We purchased our 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland new and after 11 years and almost 150,000 miles it easily the BEST vehicle we have ever owned. It is comfortable, delivers reasonable mileage, is quiet, well built, incredibly durable and looks as good today as the day we took delivery.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

This dealership is the greatest in the metro Detroit MI and around the Toledo OH areas. I emailed thirty dealerships to negotiate on a 2025 Hybrid Toyota Camry. This dealership was the only one that would negotiate with me. It was also the nicest dealership. I negotiated with them on 1/27/25. That is a time period when dealerships should negotiate. Dealerships make bonuses based on monthly quotas, incentives, etc. Sales people are normally only commission pay in the car sales business. If they don't rnake there quota they need to pay back the dealership for a pro ration of there quota shortage. Please learn about commission only payment for employees. I emailed thirty dealerships to negotiate pricing on the camry. This dealership answered my many questions. They didn't push me to come into there dealership. They respected my request to communicate via only by email (until I was ready to make a phone call to the dealership). They still do not phone me after I phoned them and honored my communicate by just email. I didn't agree with a charge dealerships gives to customers. This dealership was the only one negotiable on that charge. When I received my new vehicle the tank was filled up with gas. It was also very clean. They also threw in some options with my negotiated price. Don't waste much time calling other dealerships. This dealership is the only one that will give you respect. This dealership is the only one that will be negotiable. The other dealerships did not even want to give me $1.00 off the price. Also, the dealership will give you the out the door price. The dealership will not do the usual games of pushing you for "what do you want for a monthly payment". Also, I wasn't lied to by this dealership. I caught at least one lie from one person at every other dealership. Normally, if i were talking to more than one person it would be at least one lie per person per dealership. I also shopped at dealerships for a used vehicle this past summer. i followed the same procedures. all of the same things happened to me this past summer. it is very sad and sick. sadly, in the summer time page toyota didn't have my sought after vehicle. after my experience in the summertime i was exhausted from the horrible experiences. i have to shop so that is why i'm back shopping for a vehicle. Came in for oil change check in great. The service tech was great friendly. He kept me informed. He came out to explain additional services I would need he told me of an extension of the brake warranty that would cover the front brakes. We planned I would schedule after I returned from a planed trip.

I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.

Kelsey was at lunch when I've arrived but was smiles and asked about my service(s) my car was due for. Just an Oil change was needed, she did an overall maintenance check up on the computer since my last visit. Told me about the conditions of Wiper blades & tires, since we are going into early fall season. I appreciated that. I love my 2018 Mazda CX-5 to absolutely no end! I have a blast driving it, and it is my first car. I have the Touring FWD model, but it does NOT skimp out on features, it has blind spot monitoring, lane keep assist, back-up camera, Automatic Emergency Braking, airbags EVERYWHERE, and whole plethora of other safety features. It is very quick, reliable, and fun to drive. My only complaint is there is not much in the way of cabin storage. But it is not a deal breaker, since the trunk of the car has a large cargo area, and lots of room in the spare tire area. It has an amazing Bose speaker system and I was given this car for my birth day at about 30k miles, but it was purchased new. I have FWD (Front wheel drive) but it still does amazing in conditions like rain, and minor snow. It is also the only car from this segment that placed a good rating on the IIHS Crash Test. It is often on par with luxury brands like BMW and Mercedes but having the advantage of being half the cost and Japanese so it lasts forever and also since it's not German, the repairs won't cost a house mortgage. However, if you get a 2018, make sure you get an updated Navigation SD Card. I cannot recommend this car enough, it is perfect in nearly everyway. I am now a loyal Mazda customer, and will always have a Mazda in my garage, I trust them more than any other automaker. Perks: Large backseat (I am 6'1 and can for the most part fit comfortably in the back) Fun to drive Fuel efficient Safety Feature galore Reliable and cheap to maintain Excellent use of space Cons: If I had to choose, not as much cabin storage as I want, but I want more than the average person.

