A great buying experience here for a used, certified 2015 Civic. my sales agent was easy going, no pressure. Plenty of info on the vehicle history, negotiating was painless, and none of the good-guy/bad-guy tactics to drive up the price. Also did not have to endure the "my manager wants to meet you" crap. This was the quickest and most painless car buying experience I've had to date. I highly recommend Cory in the pre-owned sales office, and I've heard good things about Joe on the new sales side as well.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

Back in 2010, my father traded his 2009 Hemi Orange R/T challenger in on a brand new 2011 Yellow Blaze Fiesta 5 door hatch with every option on it except for the automatic transmission. Sunroof, leather seats, upgraded sound system, you name it. It was truly one of a kind and to this day I’ve still never seen one like it. I’ve seen a few other yellow blazes but never one with the options ours had. In 2017, he gave it to me as my first car. It had 50,000 miles at the time. I learned how to drive stick on it! The car isn’t the fastest thing in the world, but it sure is a blast to drive. They handle wonderfully. I quickly fell in love with this car and called her the Highlighter. My dad helped me install Rockford fosgate speakers in her, a 12” Rockford fosgate punch p3 subwoofer and a kicker 800w amp. She bumped! I loved her even more after this. I had countless first dates in her until I met the woman I thought I was going to marry and was with her for two short years before that fell apart. I drove her hard, very hard. My foot was on the floor practically everywhere I went, sliding her around any and every corner. She took it all. I did this for 80,000 more miles. She reached 130,000 miles and needed a timing belt change, so we decided we would do that ourselves. Mind you, this car never needed work, it never failed to start on me, never threw codes, always got me where I needed to go safe and sound and I never worried about it not starting. So doing this timing belt change was honestly some of the first work we had to do to this car other than brakes, oil changes, and a serpentine belt at 80,000 miles. In the process of us locking the flywheel, the special tool to do so broke and made its way inside the transmission somewhere. We couldn’t get it out; but we were able to get her back together running just fine once again. However, while under the car trying to get that part out, we noticed something. On the manual transmission fiestas, there tends to be a problem with a transmission oil leak when your clutch starts to go out. This was a stock clutch with 130,000 miles on it, driven by me, a teenager at the time. There’s no way it should’ve made it as long as it did with the abuse it took, but it did. It’s almost $3,000 to have a new clutch installed in one of these cars, which essentially totals the car out. I had to make the decision to either keep the fiesta and dump its value into it to fix it when it was already up there in miles, or trade it in on an ecoboost mustang. I decided to trade her because ford wouldn’t be able to fix her for a couple of months and I was moving for college so I needed a car. I stand by my word, that fiesta will forever be the most reliable car I will have ever owned. It took so much more than any other car should’ve or would’ve. Truly one of the best cars in the world in my eyes. The mpg is just a plus on top of the reliability of these things. I’ll forever miss my fiesta, I had such a sentimental attachment to this car that I don’t think anyone will ever understand. But I hope the right person is reading this and if you’re debating getting one, get it. You wont regret it. I miss mine more and more everyday. That ecoboost mustang is cool and all, but it’ll never be my fiesta. My fiesta made so many memories with me from whether it was being the clown car trying to cram all my friends into her even though her carry capacity is 800lbs, or from those first dates previously mentioned. She was known around town because I was involved in the car scene and took her everywhere. I was proud of my fiesta. You would be too. I really hope I see mine out there on day again. If you happen to have a debadged 2011 yellow blaze 5-speed manual fiesta hatch with 127,000+ miles, you may have my baby and I hope she treats you well.

I have a 2021 Prius AWD with 233,000 km. Not one issue. Starts even at -40 degrees and everything works as it should. No rattles or lose pieces. Just a solid car. I have driven through muddy roads and a foot of snow and the front air dam xxxxxxsnow and keeps going. Who needs an SUV when you’re driving one of these.

I want to start up by saying, I am not a "car person". I do know, is a 5'2 female, this car feels like it was made for me. It gets amazing gas mileage, and you can park in a sidewalk square if needed. Yes, it does not have a lot of bells and whistles to it at all, but it does have the Android auto / Apple Auto feature which I love, at the same time as having roll up Windows. It is perfect for in town and highway driving. I drove it all the way to Georgia from Illinois with no problem. And my 6'5 son fits comfortably in the passenger seat as well, as well as plenty of room in the backseat and trunk for groceries or luggage.

I am extremely happy with the maintenance service and the sales department especially Mr Stacy Hopson. I have bring leasing my cars ever since 2016 and I have been very satisfied satisfied with the entire dealership.

