Called the dealership, they came to my work and gave it a jump, followed me to the dealership and installed a new battery. The whole process from the time I called to the time I left the dealership was just under 1 hour. Highly Recommend!

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

It's exactly what I was looking for; used but not too used, low miles, good looking but not too many bells and whistles, and didn't need any work.

Called for an appt. got in within two days for new tires and an oil change. While doing inspection mechanic found i needed new rear brakes. They had them in stock and was down with the other repairs. In and out in the same day.

I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

It was a great experience all around! Dan was very helpful and spent time with me explaining warranty options, etc. After I purchased the vehicle spent time explaining how to use all the bells and whistles on my new vehicle. Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?

What can I except this place was great! Bought a car from here couple years ago and love it. Dylan was very knowledgeable about the car and even discussed his experience with selling them and told me what to watch for in the future. Pam helped me get the payment I wanted and even with a warranty. Almost 2 years later and I just now used the warranty and it was no hassle to use! Still loving my vehicle and when I'm ready to buy again I will be going back!

This truck is the base model and that is exactly what we were looking for. A good solid truck without all the fancy technology. It drives like a dream, handles just as well and the interior is sleek and well designed. Perfect black on black exterior.... a man's truck.

Brian stayed in touch with me, eager to meet with me and help in any way. He showed me the cars I was focused on and didn't try to steer me in another direction. A very nice experience. Haven't completed the sale. Probably going somewhere else.

We have owned our GMC Sierra 1500 for approximately 9 years now. The only real disappointment with the vehicle is that we had to have a full transmission replacement Just after the 100k mile without any warning whatsoever. The truck now has 107k miles on it and now , again out of nowhere, we are experiencing slipping in the trans and the engine light is now flashing. Very disappointing since we are starting to feel uncertain about the reliability of the vehicle now. The truck itself is gorgeous and shows ZERO signs of its age, sporting new rims and tires and a lifted body and no rust on the body at all. We hope there are no major issues with the engine as the vehicle has always been maintained as needed and on time for regular servicing at the dealership.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our vehicle from Trecek Automotive! One Saturday morning my husband and I were in Portage and had some extra time, so we decided to stop by to test drive a few trucks. Over the past few months we had narrowed it down to two different trucks styles that we were interested in. The test drives were going to help us to make the decision for when we were ready to purchase in a few months. Kipp was the one to assist us. His body language and no sales gimmick's is what kept us there that day. If there had been any pressure or "salesman talk", we would've walked away before even doing the test drive. To be honest we would have walked away anytime throughout the process since we were in no hurry to buy. Kipp gave us our space but yet was there to answer any of my MANY MANY questions. We ended up purchasing the truck about a week later at a price we felt very comfortable with. Before leaving the dealership that day, Eric was there to make sure we knew how to use all the features offered and help us to get our Onstar set up properly. We left that day knowing without a doubt that we made a great decision! Everyone in the dealership was very professional and friendly. I have the 1500 double cab with standard bed. The reason I have this vehicle is I really like the 6.5 foot bed. The crew cab with same bed is just too long. The things I dislike about this model is that it only comes in the SLE model. For the 2025 that means the external mirrors do NOT have a power fold in and it does not have a seat memory for more that one driver. The power fold in for the mirrors is extremely important to me.

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

Just want to comment on the outstanding effort & style of salesman Mike Pehl. Spends whatever time & effort needed to make things happen. This is a late review as I leased a 2015 LTZ Equinox. Just wanted to him an atta boy. Thanks again Mike.

Missing a few things that could really make it better. Homelink for garage door isn’t offered? Doesn’t come with a receiver type hitch however what does comes with it is almost the same amount of steel. The phone charger doesn’t work quite right and they know it.

Contacted this dealership about a Buick Lacrosse was paired with salesman Nubar. After explaining my bad experience with previous dealership he assured me he would do everything he could to make this a better experience. After about a week of negotiations we finally came to terms we could both live with. He went above & beyond and He was very patient and answered all my questions. Between Nubar,Gunner & kiefer They really went out of their way from start to shipping. Once I received the car two days later it was as advertised. This dealership was spot on. So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

This review is for a two week old truck. I have been trying to get a 3500HD AT4, gas engine, 8 foot bed, 5th wheel prep, in blue for over a year (almost 2). My dealer finally received an allocation and I was off for the build!! However, when my build order was sent to me the color had defaulted to black (blue was discontinued for 2024) and the only way to change it was to cancel and start over.....so black it is!! The truck is gorgeous and much larger than I thought! I am pleased with both exterior styling and the 2024 interior refesh. My only complaint is the seats, they are a bit firm.....still comfy....but firm. The GM sunroof is small, so small I passed on the option. Mechanically this truck is a pretty sound design. Another 50hp for the 6.6L gas engine would be nice, but 401hp is pretty decent. A PTO offering in the up level trims would be nice, as would a larger/dual fuel tank option is needed (GM is the only one that doesn't offer one), and a factory level in the front, and while I am dreaming a front locking differential. GM could up thier paint game, when approaching 90k I expect better paint. Value wise it is as good if not better than the rest of the over priced trucks on the market. Rumor is 20K per unit on average goes to the UAW pension, that's why your 50k truck costs 70k. In closing I have zero regrets other than the color, but I needed it immediately so here I am.

Overall we are extremely happy with our experience with the dealership and our salesman, Steve. Steve did a very excellent job going over everything about our truck.

This truck is the truck that all others should look up to. It rides great, will tow a house, runs smooth, and gets great fuel economy. The Allison transmission is so smooth. The AT4 looks great too.

I have loved and owned Chevy and GMC midsized trucks since 98 when I purchased a used S-10. My latest purchase is a 2021 GMC Canyon Denali bought brand new. It's been a great truck until my power steering unit went out due to corrosion. It only has 32,200 miles on it and I have never gotten it wet other than car washes and driving in the rain which is normal conditions. I had purchased a mid grade extended warranty through GMC after my lease was up and purchased the truck. I am being told this is NOT covered due to it being external wiring. So I feel this is a manufacturing malfunction and bad engineering for water to be able to get in to cause such corrosion so beware. This is an open case filed with GM currently to hopefully rectify the matter.

We have used this Cadillac dealership to service our Cadillacs for years. This time, we dropped the vehicle off to be serviced the next day . . . however, later that afternoon the phone rang and our car was ready to be picked up - a day early! What impresses me about this dealership is . . . the friendliness of their staff, the cleanliness of their facilities the quality of their repairs - all just top notch!

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

I bought a 2019 GMC Sierra Elevation. I traded in a FULLY loaded 2015 Sierra SLT, that I was really sad to see go, but the Elevation really sold me on styling and ride quality. I lost a couple high end bells and whistles, but the overall performance and look of the truck make up for it big time!
