We love the prius after owning a 2007 model. The 2015 is a step up and we got it at a good price for low mileage to hold us until plug-in mile range improves.

I recently purchased a 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport from Right Honda. I brought it into the Service Center because I was getting vibrations at highway speeds. Your Service people brought it back to me after re-balancing all four wheels. They even repaired one tire, after having found a nail in the tire! They explained the repair done, about the haphazard wheel balancing done previously, and that it’s best to have the heavier balanced wheels on the rear of the vehicle. Your Service Center people are the best! Even though I live about a 40-minute drive to Right Honda, it will be worth it, because I know there are people who care about doing things right for customers’ vehicles. (even though I purchased a used vehicle which was not a Honda)

I love this car! ‘26 Sedan Sport trim level is excellent as is the lower and higher trims. I traded in my 2014 Civic sedan Lx and got a great lease deal from the dealership. I got it in the new Blue Lagoon color which is an extra cost option(all paint colors should be standard)but it looks great with the black trim. Drives great, great mpg, reliable as a Honda should be. It’s like driving a mini Accord.

This is my precious car I lovedddd the car but winter is tough with the snow. My only complaint was the low profile tires are more prone to flat tires I had a lot! Snow and hills are not ideal but I worked overnight hours so roads are the worst at those hours!! Overall LOVED the car but wanted a safer car for work and child transport!!

just now I literally can’t put it all in the review, but I’ll summarize with, “This was the first time I had a pleasurable experience at a dealership” Nelson was the salesperson I worked with, but I think they all operate on a professional level. I’d recommend the place to anyone, but I am most impressed by how fast they found me the car I wanted and helped me decide based on all the options I had. I even got some education in the Certification process for an Audi Pre-Owned. I’ll be back to pick up a gently used A4 Allroad once someone is kind enough to trade one in!

We purchased a new 2021 Q7 from Audi North Scottsdale and were residing in New Mexico at the time. New Mexico is notoriously slow at governmental things (titling vehicles for example) and after almost a year and a subsequent move from Santa Fe to The Boulders in North Scottsdale we had a nightmare on our hands trying to get a title transfer. I took my 2019 Mini in for service and left with a BEAUTIFUL 2025 Emerald Green mini. I adore these cars! They are so wonderful on the highway, and in the city. She looks fast just sitting still. The new features have everything my heart has desired! Sirrus radio, GPS, ApplePlay, I can listen to my audio books! Best of all, there is a level piece that fits over the back, so there is no more dipping. When the seats are flat, it's so easy to load up all my stuff when I go on road trips. My Yorkie loves the smooth ride, and it's nice and quiet! She falls asleep!! My Sales guy, Christopher, was a gem - didn't push or insist on anything just left me to stew over which one I wanted. While I hated to say goodbye to Alyce (my 2019 Mini) I was so ready to say hello to Emerald - my new one. That green is just spectacular. Most of all - EVERYONE at Mini of North Scottsdale is amazing. Seriously!! They are all very helpful and friendly from the mechanic experts that have worked on my car, to the managers, the check in person, and the sales people (I've been many times and wasn't buying but they were still so friendly). My 2010 Prius with the solar panel package has been the best car I’ve ever owned. At 180k miles it drives like a dream and I’ve never had to replace anything besides the brakes. If I drive right I actually get 60-85 mpg. It’s a really wonderful car. I expect another 50 to 100k more miles out of it.

The one weak point is that there is a design defect. The exhaust manifold leading to cylinders tends to get clogged up. Must be cleaned every 60 k miles (200 dollar job) to avoid head gasket replacement. Otherwise should run forever. 250 k miles and doesn't use drop of oil. 2014 is known to be vintage year, with all kinks worked out of generation 3 - except for aforementioned. Besides being ultra reliable, the car is simply the best use of space and readily available fuel possible. Enormous cargo space with back seats down. Up, passengers have room almost equivalent to full-size sedan. Simply best car ever made. Just look out for traction battery expense. But even that can be mitigated using rebuilt batteries and independent shops.

A few years back I had a Suburban and hated coming upon hybrids. When the time came for a new car I first was thinking Corolla since it was my first new car decades ago. Then I figured why not a Prius? I have the XLE model that has most anything you could want in a new car. I usually only go 5mph over speed limits but I'm always passing all the cars when going uphill. I get looks from other drivers I pass wondering why I'm passing them in a Prius. Great handling too and so far I've taken it up to 114mph. I could've kept going but there was traffic ahead so it'll wait for another stretch of road. If I ever buy a Ferrari, I'll get a license plate frame that says, "My other car is a Prius"!

Sales department was friendly and up front, didn’t give off the scummy vibe some car salesmen have. Finance was a whole other story, despite buying my 4Runner a few weeks ago I’m still thinking about the weird interaction. Jonathan Farris was extremely pushy on a warranty despite it being declined multiple times, I don’t need one for my brand new Toyota they’re never worth it in my opinion. He started friendly enough but after officially declining the warranty his demeanor changed and made it seem like I was a bother to even be in the same room as him. Very off putting interaction and it’s unfortunate because like I said the sales team was pleasant to deal with but the last process of buying the car left a sour taste in my mouth. Avoid Jonathan if you can, he entered information incorrectly and had I not caught it would have ended up paying several thousand more in interest and he will try to screw you on a warranty, when he learns he can’t screw you he’ll ruin an otherwise special day.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul with 52,000 miles on it in April last year. I now have 62,000 on it now. It looks good and drives great. No problems so far. Nice car.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.
