Mike Chamberlin was not only a good salesperson and provided exceptional service, but offered services that are not usually the concern of the salesperson. Mike responded to our email with information about a vehicle that we had seen online, but it turned out not to have all the features that we wanted. Mike asked for our criteria then went about searching for this vehicle. He succeeded after finding the vehicle in another state about 8 1/2 hours/600 miles away. He made arrangements and got the vehicle to Dorrance Ford in Galesburg, MI. Galesburg is about 3 hours/160 miles round trip for us to drive to Dorrance Ford. Mike gave us home delivery after he also offered to get the duplicate title that we needed for our trade-in vehicle. We had our new vehicle and Mike drove our trade-in vehicle back to Dorrance Ford. These services were really appreciated, especially since we are all dealing with Covid-19. What a pleasant experience Mike provided. 2025 Trax LS . The cheap trim level with a key Local dealer selling them at $1500 off. No tricks or xx. Yeah , even I was surprised Designed in China . Made in South Korea . The good- basic transport with some flair The bad- Must have opened only one row of containers at the port . Any dealer that had an LS only had the one color.. Does it's business , even on the freeway ..70 mph all day long . I try to change the oil often , as the wet timing belt is probably only good for.50000 miles . Comfy smooth on the road. Rear seat passenger says no , but all in all a decent buy at $21000.

Purchased my dream car a 2021 Shelby GT500. Best customer service I have ever received. Austin my sales person was AWESOME helped me clean out my old car and tried to listen to my crazy counter offers haha. The finance manager Lewis was amazing he fought with Ford Credit to get me the best possible rate and did not pressure me into getting some of the dumb extra warranties. Bill the dealer manager was very professional and even took me to the gas station himself to put 93 on my new GT500.

I have owned products for over 40 years, and this is the best vehicle that I had purchased! It rides smooth, excellent gas mileage, and a lot of room.

My experience with Dorrance Ford was not only satisfying, but also refreshing. We had been in the market for a new truck for about six months. We had been unable to find what we were looking for at several other dealerships. If we did find one, the dealership was either, not participating with a discount I have offered through my employer in conjunction with Ford Motor company, or they were tacking on up to $6,000.00 to the MSRP! With the help of Mike and Lewis, we felt very confident, as well as very informed in our decision making. At Dorrance Ford you get their best price the first time, and it will likely be the best price from any other dealers you may be working with. All costs are put forward in the proposed deal, no surprises when you are signing the papers. After the sale we met Bill Dorrance, and Tim Garret in the service department. We felt comfortable after meeting them that the sale of the vehicle was not the end, but the beginning of a good relationship where the dealership as a whole seems to be genuinely determined to make the experience a positive one in every aspect. Go ahead and shop around if you think you need to, but I would not recommend buying a vehicle until you have visited with the the good people down at Dorrance ford. If you end up not buying a vehicle from them at least you will have met some good people who are passionate about doing their job well.

Great little truck. The look, feel and performance is amazing. The gas mileage is outstanding. All of the equipment inside is very well designed and looks nice.

I've had my Patriot for about 3 yrs now. I purchased with 82K on it and am up to 98K. The CVT took a bit to get used to as far as being not very quick when accelerating. I'm used to it now and it keeps me from having a lead foot...lol. Otherwise I've had no major problems and it serves it's purpose and is good in the snow.

Very dependable, Very useful, and Very Fun to own. This truck is at 206,000 miles and everything still works as the day I bought it. I could not express how much I love it. It has the 3.5 ecoboost twin turbo engine and the fx4 luxury package it eats dodges and craps on chevy. Please note that if you currently have the 3.5 Eco boost or 2.7 Eco boost to change oil every 3 to 4k due to the high temp your oil gets because you have turbos the 5.0 v8 doesn't have turbos btw

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

I Had an excellent experience, start to finish. This was my first time there for service, and Brad took great care of me. I also met Ricky from sales, who was very friendly and helped me pass the time by just talking about fast cars. Then I decided to buy some all weather mats for my car from the parts department. The gentleman who helped me (I wish I could remember his name) went out of his way to get me an online savings offer, and then took the mats to the service tech to have them installed for me. They all made a great first impression!

