After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

After 23 years of driving minivans and SUVs, I was ready for a change. I love my 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door. with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car is great to drive, gets okay mileage (25+mpg) and is surprisingly practical.

This so now the 2nd, Mazda 3 I've owned, The first being a 2005 hatchback, this one now the 2010 sedan Overall this car is a great car, in both Mazda 3s I've had now, they've had no major mechanical failures and the work has been routine work, owned the 2005 one for just over three years before it got totaled on an accident back in 2021, the car probably still had another 10 years in it, The 2010 one I have now is the 2nd gen Mazda 3 of course, and its a significant upgrade (excluding it being the sedan instead of the hatchback which does negatively impact storage space) The 2010 Mazda 3 here has great handling, is sporty for it's class, and is very fun to drive, but if you're looking for a car that rides smoothly, this car doesn't, it does have rather stuff suspension. The exterior (in my opinion) is a lot better than it was on the previous body style, I get the "big smiling" front end isn't for everyone but I love the look I did briefly mention storage space earlier for the sedan - the storage space is better than other cars in it's class, and the truck is quite big for a vehicle of it's size, but the opening is small and makes it difficult to fit really any big items in, as for the hatchback, it does fix that issue, I was actually able to fit two full sized bikes inside the vehicle (after putting the back seats down) Although this car does have 1 major issue, The dashboard, Mazda made it out of a rubber plastic material, that when left in the sun, melts and creates a shiney sticky mess that can impact your vision with glare, getting a dash cover at least hides it, but to properly fix it, it requires replacement of the entire dashboard, (which Mazda does not have a tsb or warranty for)

I would recommend this car to someone who specifically wanted a performance-oriented car. If I had to do over again I may not purchase it. Simply for the road noise and harshness. And the 19-in wheels. The tires are very hard to find and of course the car comes without a spare. I've been stranded twice already.

I've known the 2013 Ford Fiesta SE for the last 10 years, got it new back in 2013, it's at 168,300+ miles at the moment. Not fancy by any means, but the seating isn't bad if you're under 6 feet tall, for example I'm 5'5" and I have decent leg room and headroom, no one else but the driver gets an armrest, for entertainment it has Bluetooth and the speakers are nice, it gets the job done of going from A to B safely without costing an arm and a leg. Small eco cars of course may not favor well in accidents but that's countered by the cheap value, which is great for safe drivers who may not have deep pockets. 35MPG with 12 gallon tank gets you roughly 400 miles full at the 15K price range these days while being fairly reliable, can't really be beat. Only thing I've had to do is change out an electrical board piece, the caliper belt, brakes, battery and the tires, but that's just what it takes to keep a vehicle going long term. One thing I have noticed though is that the transmission has a tough time changing gears when you're at a stop and trying to accelerate out of the first gear, but after that it's smooth sailing. It's been doing that no worse or better for at least a year now, just a quirk at this point. Don't wanna waste any big money on a big part like that if it only happens in low speed conditions where it's safe to be quirky.

CarPlay, turbocharged engine, compact, easy parking (that's a big deal in LA!). It's easy to why there's a whole community around the obsession with the Golf!

THE LITTLE 1.2 DOHC ENGINE IS STRONG BUT MITUSBISHI SHOULD HAVE PUT A STANDARD TURBO ON THIS ENGINE,, THATS WHY MITSUBISHI MADE THE 3A92 MIVEC ENGINE.. HIGHLY DURABLE & STRONG .. NO PROBLEM ON THE HIGHWAY OR THE TAKE OFF FROM A STREET LIGHT. THE TRANSMISSION IS ALSO GOOD.. CVT.. NEVER CRAZY ABOUT CVT ... BUT THIS TRANSMISSION IS OK.. CAR HANDLES IN SNOW.. RAIN,, RUNS WELL.. PERFORMANCE IS THE BEST OF THE SUB COMPACT CARS AND EVEN LARGER 4 D SEDANS,, THE MIRAGE IS ROOMY INSIDE ALSO. IVE HAD 6 FOOT 4 FREINDS IN THE CAR . THEY WERE SHOCKED .. LOL... IVE BEEN OFFERED BY KIA. TO TRADE MINE IN TO THEM.. .. BUT I REALLY LIKE THIS LITTLE CAR.. "" NEBULA"" IS HER NAME. 100K MILE POWERTRAIN WARRANTY.. IVE HIT THE 100K MARK.. JUS HAD A TUNE UP AND NEW TIRES.ITS BEEN PAID OFF SINCE 22..SO IM STUCK RIGHT NOW .. IN WINTER. I JUS WISH THE MIRAGE CAME WITH A STOCK TURBO,, IT WOULD REALLY BE FUN.. IDK IF I WANT A NEWER CAR .. A few years back I had a Suburban and hated coming upon hybrids. When the time came for a new car I first was thinking Corolla since it was my first new car decades ago. Then I figured why not a Prius? I have the XLE model that has most anything you could want in a new car. I usually only go 5mph over speed limits but I'm always passing all the cars when going uphill. I get looks from other drivers I pass wondering why I'm passing them in a Prius. Great handling too and so far I've taken it up to 114mph. I could've kept going but there was traffic ahead so it'll wait for another stretch of road. If I ever buy a Ferrari, I'll get a license plate frame that says, "My other car is a Prius"!

The plug-in is what I really wanted. An outstand car, the battery is way to small. A full electric car is not the best choise for driving in Colo and Wy. The Prius is the best of both worlds
