I always receive great service. I just did my 60,000 mile service maintenance. Although I didn't wait in lobby today, I did appreciate being able to walk into a clean, roomy lobby and grab an expresso to go when my ride came. Returned a couple hours later to pick up a clean serviced vehicle. I love the great service I get here!

I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

Got me in at 7 and where done at 8 found no issues and changed the oil first oil change was free overall good job

Stong engine and smooth! Highly recommend for familys or someone who likes a smooth truck. Purchased new and have had zero issues since then. Love it!

This truck is great if your not trying to haul 10k lbs. For every day use it's great on gas and I fit everything I need in the bed.

This truck is the truck that all others should look up to. It rides great, will tow a house, runs smooth, and gets great fuel economy. The Allison transmission is so smooth. The AT4 looks great too.

Use service department because of Service Advisor- Chad Dear. Has has earned my trust over the years. There are other options for services but I stick with the Dealer.

Missing a few things that could really make it better. Homelink for garage door isn’t offered? Doesn’t come with a receiver type hitch however what does comes with it is almost the same amount of steel. The phone charger doesn’t work quite right and they know it.

I had my 2018 Toyota Prius 15,000 mile service provided provided by Bob Moore Toyata on October 4th. My servicing manager was extremely courteous in seeing to my comfort while waiting for my vehicle in Bob Moore Toyota customer waiting area. All Services were completed I 1 hour of my arrival. All services performed and recommended were fully explained by my service attendant.i am fully satisfied with the services I received.

I just purchased it new. Love it. the interior, the way it rides. Its a great bang for the dollar. A must own. I wish the MPG was a little better

Overall, the Carter boys made this a pleasant experience enough to warrant my business now and in the future. A stark contrast to my local dealers. Carter Chevy was willing to work with me in a way that local dealers would not showing that they are a dealer that have evolved/learned from COVID era deals. So much so that I decided to order directly through them and deal with the shipping hassle. I was not hounded in anyway. Some details got lost in the hundreds of emails. But, the fact Carter was willing to email with me so frequently cemented the deal. Trevor, Mike, Jason, and the parts manager are professionals that want you to enjoy the process Carter Chevy was willing to work with me in a way that local dealers would not. So much so that I decided to order directly through them and deal with the shipping hassle. I was not hounded in any way. Some details got lost in the hundreds of emails. This review is for a two week old truck. I have been trying to get a 3500HD AT4, gas engine, 8 foot bed, 5th wheel prep, in blue for over a year (almost 2). My dealer finally received an allocation and I was off for the build!! However, when my build order was sent to me the color had defaulted to black (blue was discontinued for 2024) and the only way to change it was to cancel and start over.....so black it is!! The truck is gorgeous and much larger than I thought! I am pleased with both exterior styling and the 2024 interior refesh. My only complaint is the seats, they are a bit firm.....still comfy....but firm. The GM sunroof is small, so small I passed on the option. Mechanically this truck is a pretty sound design. Another 50hp for the 6.6L gas engine would be nice, but 401hp is pretty decent. A PTO offering in the up level trims would be nice, as would a larger/dual fuel tank option is needed (GM is the only one that doesn't offer one), and a factory level in the front, and while I am dreaming a front locking differential. GM could up thier paint game, when approaching 90k I expect better paint. Value wise it is as good if not better than the rest of the over priced trucks on the market. Rumor is 20K per unit on average goes to the UAW pension, that's why your 50k truck costs 70k. In closing I have zero regrets other than the color, but I needed it immediately so here I am.

Ladies, ask for Jimmy Briseno! For the FIRST TIME we found a salesman who answered MY questions and catered to ME when buying a car! The minute my husband told him it would be my car Jimmy went above and beyond to show me multiple options, all while really listening to what I liked/disliked about each car I test drove. He was patient without being pushy and didn't treat me like I was silly just because I'm female--absolutely recommend!

