Since 2014 I have purchased FOUR Fiat 500L's. The first was an Easy Model. With manual transmission. As a base model I was suprised at how much fun it was to drive. I traded it in 14 months later for a 2015. This was a lounge. In 2017 I bought another for myself and my wife has the 2015. I bought another 500L Trekking. I then traded the 2017 in. With two 500L's in the driveway I have a manual for my wife and automatic for me. These cars are functional and fun to drive. The easy model lacked navigation and Sirus and auto temp. Often joke they are so ugly but cute. If Fiat still made the 500L I'd buy another. I do not like the 500X as the rear area was reduced in size. It's not often I can't load a oddball size item in them. Each car has been dependable and easy to maintain. At 71 years old I'm not easy to please. I hope this helps. When I bought the first consumer reports did not rate the car very kind. I then sent a strongly worded letter to them. I lost respect for them.

If you're new to electric cars, this is a great introduction. Perfect commuter car that is oh so much fun to drive. It is our go to car for any driving around town. I have charger at work that I use most of the time, but also installed charger at home for those times that I need to top off. Re-think how you drive and get yourself an electric car.

I’ve had over 30 cars in my lifetime. Mostly BMW, Honda and Lexus. My first EV purchase was my 2016 Spark EV two years ago. It was ugly and felt cheaply made when I first saw it and sat in it. My first drive out of the dealership, I pushed hard on the accelerator and it literally burned rubber harder than my old BMW M3. I was sold on it , ugliness and cheaply made (now spelled economically built). Now, it’s 2022 and gas is $6.50 per gallon and I am thankful that I purchased this EV. Never had to replace anything except two tires and a window regulator. Now, these Spark EVs are selling for $4000 more than what I paid. So, if you need an around town car and don’t want to pay $6.50 gas, go and get one of these

I bought this car used with about 50,000 miles on it from a car rental company. I needed an economical car with great fuel economy, too. I didn’t plan to keep it very long but, it’s now been seven years and it has 140,000 miles on it… We are still going strong! All I have replaced is a couple of belts, which was recommended by the mechanic, but had not broken yet and the front struts, because I got a pothole so big it bent the rim of my wheel. This car is a wallet friendly trooper!

Most reliable car in my 37 years of driving! NO problems. Biggest negative are brakes grabbing at parking lot speeds. Biggest positive 39 mpg average. I had software upgraded and replaced USB module from Walmart for Android auto and Apple carplay

He also offered a solution fo each minor cosmetic flaw. He and his staff graciously pulled out half a dozen cars for us to drive, telling us to take as long as we needed with each one. He bent over backwards to help, giving us his personal cell phone number to use should we have any further follow up questions. Absolutely amazing! This car is a SLEEPER, despite the seemingly “Low” 150 horsepower, this car takes off like a rocket from a stand-still, it accelerates briefly quick. Bought this car at around 120k miles. All the stories and rumors you’ve heard about German cars or volkswagen being unreliable, this car certainly proved me wrong and brought me comfort. Even though it is not MY car, my brother owns the 07 6 speed automatic (with tiptronic transmission) and it is quite amazing. The throttle response is unbelievable in the tiptronic mode (+ and -). Although if you’re worried about not shifting at the right time, it will automatically upshift/downshift for you, the computer overrides as a safety feature. I will be honest, i drive my brother’s rabbit A LOT, and the sports mode is pretty DECENT at high speeds, there’s no major improvement besides higher RPM so it will shift later (brings more power out of each gear before automatically going into the next one) . It just makes the engine roar but everyone’s experience is different! Just sharing mine. The handling is an absolute 10/10 and when given enough gas from a stand still, the wheels will spin a little bit even with traction control on. Another Pro that i think people overlook but is very important, One day i was in a rush to get to work on time and i was going a little fast and had to (safely) cut someone off to get in the far left lane so i was going too fast considering i needed to come to a stop, i slammed on the brakes and the car DID NOT skid or lose control, the brakes surprised me and i thought i was going to crash but it stopped just in time. The braking distance is quite amazing on this car. Now this is not a CON but a little bit of a concern. Considering it only has 150hp, it is relatively QUICK, in all aspects just like its origin name ‘Rabbit’. Though i did notice it struggles A LITTLE BIT around the 80-100mph mark. So if you need to pass someone make sure you have good tires and your tires are rated for 90+ mph. AND DO NOT BE SCARED TO USE FULL THROTTLE, IT IS BETTER TO GET PULLED OVER THAN TO LOSE/TAKE A LIFE. Another really good pro, is the kick-down function, the pedal rests on the floor, so when you press it down ALL THE WAY you will feel a little click, like there’s a second step for the pedal, that’s the kick down function and when you use it for whatever reason it may be like passing someone in front of you or in an emergency. Depending on how fast you’re going (i will provide example below) it will always drop 2 gears and take off just as quick as a rabbit does. When you are in a 60mph zone and the person in front of you isn’t going fast enough for your liking or you just want to pass them, you mash the gas down all the way and you’ll maybe drop 1 gear (it will downshift into 5th gear) but if you push it all the way down to the floor you’ll feel that click and it will downshift from 6th to 4th gear and you will speed up very quickly reaching around 100mph in a matter of 5-8 seconds. It is very useful if the cars in oncoming lane is coming your way faster than you anticipated. This little car may not be fast (top speed) but it sure is QUICK. I got pulled over (just a warning) for going faster than i thought because of how quick and responsive this car is. SIDE NOTE: HEATED SEATS WITH UP TO 5 LEVELS IS AMAZING!!! it also has heated mirrors for all my people who get cold weather like ice and snow in the morning! All in all, This car is very reliable and worth purchasing. Just take care of it and i promise it will take care of you. 10/10 i recommend.

