He was very helpful, located the car I was interested, and pulled it up promptly. They let me take it on an extended drive so i could let the family get a good look at the car. The car was clean, had a full tank and ran exceptionally. After agreeing on a price, i proceeded to process the purchase. Billy offered to drive my new car and follow me home. The purchase went great and i didn?t need a second driver because Billy was so helpful.

Our 2021 Terrain SLT is really a nice auto. Gets great 30 MPG approximately, But, 0 to 60 is lacking horsepower. Great Little highway auto. Comfortable.....

Stephen was kind, patient, and had the car detailed for me when I came to pick it up, and even installed a new battery to make sure I would have no issues going forward. The buying process was easy and simple and everyone was friendly. I am not sure what Maria’s official title is at the dealership but she dealt with all of the paperwork to sign once I bought the car and she was extremely nice as well. GMC Diesel Canyon AT4. I've had this truck for a year-11,000 miles. I love it. The Denali and Elevation trim looked like junk. The AT4 can't compete with the Tacoma off road but, It holds it's own off road. The Diesel pulls like a beast and the exhuast brake, on all the moutain passes I drive, is worth it's wieght in Gold. I trailer the max. capacity regularly and it's smooth sailing. I traded in my 2500HD Silverado with the vortec 6.0 for this big, little truck. Best decision I've made in a while. I had this truck on order for 8 months and Gm never accepted the order. I finally found exactly what I ordered, just off the truck that morning that I called. 1300 miles away, I jumped on a plane to go get it. Crying shame GMC discontinued the diesel. The extra $ per gallon right now is easily washed by the increase in mileage, 32+ higway, 19 trallering almost 8000 #'s. I wouldn't want the truck without it. Wouldn't want the Elevation or Denali. Diesel AT4 is the truck. I'll keep it the rest of my life barring accident. I'm sure I can get 40 years out of this truck doing 10-12k a year. The regeneration of the exhaust has never come up but, I only do a little round town driving. Most of my miles are highway and hauling a load. I've heard horror stories about regen. from city folk, commuters... You get what you aim for. If you've given it a lot of thought and the diesel AT4 seems right for you, you won't be disappointed. Good luck finding one. GM - You've a winner here. don't let it get away. Ps. Cars.com doesn't have a choice of how I use this truck for WORK. I set an appointment for 9:00. I arrived at the dealership's service entrance shortly before that time. I was immediately ushered in by a service technician who pleasantly greeted me and asked me to leave my vehicle running with the keys on the dash. He then escorted me to Chuck Reckers, who would take care of me. Chuck was also very pleasant and efficient, executed the necessary paperwork and had me sign those same papers to verify the service that was to be performed. Chuck said everything would be accomplished in about 1 and 1/2 hours. Following that, he escorted me to the beautiful customer's waiting room. The area was spotless, had sofas, work tables and complimentary WIFI setups as well as soft drinks, coffee, ice water and snacks. Very impressive! At about 10:10, Chuck came back to tell me my vehicle's maintenance had been accomplished and I was all set to leave. I love it when companies under promise and over deliver and that's what Jake Sweeney Jeep did for me.

I have owned this truck for 2 years. It is a Sierra SLE which is a comfortable entry level, wished I would have gotten the SLT. Have only 3 areas of (could have been better) 1. approach angle 2. APP or instrumentation management for the 4 wheel system doesn't show hardly any info. 3 Fuel consumption control, no options for various usability IE... Towing, Hauling, Performance and Economical.

I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

I am in process of purchasing a car here all the way from Chicago. After bad experiences with local dealerships, I went online to find the car I wanted at a competitive price. I found an Atlas Premium R Line Trim and handled the entire interaction by phone. Everyone was great to deal with and I?m waiting for delivery to be confirmed now. They were a little slow following up at first but they assured me it was because they were busy. Everyone has been pleasant, operate with integrity, and everything they said they honored. I honestly I had my guard up until I signed the documents because of what I?m used to when you deal with dealerships. The previous dealer added a $1995.00 ?pre-owned certification fee? which he graciously waived if I would close the deal. Along with other fees and misleading information we walked out of that dealership. I?m so glad we did because I found the SAME EXACT car for less including the delivery fee. They even got me a better interest rate than my local credit union.

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!
