I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

Wheelers Chevy Dealership in Merrill is amazing. The building was clean, easily accessible from the highway. Their waiting room is comfortable and included free assorted beverages and a large screen TV. I was there for approximately 6 hours. Greg and Chad routinely checked on me and let me know the status of the repair. Greg stated they had 2 of the 3 parts required for the repair and took the initiative to send an employee 45 minutes away to get the part from another facility. He assured my husband that if needed he would personally drive me to Wausau to get a rental car to continue on my journey and would not leave me stranded. More importantly both Greg and Chad were kind, courteous and professional. The tech worked quickly to see me on my way. It was very nice to see such outstanding level of service. Both the Service and Tech Teams should be congratulated for their efforts. Big shout out to all of you!

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

Kocourek Ford operates like a very well-oiled machine! The dealership facility was very clean and organized. They were great to work with, especially our first internet point of contact and sales person, Matt Brklacich. He responded to our internet request for a test drive immediately, and followed up with us to set up a convenient time to meet for the test drive. I've owned this GMC Sierra 1500 All Terrain since it was 8 months old. With the exception of two warranty issues (failing power brake vacuum pump and transmission electrical harness), I have been totally happy with this truck. Up until now, my 1996 Chevrolet K1500 Silverado with it's 5.7L Vortec engine was my favorite truck of all time, this GMC (5.3L LS engine, 8 speed automatice) has earned the top spot now of my all time favorite truck. It is comfortable to drive, and runs as good as the day I bought it over 5+ years ago. I've got 71.5K miles on it. My biggest issue is I wished it had the 6.2L engine for better towing capabilities. Other than that ... love this truck.

This is one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. We worked with Alex. He was very polite, very understanding, very knowledgeable. We were placed in the perfect SUV. It looked brand new being a used 2019 GMC ACADIA. Pur customer service rep Alex handled it very well. We walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service. At the time of signing for our vehicle, Alex went through everything they checked on the vehicle. Knowing that they go the extra mile to make sure that there is no factory recalls, or any issues with the vehicle, means they truly care for their customers.

So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

I have loved and owned Chevy and GMC midsized trucks since 98 when I purchased a used S-10. My latest purchase is a 2021 GMC Canyon Denali bought brand new. It's been a great truck until my power steering unit went out due to corrosion. It only has 32,200 miles on it and I have never gotten it wet other than car washes and driving in the rain which is normal conditions. I had purchased a mid grade extended warranty through GMC after my lease was up and purchased the truck. I am being told this is NOT covered due to it being external wiring. So I feel this is a manufacturing malfunction and bad engineering for water to be able to get in to cause such corrosion so beware. This is an open case filed with GM currently to hopefully rectify the matter.

I found out about Kocourek Ford in Wausau from a co-worker, and it is now my new “go to” Ford dealership. Customer service was top notch. I live in Appleton, but the 1.5 hour drive to Wausau was well worth it. My sales consultant, Billy Woldt, responded immediately to my internet inquiry on my 2018 Ford Edge and was my point-of-contact from beginning to end. Billy even had the Edge inside the facility ready for me to test drive when I arrived for my appointment. The follow-up e-mail from Billy two weeks after I purchased the vehicle was a nice personal touch. I will definitely be back to this dealership when I’m in the market again for a vehicle. I bought my gmc canyon used with 29,300 miles on the odometer. It has the 2.8 ltr I-4 turbo diesel engine. I'm towing a 5,000 lb travel coach. First thousand miles was today. The small engine gets for me astounding fuel milage. Towing the coach i averaged 22. 8 mpg on a trip to the Eastern Sierras. 368 ft lbs of torque is more than enough to haul the trailer to 10,000 + ft elevation. Just be patient and use the torque to tow up a mountain. The fit and finish is excellent, the blue metallic paint turns heads. After 3 yrs a good waxing had it looking showroom new. This is my first gmc ever. If it holds up and runs 300,000 miles like the sales rep stated it's capable of doing. I'll let you know. The one down side is the emissions on the engine can cause reliability issues. Advice i found on a forum says use a good quality injection cleaner in every fill up . Every fill up for the life of the truck. They are capable 300,000 and higher if we'll cared for.

I was in need of a new vehicle and I said I would never go to a big dealership. But I found a car at their BRF lot and John was nice enough to bring it to the MFLD lot since I was coming from an hour away. They were so accommodating that when I decided I was going to purchase it they filed all the paperwork that day. They treated me very well even before they found out it was my birthday. I will be back again.

I bought a 2019 GMC Sierra Elevation. I traded in a FULLY loaded 2015 Sierra SLT, that I was really sad to see go, but the Elevation really sold me on styling and ride quality. I lost a couple high end bells and whistles, but the overall performance and look of the truck make up for it big time!

Great performance, hard to clean, everything, I expected. Getting lots of compliments and head turning. Stomping with thee BIG DAWGS!!!! Good gas mileage on highway.

Wheelers stands out as one of the most helpful businesses that I have ever dealt with. I had to work with GM on a "buy-back" of a vehicle that was not able to be repaired at a different service department. The buy-back process and vehicle replacement is not profitable for the dealership. After trying to work with many other dealers that were helpful until they found out that there was no money in it for them, I was lucky to find Wheelers. I'm VERY impressed with the customer care at Wheelers. Everyone there that was involved, including the Owners, Management, Salespeople, and Servicepeople, ... they all shared the same caring and helpful qualities. When it's time for another vehicle, I will return to Wheelers.

Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?

Waiting for the Refreshed 2022 AT4 was well worth it! With all the manufacturing issues today, building and shipping was slow, but understandable. Love the truck and the features! Fit is perfect and quality is #1. Pricing was too high but all vehicles are running this way. You get what you pay for and this truck is perfect! I have owned many trucks and this by far is the best. The latest features are beyond most other makes and GM has thought this truck through from front to rear.
