We love this car. I've had Lincolns including the Navigator, high end Chrysler vans, "luxury" Fords like the Eddie Bauer Expedition and Mercury Mountaineers and this is by far my favorite vehicle. The Enclave projects luxury and backs it up. We have the Premium edition. The ride is excellent and far outclasses other SUVs we've owned which rode more like trucks. Plenty of room and a 5 star safety rating make it ideal for toting around the Grandkids. We went AWD for Michigan winters and plowed right through deep snow. A little more power and a little better gas milage would be nice but it's worth the trade off. 18 mph city is better than the Buick Regal Turbo we replaced and this car rides better too. I'll take the 23 mpg on the highway. As a 70s rock and roller and 45 year radio industry veteran, I love the Bose sound system. Especially when no one else is in the car! This is by far my favorite overall vehicle in 47 years of ownership. And yes the Kids and Grandkids give it 2 thumbs up!

My husband and I like to pay cash for our cars when we get our tax returns in the spring. However, Joseph and his staff are wonderful at financing and finding you a monthly payments that works for your budget. If you are looking for a used car, they should definitely be your first stop. Their honesty and integrity impresses me every time I'm there. We have been getting cars from them for at least a decade and plan to continue for at least another one.

Justin hart was very patient and pleasant to work with. He stayed 2 hours past closing time just so i could get the car same day. Even after being offered to finish he persisted to stay if it was what I wanted. The overall process of it was very smooth and simple minus the insurance part; not salesmans fault. Bought this new, never had any major issues mechanically. I take care to give it regular oil changes with synthetic. The nav has gotten laggy so I don't bother with it anymore and stick with my phone. I've also noticed the TPMS sensors seem more sensitive lately, so it annoyingly warns me about low tire pressure, even when it's not that bad yet. This blocks the screen telling me avg. mpg, so I have to fill it up I can't just ignore it for awhile. Other than that I still love driving it, it's quick enough for me and fun to drive around town. I was expecting to change cars much early especially with the warranty now over, but I'm going to stick with it for a few more years.

I bought my car new, 13 years ago. I am 74, I had my first car at the age of 16. I had used cars and new cards, none like my Impala 2012. The only thing I have had done to my car is regular change of oil. It only has a 75K miles because we always had another car bigger to accommodate my 6’2 tall husband. I still have my car. The only fault with my car is the radio. About the 6 year in, the fm is not always available so I carry CDs in my car. But we had a hail storm that might have damaged the ruff rubber that covers the antenna around the roof of the car. I love my car and although I have taken good care of my car I have take it way over the speed limit and is still as reliable as day one. Bought it new in Ithaca, NY at the Chevrolet dealership.

In Aug 2016, purchased the 2013 Fucus Hatch SE used in 2016, with 13,000 miles on it. With 35-37mpg on average with mixed driving. Early on OK without issues. Around 40K miles the transmission electronic control modual, ECM, needed an adjustment. The transmission is a learning transmission. It will learn how you drive and adjust shift points as your driving habits are learned by the transmission. My wife's driving habits are put it in drive and GO! My habits are different. Every now and then I will drive her car and shift the transmission as a manual drive, since the transmission is a manual drive transmission which has been automated. The engine and transmission only makes a subtle gurgle noise when as the car shifts from 2nd to 1st as the car comes to a stop. The car is sporty to drive, sensitive steering, good braking. It reminds be of a less expensive VW Golf. Currently we have 140K miles and the only wear on the car that shows is a failure of the heat shield and since I am a mechanically inclined guy who putters around fixing what is broken, there is wear on the clutches in the transmission, all due by my wife's driving habits of being a speedy driver. Since we already have it and its paid off, I will keep it. I will only purchase a Golf or Jetta when the transmission or electronic control module hiccups. I do realize the ECM has a recall if you're below 1450K miles.

Only problem was the invoice said that the air filter wasn?t checked then on the back side of Check list said it was. But it wasn?t checked. Transparency needs to be cleared up. I believe this should be part of the multi point check list

I drive a lot my car is a 2014 and it has currently 277,400 miles and still ticking. I’ve had very few maintenance issues overall the basic wear and tear as expected! I didn’t expect it would last as long as it has but I am being pleasantly surprised. It is great on gas compared to most SUVs and overall a comfortable car !