I have loved and owned Chevy and GMC midsized trucks since 98 when I purchased a used S-10. My latest purchase is a 2021 GMC Canyon Denali bought brand new. It's been a great truck until my power steering unit went out due to corrosion. It only has 32,200 miles on it and I have never gotten it wet other than car washes and driving in the rain which is normal conditions. I had purchased a mid grade extended warranty through GMC after my lease was up and purchased the truck. I am being told this is NOT covered due to it being external wiring. So I feel this is a manufacturing malfunction and bad engineering for water to be able to get in to cause such corrosion so beware. This is an open case filed with GM currently to hopefully rectify the matter.

The Service Attendant was very professional, and the annual service was completed extremely fast. I will definitely continue to do business with Bob Howard Chevrolet.

I bought this truck new 1/22. Have put over 100K miles in 2-½ years. No problems. Have 5.3L and 10-speed. Very reliable. Nothing has gone wrong. I feel the seat cushions are too short for someone over 6’.

Fwd:We bought a new Kia in June last year from Kalidy Kia. We got a great deal and we still like our new car. We dealt with sales manager Corey Suter. I bought this truck new 8 years ago (and 77k miles). I use this truck for truck things like towing a 5,200lb trailer @8 times a year. The V6 has plenty of power and gets good mileage (22 mpg combined, 29 highway empty, 15 pulling the trailer). Reliability has been outstanding. The transmission needs a full flush about every 40k to keep it shifting smoothly. Other than that this truck has been without issue.

2019 Canyon Denali. All sorts of bells and whistles, several that I don't really need. Biggest complaint: no memory seats and no Homelink garage opener. Ridiculous. What accountant made that decision?

Went quick and was not pressured. Found the truck i was looking for and bought it at the advertised price.

So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

Did not proceed with the car in question. Nothing to do with the car or the dealership. The interaction with dealership was pleasant and would consider them again.

Our AT4X has been an excellent mid-size truck. The ride is shockingly smooth and the engine has a lot of torque. Wish the interior had less plastic and GM's failure to have a rear view camera mirror or controls for garage/gate contols is inexcusible. Overall, could not be more pleased with this truck.

Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.

We were extremely pleased with the dealership. Our salesman David Kile was outstanding. The 2018 Jeep Wrangler had everything on it that I was looking for. Far much better price then new. We were even contacted a week after the sale that they had found us a little better deal on finance. We would highly recommend Landers

Good afternoon everyone, yes, I’m a lady and I’m an owner of a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali, it has a V8 motor fully loaded sunroof & also it has heated seats & steering wheel for the cold winter months & in those hot summer months you have A/C seats nothing better than that am I correct? It’s been times like that wouldnt trade for the world!! So for all you ladies who think BIG TRUCKS are just for men, go out there & buy one have them put on some electronic slide in/out rails & go out & show the shows the boss!! lol 😄 I’m out looking for a new one now either a 2500/3500 pearl white

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

I have a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali with the 3.0 Diesel engine. I have 20,000 miles on it at the time of writing this. Never owned a diesel before and now i don't think i will own another one without it. I LOVE the engine in this truck. Only complaint would be that it likes DEF fluid while towing so pick up some extra DEF before you head out to tow something. Put about 8K miles on it this summer without adding any DEF fluid. seems to use a little more in the winter or when towing. Very quiet for a deisel and the fuel economy is awesome. Driving 70 mph down the freeway this truck gets about 30mpg, Drive 55mph on regular highways and this truck gets almost 40mpg. All around driving for me is about 26mpg. I used to fill up twice a week with my gas motor and now only once a week. Wireless Apple Carplay works great and the voice texting and mapping is a big plus. I also have the new SuperCruise feature which is awesome. Get on the freeway and set the supercruise on and the truck drives itself until i get to my exit (about 28 miles from home to work). Bose stereo is out of this world and all the storage is great to. I have a swingout bed toolbox, aluminum roll up tonneau cover, Lighted black GMC front emblem, Gloss Black 22" wheels, All Black decals and my dual exhaust bezels are black as well. I rotate the tires and change the oil every 5,000 miles. Couldn't ask for a better truck. Might get the ultimate next time as that has the messaging seats which i kinda wish I had.
