I own a 2021 Yukon Denali with 23K. At nearly $90k, I purchased every option except for the silly entertainment screens fastened to the back of the front seat headrests. (nice for leaving the imprint of your passenger's faces on the screen in an accident - buy a couple of iPads. First of all, kudos to GM engineers. Technology actually exceeds German cars I've owned. Rear view camera is GREAT and adjustable for brightness, distance and width. But, make sure you purchase the washer for the rear lens...Miirror is almost unusable in rain..(blurring with rain and dirt quickly. I'm 6'2" and really ticked-off there isn't a handle on the "A" pillar to grab to pull into the driver's seat. They put a handle at the upper center of the door opening. What is that for? I have to grab the steering wheel (fortunately rigid with the engine off). Another big problem is the loss of both knees in a frontal accident. With the steering wheel all the way back, I can't even come close to stretching my leg out. Really! A couple of bigger issues: I know the front of this vehicle is right off of the truck, but the end result of the gigantic, unsloped hood, is the inability to see anything 12 feet in front of you. And making right turns.....better memorize that curb before you start your right turn because you won't see it again. Just "that look " from your wife as you run over the curb again with your right rear wheel. Lastly, I hope someone from GM reads this.....With all the awesome high-tech items on this car, why are there no "turn" lights? You know, the lights that let you see where you're going, especially right turns. Porsche has LED lights designated for turns that light up the whole area you're turning into. In the Yukon at least I'll see what I ran over with the terrific rear view mirror! My only intermittent mechanical annoyance is when I push the door handle to lock the doors. It's supposed to fold the mirrors in which is a good way to check you locked the vehicle. occasionally , they don't fold and I have to push the button 4 times. Of course, the mechanic needs only to push the button till it works and tell me it's working. Twice. Guess they win. I'll live with it. Now for the rest: Fantastic overall vehicle! With the air suspension it rides better than Mercedes or Lexus. I always get positive remarks from passengers. The steering wheel control for the Active Cruise control is absolutely perfect. I've driven between Arizona and Colorado without taking my hands off the wheel (just moving my thumb). And the engine, I LOVE THE INLINE 3.0 DIESEL! Almost got the 6 liter but took a chance on the diesel that just came out (in 2021). Same exact torque as the V8 and great for passing. The big difference ..... I had to take a photo of my dash to prove to my friends....heading back to Phoenix with 256 miles on the odometer averaging 30.2 mpg going the speed limit! My Porsche Cayenne gets 19.6mpg (not going the speed limit). The 9 cameras help when parking unless your wife is with you. When I come to a stop I'm waiting for my wife to hold up the 1 to 10 signs like the judges in the olympics. And lastly, For a car that will raise 5" in 4 low, why does the car come with 1 ply polyester sidewalls ? I'm not comfortable on gravel or rocky roads for fear of a sidewall puncture. I highly recommend this vehicle. The designers did a great job making this big vehicle look sleek and smaller than it is. I'm a bit unnerved when I see a vehicle like mine come flying into a parking spot for a perfect 4-point landing and the driver is a 110 lb soccer mom. And I just spent 20 minutes with a micrometer adjusting my position so I don't get "that look" again from my wife. Good luck and hope it's reliable.

I had the BEST car shopping experience here. I never felt pressured to know exactly what I want or to buy a new top of the line right then and there. Steve was a gem and listened to what I wanted and kept my budget in mind. He was realistic with expectations and never pressured me into anything. I've owned this GMC Sierra 1500 All Terrain since it was 8 months old. With the exception of two warranty issues (failing power brake vacuum pump and transmission electrical harness), I have been totally happy with this truck. Up until now, my 1996 Chevrolet K1500 Silverado with it's 5.7L Vortec engine was my favorite truck of all time, this GMC (5.3L LS engine, 8 speed automatice) has earned the top spot now of my all time favorite truck. It is comfortable to drive, and runs as good as the day I bought it over 5+ years ago. I've got 71.5K miles on it. My biggest issue is I wished it had the 6.2L engine for better towing capabilities. Other than that ... love this truck.

I went to work one morning and didn’t realize I had a flat until I had other employees asking what my vehicle looked like. Once I confirmed it was unfortunately mine, I reached out to Ken Nelson who was able to pick up my vehicle at my work, put my spare on, take it to their shop, fix my tire (plugged and not replaced!), return my vehicle to my work and sent me an invoice to pay after I got off work. It was like it never even happened and they took care of all the hassle for me! Could have been a really bad day trying to figure that all out after a 13 hour shift. They have amazing customer service! And I didn’t even have to get a new tire! 10/10 recommend!