My first car was a Renault Clio Bebop, followed by a Peugeot 106 rally car, then an Alfa 145 and then I met this C30 guy in 2009. I loved it. Then I bought a C30 again in 2012, with a nicer design, the EcoDrive. I still have this and it's been 10 years. It brings together everything I like in a car: safety, stability, resistance and beautiful design. It is a shame that so much damage has been suffered in the workshops that represent Volvo – Santogal in Portugal. There it was damaged in several ways, and in the last inspection, a few days ago, they did several things to it, namely: they filled the coolant tank too much (1 finger over the maximum), they cleaned the air conditioning system and at the time removing the grille. which is near the front glass, they broke a fitting and on the same side they lost a screw, that is, this grille is only fixed on the left side, on the right side it is loose. They discovered that the inner bellows was broken and for this reason they wanted to replace both steering arms. I know that to change this bellows you have to disassemble many things, it is a lot of work, but saying that “there is considerable clearance in the suspension arms” to justify changing the right and left arms seems too much to me, especially when I go for the mandatory inspection to request an evaluation of this clearance and verify that there is no clearance, they confirmed that the internal bellows is broken but found no clearance in the suspension arms. In the past they have damaged the rims mainly because Volvo wheel nuts are really challenging as they are one of the few brands that insist on making a capped nut that is sealed to look better but eventually comes loose. . When they loosen, they cannot be released easily and that is why they do it by hammering. Over time the paint wears off and now I have wheels that are a shame. In addition to all this, the C30 for me is a fantastic car with extraordinary features. On the home/work route it consumes 5.4, which is great, and in the city it consumes more, staying at 7.2. However, in addition to being a pleasure to drive this car, because we feel that we are in a safe car, it drives quite well and responds very well in situations where we need engine and power. The engine is a known and proven engine (Peugeot 307) and as such presents no problems in this regard. The exterior design for me remains one of the most beautiful. When the car is well washed (mine is silver) it looks beautiful and has an aggressive look, naughty I would say! :) It's lovely. It's a shame they ended this model. I won't let go of mine. It will stay with me until it reaches classic status! :)

Can't say enough about Kyle and the overall experience at Smythe. We had just come off a horrific experience at another dealer (two bad experiences, actually). We were so turned off. But we found this beautiful Audi at Smythe and decided to give it another go. My wife stopped in and met Kyle. He was terrific from the start. All she did was want to see it before the two of us went back. There was no pressure, no "sales-pitch" or anything. Just a nice guy who listened to my wife and her auto buying needs. We went back that night, test drove the car, talked with Kyle (again, "talked", no pressure). He took the time to answer to every question we had and explained everything in detail. It was more of a conversation than a sales transaction. We explained what we were looking for, in terms of deal (money down, monthly payment, etc.). Kyle introduced us to Abood, helped us explain exactly what we were looking for and we were told "No problem. We hear you and will do our best. Next day, my wife got the call and the deal we talked about the night before was they deal made happen. No sweat, no stress, no anxiety. We walked in later that afternoon. This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

So fun to drive!! Exterior is sleek and stylish. Love the VW Golf!! Interior is very spacious for a 2 door with plenty of space in the backseat. Love the great gas mileage. Super cute car!!!

We love the prius after owning a 2007 model. The 2015 is a step up and we got it at a good price for low mileage to hold us until plug-in mile range improves.

I was looking for a used caravan, been looking for about 6 months and had one problem after another with other dealerships. Advertised price and then another $3,000 in fees!! I called Rivera Toyota and spoke with Joe, very friendly and helpful. I asked him what the price was on the car advertised, and he said the price show IS the price. No other fees, unless you want some of the additional services we offer. I told him if I am wasting my time I will throw you out of the window, JK. Next day took it out for a test drive, has two issues, nothing crazy, and was about to get off a few dollars. The price was the price and I did not have to hassle or get upset. Joseph was very helpful as well as his manager Bob. I was able to drive my new/used car that day home. I would definitely recommend coming here, for a used or new car. A few years back I had a Suburban and hated coming upon hybrids. When the time came for a new car I first was thinking Corolla since it was my first new car decades ago. Then I figured why not a Prius? I have the XLE model that has most anything you could want in a new car. I usually only go 5mph over speed limits but I'm always passing all the cars when going uphill. I get looks from other drivers I pass wondering why I'm passing them in a Prius. Great handling too and so far I've taken it up to 114mph. I could've kept going but there was traffic ahead so it'll wait for another stretch of road. If I ever buy a Ferrari, I'll get a license plate frame that says, "My other car is a Prius"!

I really enjoy the car almost as much as the service! The reason is the service has been flawless so far! We had an issue with one of the sensors where it would give us a drivetrain error and cut the power to 40mph! We found out that there’s a bug that triggers once you hit 1/8 of fuel left it happened ever time and there’s no fix.

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.
