I recently purchased a used 2015 Toyota 4Runner from Full Throttle PowerSports. Overall, the experience was mixed but worth sharing for others considering buying from this dealership. Pros:
The sales team was friendly and low-pressure, which made browsing their inventory feel relaxed and comfortable. If you're someone who doesn't like being hounded by pushy sales tactics, this is a good place to go. They also have a unique and interesting selection of vehicles on the lot. Baker from the dealership stood out for being especially fair and reasonable when post-purchase issues arose. Suggestions & Cautions:
While the customer service was pleasant, I didn’t receive much detailed information about the vehicle itself, so I highly recommend doing your own research before heading in. Be prepared with questions and know the car’s background in advance. Communication-wise, skip the online chat and email—neither worked well for me. Calling the dealership directly is the best way to get a timely and clear response. I did run into some problems shortly after bringing the vehicle home, including needed repairs that continued over a few visits. Thankfully, Baker was helpful in resolving things fairly, but I can’t recommend their service department based on my experience. One big red flag came during financing. Rodney, who handles that side (under Prime Wheels), insisted I had to purchase a two-year warranty—costing nearly $3,000—or my loan through Westlake would be denied. This is absolutely not true; I’ve been approved by Westlake at other dealerships without being forced into buying a warranty. I felt pressured, and while he did lower the cost to fit my budget, I only agreed out of desperation and convenience. Bottom Line:
If you're looking for a no-pressure buying environment with a cool selection of cars, Full Throttle is worth a visit—but do your homework ahead of time, be cautious during financing, and don’t rely on their service department. With the right prep, you could walk away with a solid deal, just stay sharp and advocate for yourself.

I have had my 2011 GMC Sierra for a few years now, i love it. i have hauled multiple loads of wood with the truck loaded too the max and a small trailer loaded to the max. can definitely feel the weight but my truck never hesitates at all. Very impressed with the performance of these trucks. i have worked at a ford dealership for years, but ill always drive a GMC.

Good afternoon everyone, yes, I’m a lady and I’m an owner of a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali, it has a V8 motor fully loaded sunroof & also it has heated seats & steering wheel for the cold winter months & in those hot summer months you have A/C seats nothing better than that am I correct? It’s been times like that wouldnt trade for the world!! So for all you ladies who think BIG TRUCKS are just for men, go out there & buy one have them put on some electronic slide in/out rails & go out & show the shows the boss!! lol 😄 I’m out looking for a new one now either a 2500/3500 pearl white

Great truck, solid engine, comfortable, smooth, and it handles great for such a large vehicle. Get one and enjoy miles of roadtrips with all you can tow or haul.

I really like my GMC Canyon 2015 it's a very nice truck .it's been very good ,it does have a couple problems that I've taken care of but all in all I really enjoy driving on the highway in my truck.

I purchased my 2016 GMC Terrain SLT in 2018 as a gently used vehicle with only 21,000 miles on it. I never had issues with it. I kept it regularly serviced and had to replace tires. At now over 93,000 it has been a comfortable and very reliable car. The only feature I wished it had was rear air conditioning. Living here in the SE it gets hot and it takes a “minute” to get the back of the vehicle cooled down. However, I rarely have back seat passengers, and thankfully, the really hot weather lasts only a few months! I have been very pleased with this car and would recommend it to others. I traded it in a week ago for a larger car only because I need the room for a grandchild, and my elderly parents.

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

Got it for the ride ,comfort,great gas mileage on trips,can do a 750 mile trip and not be warn out from the ride.Can carry a lot of stuff .All the different options are great

I bought this 2017 Tahoe w LT trim new. Have 60K on it now and have had no issues with it. We are not towing with it or doing high speed racing so we find the 5.3L Motor is smooth and quiet (and have not had any lifter issues which others have reported). Transmission and suspension also smooth. We keep Michelins on all our vehicles and have found this Tahoe very quiet and comfortable for road trips with 4-6 people and luggage. The LT trim pkg deleted some comfort items I wish I had (like heated steering wheel) but it still is pretty much leather-and-loaded so it was a good value at the time. I have had Suburbans for 35yrs before purchasing this Tahoe and I will probably go back to a Suburban for the extra cargo space when I trade this Tahoe in. But this has been a nice and reliable vehicle for us. No complaints.

We were buying this vehicle for our business so a little more involved. The vehicle was nicely cleaned, prepared and even had a tank full of gas. We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.
