It's a big deal when you help your daughter pick out her first car. I was glad I found the folks at Northtown Auto when we wanted to find a pre-owned vehicle. They had a great selection, and it is obvious they only sell quality cars. I wanted something safe and reliable for my daughter to drive back and forth to our house 3 hours away. Kristian was our salesperson and did a great job of listening to our needs and wants and finding cars that matched our desires. His >20 years of working in the business shone through, as he navigated their system to get us three different cars to test drive (even gong to get one at a different location). He even helped do some of the research on the cars histories so we could make an informed decision. The cars were very clean and detailed, and I know we will be happy with the car for years to come. With two other younger drivers in the pipeline, I know I will be returning to Northtown Autos to look for other cars in the future. These guys are great to work with to find the right car for anyone

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

First things first... I view any car as a necessary evil.... I view them as something to get stuff from point A to point B. If I had My druthers I'd bicycle everywere but, since I live in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and as such we get a lot of snow and I can't. The Impreza fits the bill of what I need in a car. I have driven many cars in all kinds of conditions, the Impreza has never let me down. I'll admit it won't win most drag races but if you're looking for safety and reliability look no further. Mine is a lease and is the base model, but is chock full of great and useful features such as lane assist, hazard warning and my favorite adaptive cruise control (which brakes for you as the car in front of you slows down.) I had the first iteration of the Impreza in the nineties and that was good... This is awesome. Before I leased the Impreza I did due diligence by test driving Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota... The Impreza had most of the features I wanted at the price point that I wanted... Also the only manufacturer that offered AWD on the base model.

First of all, I had two trades, which confused the previous dealer I went to (where I bought my chrysler in the falls). On to my next stop for some research, they had a Jeep online I was interested in. I worked with Tim Renzoni the sales manager and finance man (they only have 2 guys there, Zack is the other one, he's helpful too, and the owner who is older and doesn't say much lol). It was a busy Saturday, and Tim was wrapping up another deal, so he took my license, put a dealers plate on the back and said "it's got a half tank of gas, go have fun! - it helped that it was one of the last nice days of the year. By the time I got back, he had trade numbers, finance numbers, and an approval from Cornerstone credit union, an A tier rate and a 3 year warranty for less than I was paying for my big Chrysler. We actually had fun working together and I brought my friend by later on that day to see the car - he let me drive it again even though he had to stay a little late. Anyways, I love my little Jeep Patriot, and this was the easiest car I've ever bought thanks to TC WNY and their classy crew.

Truly an amazing car. Extremely dependable and decent gas mileage. Spacious for its size. Went on a 4000 mile road trip with it. Handles great in snow with the FWD

Gas mileage 50 mpg. So easy to drive especially at night. Bright lights could be brighter though. Excellent speakers. Hard to see screen when sun is shining on it. But perfect at night.

I was very pleased working with Jack. We bought an Impreza from him. During this car buying process I was frustrated with other local dealers who refused give me loan information or vehicle pricing by email, dodged my questions and tried pushing me to go to the dealership in person before talking numbers. Jack understood where I was coming from and gave me the information I asked for over email without playing any games. The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I drive for Uber, and this is the perfect car for ride-share drivers. I did previously drove an Acura MDX which was more comfortable and luxurious, but at 21 mpg it just didn't make since. The dealer was surprised and asked if I was trading it for the Prius, I assured him I knew what I was doing. Turns out it is the smartest car I have ever owned and for me was a very smart purchase. Do not give it a 2nd thought if you are on the fence. I can get Luggage into the back that surprises people with the amount of space, way more that a sedan with a regular trunk, and the ride is surprisingly comfortable. I am averaging 54 mpg which is just phenomenal. As a bonus the maintenance and tires are way cheaper to maintain and replace too. These are built in Japan and it shows quality wise.

Keep in mind this rating is for a small gas fuel efficient economy car, it's way more than expected and for 2 years has not diminished my opinion at all. Good reliable car. Here in New England I have seen models from 2013 and newer still driven all over and even the prior avio models on the road too. BSic maintenance keeps them together. It is a good car!

Although I didn't purchase a vehicle from Bobert Basil GMC ,they were easy to deal with and very accommodating. I would definitely select them in the future should the need arise.

We recently purchased a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Ultimate from Andrew Ayler at Northtown Hyundai. There is no amount of praise that can truly signify my overall satisfaction from working with Andrew. My husband and I have personally purchased over 15 new and used vehicles in the last 15 to 20 years as well as helped countless friends and family with their purchases. To say we are the go to car people in our group is not an understatement. I was also a customer service manager before I was injured in an accident so I expect a certain level of service and Andrew did not disappoint. In all my years of car buying I can honestly say I have never dealt with someone who listened to and met our expectations as Andrew did. He paid attention to the little details in what was otherwise a humorous banter conversation between my husband and I and successfully provided a car that met my expectations as far as ride and options and my husband's for year, mileage and price. To be able to give both spouses exactly what they wanted without either having to make consessions is no little feat, as any couple married for over 20 years can attest to. All I can say is in the over 20 years of car buying experiences I have had, I have never walked away completely satisfied until now. Andrew more than fulfilled his duties as our sales person. It's a shame more people were not familiar with this car before Chevrolet stopped producing them. I drive on EV mode almost all the time, except when going on long trips. There is no range anxiety with the Volt. My car is averaging 181,000 MPG lifetime.

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

It’s the perfect balance of style, comfort, and performance I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable and efficient car.

Great drivability! Great room! Unfortunately, not confident in expertise at service center for plug in hybrid issues. No one has seen enough issues to understand how they can malfunction... they are totally dependent on computer codes and what the manual says.... haven’t really studied the tecnology and engineering enough to be able to anticipate and or respond to technical questions and circumstances.... sales people are completely oblivious to the technology!!! Cannot answer simple engineering questions about car! Service department seems only modestly more experienced, and have no passion or desire to really know or understand.... so their ability to inform and guide the customer is basically non existent. They call “ experts” elsewhere in the country... don’t appear to care to become experts themselves. This means that the customer has little to no confidence that their car is actually going to be fixed properly because they are completely reliant on manual and mechanics located elsewhere to solve issues.... fully expect that any upcoming repairs will be “ out of the box” repairs.... computer says that EGR valve is malfunctioning, so it needs a new one! When all it needs is a vacuum hose reconnected.... or something down these lines. This is really bad that the customer will need to understand their own car better than dealership mechanics, and will mean that extremely expensive parts will be seen as the solution to “ fixing” the oroblem...eg, I won’t be surprised if we own the vehicle for 10 plus years, that a new computer control module will be found to be needed because the code said it was malfunctioning.... when a small gasket waterproofing the compartment has failed and causes it to work improperly when it wet outside... The customer is left feeling uncared about, or cared for... and that Toyota hires fundamentally unprofessional or lazy service mechanics, and dont properly expect expertise or mastery about their products...
