Never made it to Hayes. Was in Sacramento and bought a car that day but before making it to Roseville. The car at Hayes is an LX and I really wanted an EX. The person I talked to there was very helpful.

We bought a sonic lt with a 1.4 turbo engine, great gas mileage and no major problems. As long as you keep up the maintenance the reliability is great.

Ruben has been great to work with. The Tesla I purchased has met my expectations and he is assisting in getting the last couple of minor issues resolved. Would not hesitate to buy from again in the future.

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

Felt like we were dealing with friends, or strangers who genuinely cared about our experience. Pricing was appropriate for what we were looking at and purchased. This car is like driving a go cart, for real. It’s got a lot of zip and handles really well. You certainly feel the bumps in the road. But I expect that in this little hot hatch. Plus it’s in pretty great shape for a 19 year old car. I look forward to bringing it as close to original as I can.

When it was newer the engine had some issues and a couple of recalls. I had the engine replaced because of a piece of metal getting into a cylinder. That when it was 10 years old and had 105,000 miles on it. Since then mostly maintenance. I do some myself. I enjoy driving it more than any car I've had before. The fastest, best handling and most economical, gas wise of any of them. I've gotten as much as 44mpg with it on a trip. Only mods I made to the engine are a K&N air filter cleanable cartridge and a blow off valve for the turbocharger.

I just retired and got my XLE 7 months ago. I was lucky to get it. Someone else decided to pass on it. I have some upgrades like the 12 inch screen and glass top. I would have never purchased a Pruis before this new model. So far, I absolutely love it. I don’t drive it like a sports car, so I am getting 53.5 to 54,5 mpg. It is amazing to spend $12 dollars on gas every two weeks instead of $30 to $40 every week like I use to. I really love the design. I have cutting edge silver. It isn’t quite as luxurious as other cars I have had but that wasn’t why I purchased it. I think it can last me the rest of my life.

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

Recently purchased a new Audi Q5 from Rocklin Audi. I dealt with salesman Bill Dameri. In the negogiations I also dealt with manager Andrew Lyons . Both of these guys were extremely knowledgable about the various options and features on the Q5. They made a very fair offer to purchase an Audi and to purchase my car in trade in. I compared their offer with other Audi dealers in the area and they were easily the best. I had a very good experience dealing with Rocklin Audi. They were excellent to work with and I recommend them.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

i am a new buyer so i went there first because i heard very good things about carmax...they are excellent in the cars they sale...no dealing with the annoying cars sales men...there you go with an idea of a car and get it...well hopefully because they dont have a big inventory so before you go check the website...they littelly have all the cars they have so you dont waste time looking for one...bad thing :( when you have a car you want... dont hisatate...because before u know it its gone... i have lost about 5 cars for histateting...well i was looking at the car value in kelly blue book and when i was ready to buy it (with in one day) it was gone!!! so DONT HISATATE!!!

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I used to own a Chevy Camaro before. Though it felt feeling great driving it everyday and feeling the power in my hands and feet, the maintenance costs and upkeep definitely came at a premium, not to mention the gas guzzling. This car meets a more important need for me, that is, to go to far off places and help me explore. A very robust and extremely light on gas, I have been able to travel about 700 miles on just a tank full of gas, which is just very amazing. Besides that, Toyota's amazing software and safety features makes this car well worth the price. It's a great long distance commute vehicle.

I owned one from 2007 until 2023. Probably the best car I ever had. I traded it in on a Corolla Cross, but if I could find a factory fres 2007 Vibe, I' d buy it. The only oddity was thst I had to replace two bad water pumps, and serpentine belt. The new Corolla has too much infotainment gadgetry, and a poorly written manual by comparion.

I haven't owned a 4 cylinder in a long time. I had a turbo 5 Volvo, a 6 cylinder accord, and a Mercedes c300 6 as my last three cars, then before that I owned a last model year RSX (2006, I wouldn't count the new ones) for a long time so that's the closest comparison to this. I think the RSX felt a bit more sporty (I didn't have the Type S), but as for power they're a pretty close match, and I bet the Mazda 3 would smoke it off the line with it's torque heavy engine. I think the RSX looked more sporty too, it had probably a more mature styling to it that I appreciate now even more than I did when I owned one, but I will say every time I look at my Mazda 3 I like it more and more. I've seen a thousand of these on the road and never had a strong opinion on them, but my girl in red keeps growing on me, and when I take the dog out for walks I circle the car and look it over and understand it more and more. I have a 2018 fully loaded GT, and the interior is mostly it's strongest positive. The facelifted w204 is easily the nicest looking interior I've ever been in, and the accord maybe the most comfortable, but this is incredibly close to the accord in terms of comfort and only lacking in slightly worse seats and less room. The seats are great though, but the 2012 accords were some of the best I've say in. The fake leather has a great balance of firm and give to it, and what's even better is the whole interior is wrapped in a similar nice synthetic material that's a joy to be wrapped in. I've never owned a car where my arms are supported on both sides in such a comfortable manner. I'm 6'1 so I keep my seat low but I feel like I have a good deal of room, in fact, I test drove a 2023 (gen 4) Mazda 3 that was an incredible price, about $800 off from my 2018 and even less miles but the new interior design is nowhere close to as good as what we get in the gen 3. You have almost no room to spread your legs out in the newer models and that's a deal breaker for me. The one major weakness of the 2018's interior is the tablet on top of the dash looks hideous. I think I mentioned earlier my model is fully loaded, and I mean it. But what's that mean, a premium sound system, some exterior trim pieces tacked on? Nope, here we have some genuinely cool features. Adaptive headlights that turn with the wheel, a heads up display that's projected on a piece of clear plastic that raises up when you start the engine and can show speed, road signs, blind spot info, next GPS heading, etc. We have automatic windshield wipers, adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, a great Bose sound system, paddle shifters. My car has more bells and whistles than my wife's high trim 2023 Tuscon. I really love my little Mazda, and I'm hoping to take it down some back roads to see if I can enjoy the driving part as much as some others do, as I've mostly spent time on the highway or in stop and go so far. This was a purchase I was unsure of 3 days ago when I made it, but every couple waking hours something pulls me to that car, whether to drive it or just to sit in it. I know now I've made a great choice.

The customer service was unmatched, and my Fiance and I never once felt like we were pressured into anything we didn't want to do. We were given advice and mentored throughout the entire process, in our first big purchase, never once feeling overwhelmed, taken advantage of, or unheard. Our salesman Bill Dameri was helpful through the entire process, he responded to my emails and texts, even before they officially were open. He went above and beyond for us, and made this a very positive experience. From our test drive all the way to driving home in our new Car (but first Inn in out burger), Bill provided Excellent service, and even insisted on providing further service after point of sale. We truly feel like valued costumers, and the idea of coming back for our yearly servicing is a positive feeling. Steve Armstrong who helped finalize our sale was incredibly helpful, and made understanding the Warranty and different options available simple and insightful. As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!
