K.C. (Kyle) was very helpful and explained the purchasing process very simply and matter of factually. He was courteous and respectful and eager to do what it takes. I exchanged emails with him for awhile before going to the lot. I made an appointment with K.C. so he would know I was coming and be available and have time for me. K.C. had a couple or three trucks for me to look at that was based on my email feedback. The test drive process was very easy and quick (or as long as I wanted). Took about an hour or so to start the approval process but that was including my test drives. I was hoping to get it all done in about 3-3.5 hours and took about 4.5 but that was no fault of K.C.'s just the time it takes. I strongly recommend to use K.C. anytime you are looking for a vehicle. He will show you respect and no pressure.

I love my 2021 GMC Denali 2500HD. I have gotten more complements on this truck than any other vehicle that I have owned. I get great highway fuel milage average 19-26mpg,which is great for a heavy duty truck!

I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

Excellent and reliable, only thing buyers have to do is buy a AFM disabler that you can stick into OBD2 port to avoid lifter failure (longer story, nobody wants a V8 to run in V4)

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

This truck is the base model and that is exactly what we were looking for. A good solid truck without all the fancy technology. It drives like a dream, handles just as well and the interior is sleek and well designed. Perfect black on black exterior.... a man's truck.

I have had my 2011 GMC Sierra for a few years now, i love it. i have hauled multiple loads of wood with the truck loaded too the max and a small trailer loaded to the max. can definitely feel the weight but my truck never hesitates at all. Very impressed with the performance of these trucks. i have worked at a ford dealership for years, but ill always drive a GMC.

I purchased pre-owned 2020 1500 SLT in February of this year. The truck rides comfortable and has plenty of room front and rear. My and I both enjoy it. My only drawback is the turn radius (lock to lock). It lacks compared to my wife's 2018 Yukon SLT, or the 2016 Ram I traded in. Have to many times maneuver twice to park it going forward or reverse. Otherwise happy with our purchase.

2021 GMC sierra 1500, 5.3, crew cab 4x4, 21000 miles. brakepad monitor lites up. dealership says needs brakes and rotors in back. one mo. on warranty. our rural roads dirty up the monitor. Needs new monitor. brakes look great to me. No noises. dealer says parts on order GM strike. Can't replace myself cause of computer...

I went to Mitch Smith Chevrolet for a new vehicle because that is where my daddy found a hood used vehicle for me. Samuel Tucker is the salesman who helped me throughout the process. And he was awesome. See I had never purchased a vehicle without my daddy in my 50 years. He passed away in 2022 and I was scared to do this alone. But I wasn’t alone. Samuel was right there with me holding my hand. The vehicle I found online was actually in transit and not on the lot the day I went to buy. So 6 or so weeks later it came in. I went to test drive it and almost had a heart attack. Samuel ended up driving me as I was so nervous doing this without my precious daddy by my side. He walked me through the process once I said yes and ta da! It was done. Worst part is having to pay for it. But that is with everything you buy. I found a new friend that hot day in 2022 who has turned into a life long friend. I send everyone to him if they are looking for a vehicle. I tell him all the time that 2022 Silver sage metallic Traverse is the prettiest vehicle he’s ever sold. (But the 2023 Tahoe in that color is really nice too.). This dealership is VERY picky with the quality of vehicles they bring into inventory. All the cars I've observed on their Birmingham lot are in pristine condition! I had been looking for a fairly rare model (Accord 2.0T 6-speed). All the ones I had looked at prior to finding this place were in questionable condition to say the least. The one I found at Birmingham Luxury Motors was nearly pristine!

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

We have owned our GMC Sierra 1500 for approximately 9 years now. The only real disappointment with the vehicle is that we had to have a full transmission replacement Just after the 100k mile without any warning whatsoever. The truck now has 107k miles on it and now , again out of nowhere, we are experiencing slipping in the trans and the engine light is now flashing. Very disappointing since we are starting to feel uncertain about the reliability of the vehicle now. The truck itself is gorgeous and shows ZERO signs of its age, sporting new rims and tires and a lifted body and no rust on the body at all. We hope there are no major issues with the engine as the vehicle has always been maintained as needed and on time for regular servicing at the dealership.
