We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

We stopped by in December to look at a new vehicle. Drake was very helpful in the process of purchasing a 2025 4 Runner. We will be back for our next vehicle.

Bought 2012 in 2021. I have put 18,000 miles on it. Had to do brakes, CV joint, and the thermostat. Otherwise, it runs very good.

Ordered a 2023 GMC Yukon XL Denali Diesel 4 wheel drive in March of 2023. Took GM 5 months to pick up the order even though I adjusted a few minor options that were on constraint to have the order picked up (these were items I could purchase the parts and have the dealer install such as illuminated GMC emblem, Denali door sills, illuminated GMC cargo sill, cross rails for roof carrier). I wanted the diesel for the mileage and longevity. I am very satisfied with everything with the vehicle so far. Ordered the 20 inch rims/tires for a better ride. The ride quality is remarkable, so smooth. I drive a combination city/rural each day and I average 25 or more MPG. I have 9000 miles on it so far, and not one single issue with it. It is smooth, quiet, and and packed with technology. Goes through the snow with no problem. I have had 7 Suburbans, Yukon XL's and Escalades and in the past, full size Cadillac Broughams, and this is the best riding vehicle out of all of them. I am very satisfied. The only issue is the price has gone through the roof to purchase new. The Suburban and Yukon XL used to be more affordable new. My previous 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali has an engine issue (camshaft issue even though the oil was changed at the dealer every 3K miles) at 165K miles and I had to trade it in quickly, so the dealer took it on trade when I ordered the 2023, and they wholesaled it. I was not going to buy another one with the 6.2 liter engine again.I really hope the diesel will go for many miles and years, and so far this vehicle has had no problems what so ever. Very glad I made the decision to try it again with the diesel engine this time. If the diesel was not available I would not have bought another GM full size SUV. Classic Painesville Ohio is the best to work with for sales, service and parts. They kept me posted throughout the purchase process and were very fair with the amount for the trade in and purchase price for the new vehicle.

I just purchased a 2024 Yukon Denali XL. This is my 3rd Yukon. So needless to say I am sold on this style of vehicle. The style and comfort are impeccable. Had a 2009, 2019 and now a 2024 XL. Never had any problems.

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

The sales staff is incredibly helpful but there’s one guy who stood out to me he was tall had curly hair & a beard. I don’t remember his name but I heard someone calling him Izzy. He was very respectful and you could tell he has a strong work ethic, that guy definitely deserves a promotion. I always see him working so hard at the dealership.

Very satisfied with my Acadia. There are a lot of electronic features that took time to get used to, like transmission by button, but now it is second nature. I can park this SUV in the garage and still transport 6 adult people very comfortably.

The styling looks great outside & everything functions as it should. It has loads of options, heated & cooled seats & steering wheel, very cold air, big comfy 7 seats. While not a luxury-looking plush interior, it is very nice. A couple pieces of plastic molding inside are loose, a back panel I tried to take off & the visor mirror on drivers side. I've owned this for 6 months & adore it! Very roomy.

I ended up buying a 2019 Ford Fusion. I absolutely love the car. I would buy it again tomorrow. My car was cleaned to perfection, received a complete checkup, oil changed at my request, met the service dept which I intend to use for all needs in the future. Have the 2017 Acadia XL limited. PROs: Very roomy for its size, handles extremely well on the road, comfortable, quiet ride for long trips. Safety features are great.. Yellow lights on side mirrors warn of blind spots..a godsend in heavy traffic, rear camera, warning beepers if something is too close. Crash avoidance protections, has wifi !! and great electronics package. Towing package too... hauls trailer w/ rowboat..also transports 3 kayaks when the back seats are down . I’ve driven this in heavy snow and blizzards..safely masters the road when other cars fail or spin-out and self corrects and warns if skidding or icy. CONS: Only negative is that it’s not customer-friendly for even minor repairs or maintenance... so EVERYTHING requires dealer repairs / expense. Examples: Fuses are outside..in a box under the hood that’s difficult to open.. as is the hood! Indicator level on antifreeze coolant container is hidden and not legible.The battery is hidden under the back seat! ..jumping is in the hood at designated points.. Don’t even try to remove a flat tire.. the jack is small, flimsy and dangerous and the mini tire is almost impossible to get to, crawling under the car and manipulating lots of parts. .once you figure out how. Replacing a headlight requires taking the bumper off.. etc. These are areas that GM can improve on, to help make their vehicles more customer-oriented. Despite all.. this is the best SUV I’ve ever owned. It’s a shame it’s been discontinued. The new, small version is no comparison.

We traded in our 2019 Buick Encore for this Terrain. Let's just say WOW on the room and comfort. We travel back and forth from NC to Ohio as family lives in both States. Well the Encore was nice on gas but not comfortable on long trips at all. This has great leg room (heated seats (both back and bottom) and this is a game changer for me with my arthritis. The cameras in this car are awesome. You can see clearly what is behind you when backing up. The lane assist will give you a little buzz in the seat on the side you have drifted too or if you are getting too close to an object or person when backing up. Nice cargo area. The back seat can also handle 3 adults with enough leg room. It's very comfy back there, I road in the back on the test drive since I sometimes sit in the back on trips so I can n change positions more. The 15 inch info center is impressive for sure. Still learning how to use it. If you want comfort in a nice looking SUV this is the one for you.
