Got a truck from them bought running boards for the pickup but couldn’t put them on cuz running boards were rotted so called Tim’s an they said bring the truck down an fixed the issue thank you

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

I've not been to the lot yet so can't rate anything but customer service. And their customer service is A . By far, the nicest and most honest dealership I've ever spoken to.

First , I bought gas 6.0 , the diesels are great if you have serious towing needs. You just need to realize no matter how well you maintain a diesel it will at some point have an expensive repair. I've had my truck about 12 years. Regular maintenance , a few batteries , couple sets of tires and a MAF sensor. I tow a couple different trailers and the heaviest is less than 10k loaded. Towing , zero issues , no band aids , no overloads , no equalizing hitch , no sway control. Simply not needed. Drives amazing, stops great, Roughly 10 to 12 MPG towing. Unloaded driving at 60 / 65 on cruise solid 15 to 16 MPG. Yes , it won't pul the hills like a diesel but thats a small price to pay for an absolutely amazing truck. I want a new truck in the worst way but just can't part with this truck. A very good truck if you find a clean well maintained one.

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

As I was travelling to visit some friends I happened upon Benson's. As I had been looking for a truck and they had quite a few on the lot I pulled in. I have personally purchased over 20 vehicles in my life. This was by far the easiest, most pleasant and most cooperative purchase of all. They were almost closed for the day but Mark stayed and showed me a number of vehicles. I found one I liked and drove it for a test ride. I really liked the issue but there was a couple of things I wanted. Mark agreed to have them included and a satisfactory agreement was made. My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

Sales staff were very helpful and polite. Their follow up calls and honesty should be a trend setter for other dealers to follow!

i did not expect to get the great fuel mileage that i'm getting with this size truck, and the power is fantastic.

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

Looked at more expensive truck with less options, bought the GMC SIERRA AT4 Turbo Diesel 6. I now only put fuel im once a month. And long distance trips are easier due to better fuel economy. One of my best investments ever.

2021 GMC sierra 1500, 5.3, crew cab 4x4, 21000 miles. brakepad monitor lites up. dealership says needs brakes and rotors in back. one mo. on warranty. our rural roads dirty up the monitor. Needs new monitor. brakes look great to me. No noises. dealer says parts on order GM strike. Can't replace myself cause of computer...

I just purchased a 2024 Yukon Denali XL. This is my 3rd Yukon. So needless to say I am sold on this style of vehicle. The style and comfort are impeccable. Had a 2009, 2019 and now a 2024 XL. Never had any problems.

They were a joy from whom to purchase. Kevin has stayed in contact , as promised, to keep me informed about important follow-ups. Most recently, I returned to Banks to have a more thorough detailing done on my 2022 Buick Encore Gx and have a second key fob made that had been owed me at the time of purchase. The whole team did a knock out job on my car, offered me a loaner car to ease the burden of wait time and kept me informed of timing. Had Tires and Battery replaced. Good Prices and Good work. Service Manager found several discounts that was applied to my needs. Work was done on time and vehicle was in a clean state when finished

Our AT4X has been an excellent mid-size truck. The ride is shockingly smooth and the engine has a lot of torque. Wish the interior had less plastic and GM's failure to have a rear view camera mirror or controls for garage/gate contols is inexcusible. Overall, could not be more pleased with this truck.

Great truck, solid engine, comfortable, smooth, and it handles great for such a large vehicle. Get one and enjoy miles of roadtrips with all you can tow or haul.

I needed a new pickup and while I wanted a Ford F150 I could not find one set up how I wanted. When I did the Ford dealers didn't want to give what I felt my trade in was worth. I got what I wanted and got a great deal on a 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation. It is even set up better than the F150's I was looking for and at a better price. I'm very happy with my purchase.