The countryman is the perfect compromise for those who want a Mini and still want a workable amount of interior space. The gas mileage is insanely good, it's fun to drive, and you will be running laps past everyone at the stoplights because of how zippy it is. Parking is also never an issue, always lots of space, and easy to maneuver. My only two complaints are that maintenance tends to be expensive (when you factor in the gas savings though, I'd say it pays for itself) and the engine is weak. If you load even just a couple hundred pounds of passengers and cargo into it, it can drive for maybe an hour or so before the engine light kicks on and begs for mercy. I've never had this result in an actual issue that caused a breakdown or required us to pull over, and maintenance confirmed that there are no larger issues with my engine in particular. Turns out that it just limits its own engine power whenever it's struggling. But it is a bit annoying, especially on longer trips.

Best car I've ever owned! I've driven multiple luxury vehicles, and nothing handles better than my Stelvio. It's zippy, yet smooth. The A/C is the best I've ever experienced in a vehicle, the CarPlay is never finicky, and it is always such a relaxing drive (even in Houston traffic). I test drove a couple before I purchased, and I've never seen a model that was so consistent across all of their vehicles. I have had no major issues with this car, and it is severely underrated!

The dealer I bought it from was horrible , Twenty hills dodge jeep, They were misleading. I found out 2 days later that the car had been wrecked. I love the car but the Rack and pinion. is bad on it, The service department is horrible. Still haven't got the car fixed yet,

I initially leased my Grand Cherokee Limited but ended up buying it outright at lease end. It has been an awesome vehicle for the 6 years I've had it. I have only had two minor things that have needed work, one was AC needed more coolant and leaking rear strut which must be a fairly common issue as my mom's Durango has had the same problem. Super comfortable ride and plenty of room. My only beef is the halogen factory lights are horrendous but swapping the bulbs out for LED made a big difference for under $200. I normally don't keep a vehicle for longer than 2 years, but after 6 I love this vehicle just as much today as did the day I ordered it!

A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

So far so good. Test drove many cars at other lots and drove garbage. Went to X Drive and the moment I drove it for only 2 minutes, I knew it was it. Amazing vehicle so far so good. No complaints. Great customer service. Got an extended warranty, I totally recommend them. Even negotiated my price and worked with me. Very honest people.

This so now the 2nd, Mazda 3 I've owned, The first being a 2005 hatchback, this one now the 2010 sedan Overall this car is a great car, in both Mazda 3s I've had now, they've had no major mechanical failures and the work has been routine work, owned the 2005 one for just over three years before it got totaled on an accident back in 2021, the car probably still had another 10 years in it, The 2010 one I have now is the 2nd gen Mazda 3 of course, and its a significant upgrade (excluding it being the sedan instead of the hatchback which does negatively impact storage space) The 2010 Mazda 3 here has great handling, is sporty for it's class, and is very fun to drive, but if you're looking for a car that rides smoothly, this car doesn't, it does have rather stuff suspension. The exterior (in my opinion) is a lot better than it was on the previous body style, I get the "big smiling" front end isn't for everyone but I love the look I did briefly mention storage space earlier for the sedan - the storage space is better than other cars in it's class, and the truck is quite big for a vehicle of it's size, but the opening is small and makes it difficult to fit really any big items in, as for the hatchback, it does fix that issue, I was actually able to fit two full sized bikes inside the vehicle (after putting the back seats down) Although this car does have 1 major issue, The dashboard, Mazda made it out of a rubber plastic material, that when left in the sun, melts and creates a shiney sticky mess that can impact your vision with glare, getting a dash cover at least hides it, but to properly fix it, it requires replacement of the entire dashboard, (which Mazda does not have a tsb or warranty for)

This 4000 lb beast maneuvers like a sports car. As someone who's always been passionate about cars, I leaned towards vehicles like the 3 series coupe or Audi A5. However, when the need for family space arose, SUVs felt dull. Then I got behind the wheel of the X5. It's a revelation—you truly don't have to compromise. There's ample space, exceptional handling, and a range of engines from powerful to downright exhilarating (like the X5M).

Great value considering the superior safety features, low maintenance and reliability. Rear wheel bearings have been replaced twice and just had the AC compressor and serpentine belt replaced. Albeit expensive repairs, all cars need something after the first 3 years. It's been 8 years and the car still run and drives like new.

As an SRT8 owner this car is amazing to drive but not as a daily driver with less than 60k miles I already had to replace the camshaft, lifters & the entire transmission (nearly $20k). I would only recommend this car to those who really love the design and if you use it only as a weekend drive.
