Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

Our car was delivered to our home and the delivery technician demonstrated elements of the operating system to us. He also programmed the garage door openers in the car. Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

OIl change was quick. They keep you updated and send a video of the oil change. Price is reasonable and the associates are friendly

Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

Overall great experience. Worked with Tony. He was wonderful. The dealer agreed to fix a few things on the used vehicle prior to purchase and there was some delay and it took longer than expected. Had to make a return visit to fix something that was forgotten. I don?t purchase vehicles often but in the end I?m happy with our purchase from North Country Ford.

I didn't buy my 2022 Kia Soul from Kia Bloomington in 2021 because there were no cars available. But I did buy a car at another dealership because a salesman at Kia Bloomington referred me to this other dealership. Since then I have serviced my car at three other dealerships and at Bloomington Kia, and I'll be going to Kia Bloomington from now on. They're adequately staffed. They're organized and have fabulous customer service. They extended a warranty claim to me that saved me a lot of money. I trust their advice. Anyone in the Twin Cities looking to buy or service a Kia should give these professionals a shot. I am happy I did. And I'm not happy spending any money on a car!

I've had mine for 4 years 2016 SLT ,traded my wife's Hyundai Santa Fe for a caddy srx which I drive as well as a 2018 GMC 1500. The Acadia has been super reliable .knock on wood.. just basic maintenance

My wife and I came in to look at two vehicles. We were surprised that the General Manager was the one to greet us while I was looking under the first vehicle. Steve was very polite and introduced himself and asked what they could do to help. We had a short conversation and then he grabbed a sales associate, Nick, and both were very accommodating and patient with our inquiries about the used vehicles. They provided hard copies of everything from the Carfax to their own vehicle inspection report for us to review. They were also accommodating while we left to discuss and then came back to have an offsite third-party pre-purchase inspection done on one of the vehicles. We came back with no real issues and closed the sale. We were even the last ones out the door a few minutes after hours. Both Steve and Nick were both there to see us off in our new, to us at least, vehicle. Would defiantly not hesitate to look at Walser again as the service earned my repeat business.

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

Our 2021 Terrain SLT is really a nice auto. Gets great 30 MPG approximately, But, 0 to 60 is lacking horsepower. Great Little highway auto. Comfortable.....

The bill is to high. It went to $50 to $80. Price needs to drop

Great vehicle for pulling my fifth wheel RV which weighs around 20,000 pounds. This dually truck pulls the RV very nicely without any significant strain on the engine or the transmission. However, like all of today's diesel engines there are 4 different system of emissions on this truck. Each one of these emission systems has sensors associated with them. If one of these sensors goes bad the truck will not perform optimally and sometimes it will go into the limp mode. Unfortunately this is not unique to GMC trucks. All manufacturers are battling this system. Also, I have had to take the truck to the dealer for computer upgrades in order to improve performance. I wish these upgrades could be performed on line (through wifi or with my own phone service). It sure would make things a lot simpler and improve the through put of the dealers who are already strained because of the limited number of available diesel mechanics.

Hannah was amazing we originaly went in to have a recall done on my Fiancees Jeep and we decided to look around and after looking for a little while we found one she wanted to test drive and we were looking for someone and Hannah asked if we had been helped yet and she proceeded to help us we eneded up buyimg the Durango she test drove and her daughter was with and she looked at a car also again Hannah helped her also and she ended up buying a vehicle also So then it was my turn i ended up buying a brand new Jeep Renigade Hannah was so helpfull to all 3 of us and she is so knowledgeable and friendly Hannah went above and beyond to help us all find vehicles that met our needs i will definetly. Kevin, my new Sales Rep, was super helpful and helped my wife with our new purchase. The process was smooth and easy, and we really enjoyed our interaction with Kevin. This dealership, overall, provided fantastic service.

An overall nice truck but for a person at my size(5,11) the mirrors and posts really block the view. My tinted windows really amplify the problem. The hood also takes a bit of room for a short person. Its a comfortable ride and works well in my line of work in excavation. The sound muffler in the hood makes you think something is wrong but apparently its not.

We are so grateful with our agent Mr. Adam for he was so very helpful, patience and serve us with respect during our transaction at GMC. This review is for a two week old truck. I have been trying to get a 3500HD AT4, gas engine, 8 foot bed, 5th wheel prep, in blue for over a year (almost 2). My dealer finally received an allocation and I was off for the build!! However, when my build order was sent to me the color had defaulted to black (blue was discontinued for 2024) and the only way to change it was to cancel and start over.....so black it is!! The truck is gorgeous and much larger than I thought! I am pleased with both exterior styling and the 2024 interior refesh. My only complaint is the seats, they are a bit firm.....still comfy....but firm. The GM sunroof is small, so small I passed on the option. Mechanically this truck is a pretty sound design. Another 50hp for the 6.6L gas engine would be nice, but 401hp is pretty decent. A PTO offering in the up level trims would be nice, as would a larger/dual fuel tank option is needed (GM is the only one that doesn't offer one), and a factory level in the front, and while I am dreaming a front locking differential. GM could up thier paint game, when approaching 90k I expect better paint. Value wise it is as good if not better than the rest of the over priced trucks on the market. Rumor is 20K per unit on average goes to the UAW pension, that's why your 50k truck costs 70k. In closing I have zero regrets other than the color, but I needed it immediately so here I am.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

I bought a 2016 Yukon XL and after just a few weeks, a vehicle ran a stop sign and totaled the vehicle. However, the vehicle was so sturdy that even though it was a huge crash, I was not injured more than bruises. I replaced it with a 2018 Yukon XL because I know it is reliable and safe.