I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

Good afternoon everyone, yes, I’m a lady and I’m an owner of a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali, it has a V8 motor fully loaded sunroof & also it has heated seats & steering wheel for the cold winter months & in those hot summer months you have A/C seats nothing better than that am I correct? It’s been times like that wouldnt trade for the world!! So for all you ladies who think BIG TRUCKS are just for men, go out there & buy one have them put on some electronic slide in/out rails & go out & show the shows the boss!! lol 😄 I’m out looking for a new one now either a 2500/3500 pearl white

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

This Yukon has all the bells and whistles. It is a joy to drive, the drivers area is like a cockpit with everything at your fingertips.

I purchased pre-owned 2020 1500 SLT in February of this year. The truck rides comfortable and has plenty of room front and rear. My and I both enjoy it. My only drawback is the turn radius (lock to lock). It lacks compared to my wife's 2018 Yukon SLT, or the 2016 Ram I traded in. Have to many times maneuver twice to park it going forward or reverse. Otherwise happy with our purchase.

This was my second time buying a car, and my first time going alone since I'm 19 and had only gone with a parent before. I was definitely a little nervous going in, but once I met Terry I felt like I had nothing to worry about! He was super duper helpful and was kind enough to make sure to explain everything to me in a way I'd understand, and I ended up purchasing a beautiful 2017 Jeep Renegade Sport! 2024 GMC sierra 1500 duramax 3.0 is great truck. Great ride and great MPG. 100% recommend to any prospective buyer. Love the truck and how it perform.

Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?

As far as far experiences go this was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Jim was amazing in finding a vehicle that fit all my needs. It was done rather quickly and they walked me thru all the steps. I will be coming here everytime to get a vehicle.

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

Mitch Edler was an excellent salesperson who spent a lot of extra time linking up the infotainment system. The trade in value was average. Did not like having to sign the " arbitration" agreement. We were able to complete the process and drive out the new car in hours. Very efficiently done!

traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

GMC Diesel Canyon AT4. I've had this truck for a year-11,000 miles. I love it. The Denali and Elevation trim looked like junk. The AT4 can't compete with the Tacoma off road but, It holds it's own off road. The Diesel pulls like a beast and the exhuast brake, on all the moutain passes I drive, is worth it's wieght in Gold. I trailer the max. capacity regularly and it's smooth sailing. I traded in my 2500HD Silverado with the vortec 6.0 for this big, little truck. Best decision I've made in a while. I had this truck on order for 8 months and Gm never accepted the order. I finally found exactly what I ordered, just off the truck that morning that I called. 1300 miles away, I jumped on a plane to go get it. Crying shame GMC discontinued the diesel. The extra $ per gallon right now is easily washed by the increase in mileage, 32+ higway, 19 trallering almost 8000 #'s. I wouldn't want the truck without it. Wouldn't want the Elevation or Denali. Diesel AT4 is the truck. I'll keep it the rest of my life barring accident. I'm sure I can get 40 years out of this truck doing 10-12k a year. The regeneration of the exhaust has never come up but, I only do a little round town driving. Most of my miles are highway and hauling a load. I've heard horror stories about regen. from city folk, commuters... You get what you aim for. If you've given it a lot of thought and the diesel AT4 seems right for you, you won't be disappointed. Good luck finding one. GM - You've a winner here. don't let it get away. Ps. Cars.com doesn't have a choice of how I use this truck for WORK. My wife and I experienced a serious overheating problem in our Santa Fe while driving from our home in Kansas City to Chicago. We found Kunes Hyundai online and were blown away by the superior service they offered. Kyle served as our service advisor, and he went above and beyond to take care of us. He patiently explained the problem, told us they had to order a part, and promised the vehicle would be done by Tuesday. When I left the facility, Kyle said he was on the phone trying to work a little magic to get the part sooner. I don't know who he called or what he said, but he worked the magic. The part came on Monday, and they had the Santa Fe fixed and back to us a day ahead of schedule! That was tremendous. We were already sold on the Hyundai, but this experience reminded us again of why we are on our third vehicle. The level of customer care is off the charts at Hyundai. And Kyle is the best service advisor we've ever had. The repairs fixed the problem and got us safely back home to Kansas City. I would gladly recommend Kunes Hyundai without hesitation. Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.
