We were on the hunt for a hybrid X5 with the head's up display which was deceptively difficult to find. We live in Brooklyn and called around and finally connected with Vince who informed us he had a hybrid in the queue and helped us build out the car to the exact specifications we wanted. The actual purchasing process was incredibly smooth thanks to Kursad and Noha. After a not so great experience with a dealership in Westchester, it was a huge relief to have such a pleasant and friendly experience with this team. We picked up our car over the weekend and couldn't be happier with both the car and the process at Flemington. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Mr. Tate was very professional and we liked him a lot. Good story and set-up to buy tire/rim package. Lots of pressure to buy that. Got us with one key upon leaving after transaction was done. Keys usually run around 500.00 and can be negotiated, so watch out for that. It was not disclosed to us that the car came with one key! That was a miss in our part and we should have known better. Because of having only one key it hinders me from using BMW ID as you need both keys for that. Overall, happy with the car.

I purchased a used VW from Cliff. It's rare in this day and age to find a dealership where it doesn't feel like you're being hustled non stop. I was also shopping at Nissan of Springfield for a similar model. They pressured me and lied about other interested customers so I'd put down a deposit. The finance person refused to get on the phone with me without me submitting an application, and then ran my credit 8 times. Eatontown was a completely different experience. No pressure, super helpful and they even put the car up on a lift so I could have a good look underneath. Would highly recommend them. Contact Cliff if you want the white glove treatment.

I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. I worked with Ron Terry who helped me lease a new Honda Civic lease and return my old Honda Civic lease. Ron listened to what I was looking for and the deal numbers that he presented to me during our second meeting held up, did not change, throughout the sales process. He meant what he said and did what he said. As we were finalizing the deal and ran into some issues with the financing he quickly adjusted the deal so we could finalize it and the final deal actually came out slightly better, not worse that what we had discussed. I could drove out of the lot after a couple of hours and leave the old lease with Ron. He even helped me charge my iPhone in the middle of it all. Ron is highly recommended and I will for sure contact him again the next time I need to get or trade in for a new car.
