Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Crystal helped me so much! I was afraid I needed new tire sensors as the icon would not go away and was giving false readings. She was wonderful. She reset my sensors! And showed me how to do myself. She has a wonderful personality and is do willing to help! The dealership is its people and we are lucky to have her!

Excellent and reliable, only thing buyers have to do is buy a AFM disabler that you can stick into OBD2 port to avoid lifter failure (longer story, nobody wants a V8 to run in V4)

We stopped the Corwin Lot a few weeks ago looking for an AWD vehicle with some extra space. Jared showed us a nicely finished Traverse with low miles. We were on our way home 170 miles away and told Jared we'd think about it for awhile. Jared kept in contact w/o any pressure just to see if we had any questions or if we were interested in something different. After some clarification we agreed on a price and that we'd pick it up on the day before Thanksgiving. We bought it "as is" w/o warranty. Later that evening, when the instrument cluster is well lit, we noticed a check engine light was on and then later the Auto-Start failed to work. I stopped by Fri morning to see Jared, and he took it for a drive and just told me to sit back and have some coffee while he looked into it. Despite being a very busy post-holiday Friday he got it right into the shop w/o an appt and they dug into the issue and repaired it right away and covered the whole cost of labor and parts. To whomever this concerns: There’s a salesman at the Bill Hood Bargain dealership whose actual name I’m not exactly sure of his actual name ..might be Dionte..but to me his name is Saginaw. I went to his dealership interested in a 2013 Lincoln but left a week later with a 2019 Ford Fusion!! I’ve never been given a reason to praise a car salesman I’ve dealt with EVER. However,Saginaw is thee exception. I truly had the best car buying experience that I never thought could exist!! He was extremely attentive and pleasant with phenomenal communication skills. He responded promptly to all my calls & texts and that’s a rare find when dealing with car buying. Also the financing magician Jerrod also deserves a round of applause!! I sure hope both Saginaw and Jarrod get the recognition from their bosses that they deserve. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to for one customer and spent an extreme amount of time just on me ..that was amazing. Great job guys and yes, when I’m ready years from now to buy another car, I will return to Bill Hood and hope yall are still there to offer yet again your greatly appreciated service!!

We came in to look at 2 EV vehicles. A Tesla model Y and a Nissan Ariya. They hade a great selection of pre owned EV’s. Very nice facility and very helpful staff. Would highly Recommend if your wanting to purchase and EV.

I own a 2021 Yukon Denali with 23K. At nearly $90k, I purchased every option except for the silly entertainment screens fastened to the back of the front seat headrests. (nice for leaving the imprint of your passenger's faces on the screen in an accident - buy a couple of iPads. First of all, kudos to GM engineers. Technology actually exceeds German cars I've owned. Rear view camera is GREAT and adjustable for brightness, distance and width. But, make sure you purchase the washer for the rear lens...Miirror is almost unusable in rain..(blurring with rain and dirt quickly. I'm 6'2" and really ticked-off there isn't a handle on the "A" pillar to grab to pull into the driver's seat. They put a handle at the upper center of the door opening. What is that for? I have to grab the steering wheel (fortunately rigid with the engine off). Another big problem is the loss of both knees in a frontal accident. With the steering wheel all the way back, I can't even come close to stretching my leg out. Really! A couple of bigger issues: I know the front of this vehicle is right off of the truck, but the end result of the gigantic, unsloped hood, is the inability to see anything 12 feet in front of you. And making right turns.....better memorize that curb before you start your right turn because you won't see it again. Just "that look " from your wife as you run over the curb again with your right rear wheel. Lastly, I hope someone from GM reads this.....With all the awesome high-tech items on this car, why are there no "turn" lights? You know, the lights that let you see where you're going, especially right turns. Porsche has LED lights designated for turns that light up the whole area you're turning into. In the Yukon at least I'll see what I ran over with the terrific rear view mirror! My only intermittent mechanical annoyance is when I push the door handle to lock the doors. It's supposed to fold the mirrors in which is a good way to check you locked the vehicle. occasionally , they don't fold and I have to push the button 4 times. Of course, the mechanic needs only to push the button till it works and tell me it's working. Twice. Guess they win. I'll live with it. Now for the rest: Fantastic overall vehicle! With the air suspension it rides better than Mercedes or Lexus. I always get positive remarks from passengers. The steering wheel control for the Active Cruise control is absolutely perfect. I've driven between Arizona and Colorado without taking my hands off the wheel (just moving my thumb). And the engine, I LOVE THE INLINE 3.0 DIESEL! Almost got the 6 liter but took a chance on the diesel that just came out (in 2021). Same exact torque as the V8 and great for passing. The big difference ..... I had to take a photo of my dash to prove to my friends....heading back to Phoenix with 256 miles on the odometer averaging 30.2 mpg going the speed limit! My Porsche Cayenne gets 19.6mpg (not going the speed limit). The 9 cameras help when parking unless your wife is with you. When I come to a stop I'm waiting for my wife to hold up the 1 to 10 signs like the judges in the olympics. And lastly, For a car that will raise 5" in 4 low, why does the car come with 1 ply polyester sidewalls ? I'm not comfortable on gravel or rocky roads for fear of a sidewall puncture. I highly recommend this vehicle. The designers did a great job making this big vehicle look sleek and smaller than it is. I'm a bit unnerved when I see a vehicle like mine come flying into a parking spot for a perfect 4-point landing and the driver is a 110 lb soccer mom. And I just spent 20 minutes with a micrometer adjusting my position so I don't get "that look" again from my wife. Good luck and hope it's reliable.