I bought a 2009 Jeep Wrangler from Pete's auto sales Lansing, MI. Vehicle was absolutely clean. Pete is good person to work with. He stayed until after 9pm dealing with our insurance company just so we could drive away with the Vehicle. Our insurance company had computer issues. He is very helpful and doesn't push you to buy a vehicle. We drove over an hour and 15 minutes to get there. We are very pleased with everything from start to finish with Pete's auto sales.

I bought the plain, zero frills LS new, in '07. 128K miles and counting. I haul my drums all over metro Denver and it fits all my gear, perfectly. It averages 24-28 mpg, per tank. I've lost track of how many times people have mistaken it for a PT Cruiser. It's no pocket rocket but then, I don't need to drive that fast.

I drove 3 and a half hours to purchase a used jeep from Pete. His pricing was better than anything I could find locally. He met me at an off time and answered all my questions. Went to the dealership after looking at the 2010 dodge journey online on the car gurus app showed the wife and she wanted to look at it. So we drove from Big Rapids to Durand. While we were looking for the vechicle Kelly French came out and greeted us. The vechicle was at another lot so she drove us to the vechicle and we did the test drive, wife loved it. So now comes the process of wheeling and dealing. Although the journey was at the lowest price possible and was just over 1800 below blue book we paid the price they were asking. Now comes the dealing we had to finance a portion of the price and they had a couple of ladies in the finance department doing the magic. I have a crap credit score and my wife dont have credit, so my wife and I was about to leave when Kristen came in and got us an awesome payment plan and a 3 year warranty that covers all the important parts of the vechicle plus tires and rims. So when we got there it was close to 2 or 3 and we left at 8. My wife and my credit made them work for the money. Lol. But all in all it was the better of the experiences I had at the dealership in the past. I will be back when I need to purchase another vechicle.

This car is great overall but only has one problem. I bought this car July 2023 for around 9k with 90k miles from Florida. The car was in perfect condition with only a minor things broken. From the beginning, I really liked the ride and some of the features like the back up camera. I have the regular ml350 not the diesel and mine is RWD. The only problem is the gas mileage and how much it costs to fill up. I usually drive around in the city about 85% of my driving and I get around 10-11 MPG while it said I am supposed to get around 16 MPG so that mean that I get around 240-260 miles of range on every tank which costs more or less 100$ from empty to full tank. This full tank lasts me 2 weeks and that's crazy expensive for a V6. This car eats gas like a V8. But that's really my only complaint apart from the fact that I changed a lot of the lights in this car because it keeps going out like tail lights and turns signals etc.

A little more than 2 years ago I bought a used 2017 Chevy Trax LT AWD, with a 1.4L engine. In addition, this vehicle was in a wreck which got hit on the rear end of the vehicle. However, the vehicle was fixed before purchasing it and I bought it with a fair price, with 49k original miles. Now the Trax has 97k miles and has had his fair amount of issues. Additionally, at 60k miles the turbo was leaking antifreeze and had to replace it with the valve that was attached to it. Also, I had some minor issues on the AC controller which h I had to have those replaced, and sooner or later I'm going to have to replace the blower motor since it's making a weird sound when it's on. This vehicle has treated me good since I've been keeping up with the regular oil changes (I usually buy Mobile 1 oil and filter, advance full synthetic) and I usually change also the air filter every 15k-30k miles. Also I've done 2 tune ups with new spark plugs and coils. To be honest if yiu do the regular maintenance you won't have any issues especially the engine and transmission. Furthermore, in a couple of days I'll be replacing the break pads, and also just FYI the 1.4L engine has a timing chain, so if you do the regular oil changes it will last forever. Soon I'll be replacing the gaskets and water pump since it's about to turn 100k mikes. All in all, I give it a 4.0-4.5 overall rating, space if very bad you can't fit regular size adults in the rear seats!