I initially leased my Grand Cherokee Limited but ended up buying it outright at lease end. It has been an awesome vehicle for the 6 years I've had it. I have only had two minor things that have needed work, one was AC needed more coolant and leaking rear strut which must be a fairly common issue as my mom's Durango has had the same problem. Super comfortable ride and plenty of room. My only beef is the halogen factory lights are horrendous but swapping the bulbs out for LED made a big difference for under $200. I normally don't keep a vehicle for longer than 2 years, but after 6 I love this vehicle just as much today as did the day I ordered it!

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

I absolutley love this car. I am a wildlife photographer so I do a lot of driving.... it is comfortable, the windows are huge and amazing. The comfort is like being at home in my comfy chair. It is quiet too.

As we age, our reaction time may become slower. This vehicle is loaded with features that make me a safer driver. It connects wirelessly with my iPhone for hands-free Apple CarPlay. Love that! And the Acadia is a dream to drive. It’s the perfect size for me and my family

Bronco Sport had a much more sporty feel then all the car-like SUVs I drove. I like the different drive modes, match between transmission and turbo engine, taughtness of steering, abundance of features/ease of use on Big Bend model, solid suspension. This vehicle will hold up much better than the other SUV’s I drove in tough driving conditions. I guess I’m open to Ford as a car manufacture going forward.

We had a 2018 Impreza and 2017 Legacy which we traded on for a 2025 Impreza sport. It's a great car for the money has many updated features

Love this car. Smooth ride, easy to understand the technology, good gas mileage. I traded in a Lexus NX as it was too hard to understand. This car has all the same features but much easier to drive and use.

Adam and Brandon are both extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They are the ultimate service professionals. They are always patient and kind when they are explaining the service requirements to me. I have been there twice for the required scheduled service maintenance, but each time, it is so easy and enjoyable to go there. I also sold one of my cars recently and they gave me a really good price. Everyone that I have dealt with in this dealership is super kind and friendly.

I had my car in for an oil change (2/12/2024) during the visit I was told the high pressure power steering line was leaking. I set up an appointment to have it repaired and should expect to leave it for the day as it would take about 6 hours. I dropped my car off at 9:00 am for my appointment (2/19/2024). I finally called around 4:00 to find out that my car wouldn't be ready until the next day as authorization from Zurich had only been received that afternoon. My issue: I would have expected that knowing what the repair was on my car, authorization would have already requested so repairs could start when I dropped my car off at my appointed time and could be completed the same day. Now I'm without my car for 2 days instead of the expected one. This to me was very poor planning and didn't set to will with me and also was an added inconvenience for me.

I've had mine for 12 years I've driven it a cross country 6 times. It is a fantastic vehicle. I pulled a small travel trailer and it didn't change my gas mileage one bit. From IL to LA California never a problem.

Bought for 4700 at 60.000 miles very clean comfy quiet drove for year. The power steering went out replaced tires and the wheel bearing at 2years! Now needs breaks and some regular maintenance. Over all very stylish and runs very strong. Great on gas. And have drove cross country. Recently changed battery. Over all the car has been very reliable now has 127.00 miles. Passing it onto my collage s daughter for collage . Hope it last at least another year. Air ice cold the sunroof has been cool feature. Highly recommend

My wife and I live in Wisconsin, but Team One Chevrolet in Charlotte, Michigan had exactly the Corvette that we wanted. Although we were over 300 miles away, Drew, Cole, Simon, and Mike at Team One treated us as though we lived next door. check the oil every tank fill, dealer advised if it dropped too far it would scrap the timing chain, interference engine lock up. a 6 inch strip of paint blistered off the roof, the rear deck won't set down horizontal (everything slides to the rear. rides like a limo, handles like a dream, no real probs. 168k on the odo.

I purchased my car here in December 2022. It has held up since then. No major issues, but I brought it in today, April 20th, 2023 as I could not get my headlight on. Joseph was extremlely helpful in the buying and fixing process. He went above and beyond and out of his way numerous times. I am a very satisfied customer. Love this car! I have 81000 miles on it,the only thing I’ve done is brake job and this the 3rd set of new tires. I’m going to be getting a new Toyota soon and using this for a trade in.
