For as long as I've been going there it has been exceptional service and this time was no different. They are always friendly and helpful. The work is done efficiently and in time. They diagnosed the major issues for my Ford years ago which led me to trade in for a GMC and have stayed since. They know their customers and their needs. They do need a vending machine :)

I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

This wasn't the vehicle I'd gone to the lot to see... But it was parked 2 vehicles down, and the price was $3000 cheaper!! It even has more bells and whistles than the Toyota I'd initially planned on getting. Awesomeness!!

When our son graduated from college this past May, we knew he would need a reliable vehicle to get back and forth from work. Already having two vehicles from St J Auto, we knew where to go. Daniel fell in love with the 2020 Buick Encore GX on the lot. We set up an appointment to test drive the car. Doug, one of the sales managers was great to deal with. He answered all our questions, and I was pretty persistent on a few questions, thank you Doug. The buying experience was made easy by the staff at St J Auto, and we thank them for that. The lady in finance (sorry, forgot name) answered all our questions and got us to a final price we were happy with. After taking the car home, we ran in to a few minor problems and also had a minor recall on the Encore GX. The employees in the service department were great to deal with, Denise, Jackie, and Zac all helped us with the issues. There were a few things we didn't understand what was going on with the recall and all, but in the end the staff at St J Auto once again did a great job getting us through another car buying experience.

2019 Canyon Denali. All sorts of bells and whistles, several that I don't really need. Biggest complaint: no memory seats and no Homelink garage opener. Ridiculous. What accountant made that decision?

Friendly staff, great price for the car. There was a far bit of waiting around but with the volume of cars they are shifting on a daily basis, it was kind of expected. From the very short test drive to driving out with my car was around 45 minutes.Would definitely use then again.

This truck is the truck that all others should look up to. It rides great, will tow a house, runs smooth, and gets great fuel economy. The Allison transmission is so smooth. The AT4 looks great too.

Due to the current truck shortages dealers have been adding $5-15,000 over MSRP but you guys stood by your MSRP price. I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

I called the sales department at 7 am. Was greeted by Emma. Confirmed the truck I wanted to look at was available. Upon arrival I was not overwhelmed by a salesman in the lot. Excellent. Once I went inside I was promptly greeted by Emma who remembered me calling and immediately had the truck I wanted to see ready for my inspection. Very professional young lady and very down to earth. Next I was greeted by Dean in sales who was a great guy. No pressure whatsoever from him. Tested the truck. Asked for a price. Got it ASAP with no xx. Great guy. Deans attitude and honesty sold me. Haven’t been in a dealership like this before. Honest real people. Not the fake people trying to get your money. I was next introduced to any in finance and she was very professional and very pleasant. Just wish I got to meet her dogs. Overall best experience buying a vehicle I have ever had. Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.

Everybody is very friendly and helpful. The work is timely and complete.

Got it for the ride ,comfort,great gas mileage on trips,can do a 750 mile trip and not be warn out from the ride.Can carry a lot of stuff .All the different options are great

Bought a demo car . The Acadia has been great . Wife’s car . She likes it . Roomy and good gas mileage . Would also make a great road trip vehicle if I didn’t have a full size Ram .

I purchased pre-owned 2020 1500 SLT in February of this year. The truck rides comfortable and has plenty of room front and rear. My and I both enjoy it. My only drawback is the turn radius (lock to lock). It lacks compared to my wife's 2018 Yukon SLT, or the 2016 Ram I traded in. Have to many times maneuver twice to park it going forward or reverse. Otherwise happy with our purchase.

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

2021 GMC sierra 1500, 5.3, crew cab 4x4, 21000 miles. brakepad monitor lites up. dealership says needs brakes and rotors in back. one mo. on warranty. our rural roads dirty up the monitor. Needs new monitor. brakes look great to me. No noises. dealer says parts on order GM strike. Can't replace myself cause of computer...

Truck meets my and my wife's needs. She loves her and I do to! Love sport mode and the tow hail mode. Rides like a Cadillac!

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

Our 2021 Terrain SLT is really a nice auto. Gets great 30 MPG approximately, But, 0 to 60 is lacking horsepower. Great Little highway auto. Comfortable.....
