered the repair. We were very happy about this to say the least. So we worked with the dealer to get the repairs completed. The only bad part was that we had to wait 2 1/2 months for the back order parts to arrive (some from Japan), during the summer, and no AC in the car. But once the parts arrived, the dealership contacted us and completed the work in a couple days. This was a very positive experience for something that could have been very frustrating and negative, but patience payed off in the end.

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

Heidi and Natalie did an awesome job getting us into what we needed and stayed in our price range. Didn’t pressure us to get something we couldn’t afford! Definitely will return to here.

I bought a 2016 Yukon XL and after just a few weeks, a vehicle ran a stop sign and totaled the vehicle. However, the vehicle was so sturdy that even though it was a huge crash, I was not injured more than bruises. I replaced it with a 2018 Yukon XL because I know it is reliable and safe.

10/10 experience with Kelly Whitten when buying my 2025 Gt Line k5. Kelly worked hard to get me into the car I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of in a timely manner. I was able to communicate with Kelly back and forth all day while I was at work. He got the deal done. I forwarded him some items and came in to sign and pick up the car and was there for a total of 20 minutes and that was with Kelly going over all the features of the car as well. The lady in finance was great too! She didn’t push me into buying gap or an upgraded warranty. She explained it all to me and then let me decide. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. I was very satisfied with Zaid and the rest of the staff at Twins Auto of Dublin. They have a great selection of used cars that tend be "higher end". Zaid was extremely knowledgeable about every brand and model. He wasn't overly pushy, which I appreciate. They were quick, painless, and fair when it came to negotiation and the financials.

This is a luxury suv with plenty of room. I'm still learning the features. It is a smooth ride with a great interior. Great for towing a popup camper.

I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

Our 2021 Terrain SLT is really a nice auto. Gets great 30 MPG approximately, But, 0 to 60 is lacking horsepower. Great Little highway auto. Comfortable.....

I have had this car 5 years 90000 km. No problems so far, it has been exceptionally good. The only money I have spent is gas and oil changes. I. Would buy another one

My former car was having several mechanical problems and I was desperate for a solution. Although Herrnstein Hyundai was wonderful during the service work process on that vehicle and took good care of me, the car was continuing to have some issues so I decided it was time to trade-in. Jenny Martin was my salesperson and she was fantastic. She helped me find a 2026 Kona and never pressured me at all - she just listened to what I needed and got me in the price range I asked for. I had my 2020 Terrain for 5 years before I had any major issues out of it. My brake booster needed replaced. After about a month of it being out the shop someone hit and totaled it. Very sad day. I love my Terrain

Great vehicle, 65,000 miles and not a single issue, hoping to get atleast another 100k miles out of it. Extremely reliable. A family member of mine bought a Honda that broke down at 16,000 miles and got stranded. Would absolutely recommend a 2018+ terrain

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

Shawn McMahan is an awesome person. I came into the dealership twice looking for a car. My first visit was unsuccessful because I did not have the down payment. Shawn was incredibly understanding with my situation and tried very hard to get the lowest down payment possible. They’re good at what they do. They low-balled me big time on my trade in but I was able to talk them up to something I could live with. They also worked with me on some extra touch ups my wife and I wanted done to scratches on the passenger door. Overall, a pleasant experience. Izzy was a great salesman and Anya in finance is great! My truck was priced nicely and it was too good of a deal to pass on so I’m quite satisfied overall.

I've had mine for 4 years 2016 SLT ,traded my wife's Hyundai Santa Fe for a caddy srx which I drive as well as a 2018 GMC 1500. The Acadia has been super reliable .knock on wood.. just basic maintenance