I went to this location after totaling my brand new car and I was in need of a used car. I went in and enjoyed the process from start to finish. After meeting with a salesman for a little bit, I was able to walk around and check out the lot without someone hovering over my shoulder. Once I decided on my choice, all of the paperwork from start to finish was run right in front of me without any disappearing to a back room or talking to the manager. When I am in need of another used vehicle, this will definitely be my first stop!!

I was blown away at its performance and ability to pick up and go. The interior is whisper quiet on the freeway in heavy traffic. The comfort level is a 15 out of 10. All the electronic do-dads ... Mind blowing (for me anyway 😝) Couldn't be happier!

Difficult to separate the good and bad. In the end I bought the car. I think he is a generally honest guy who is trying to be fair. I don't think he'd purposely hide problems or patch up a failed car. That is of highest importance. My problem is there were a lot of issues with the car not disclosed in the listing. Check your car carefully! To his credit he disclosed the failing clear coat by sending me an excellent video before I traveled (a long way) to the dealership. Maybe inadvertently he disclosed problems with the headliner in the video. When I got there the battery was dead so he explained there was a parasitic load (still not resolved) that kills the battery in a couple days and he pointed out it had the wrong battery (which he replaced when we negotiated price). A tire was nearly flat and he noted it had a leak. If he were dishonest surely the tire would have been full and the battery charged when I showed up and he wouldn't have pointed out the wrong size battery (didn't fit tray). What I found includes: Two tires were good and two have almost no tread. The key fob remote doesn't work and when I bought and installed a new battery it still didn't. Since buying it I've gotten two estimates for fob replacement of $700 and $410. Hopefully I'll find one a little lower. I've also found the wiper blades need replaced, interior lights by the rear-view mirror don't work, and a film on the rear window (rear defroster I believe) is all bubbled and also not clear where unbubbled. Other than snow on the car when I test drove, I'm not sure how I missed this last one. Finally, there is an undisclosed admin fee of $500. He said nobody in NC discloses this on web listings. Maybe but it doesn't make it right.

I’m 46 and I have had many different cars but this one in particular is the best of the best, it is 2024 I live in Chicago and this car is so strong, no rust, transmission works perfect, engine is amazing and I put 300k plus miles on it DO YOU BELIEVE IT!!?? You better!!! and after all this miles a learn so much about that you need to pay attention to make their life longer. I totally recommend to have one of this.

Today I purchased a beautiful 2014 Toyota Highlander Limited (Burgundy exterior and Almond interior). I called the dealership last week and spoke to the salesman named Will. Will answered all my questions and sent me videos and pictures of the car addressing all my concerns. He was a great help and very pleasant to work with. After driving the car home for over 200 miles, the ride was very smooth and nice. Everyone in the office were also very nice and helpful. I will definitely come to JT Auto Group when I need another car.

The only problem I'm having with this car the power windows on the driver side and the passenger side in the windshield washer motor I'm not are not working properly otherwise the car works very well and drives well and I have no other problems

I bought my 2015 Nissan Versa Note in 2017 Certified Pre Owned with 35,000 miles on it. Now it has 80,000 trouble free miles on it. Aside from routine maintenance all I needed was sway bar links at 70,000 mi. Roomy, economical and comfortable. It may I interest everyone to know the transmission fluid should be changed every 30,000 miles. It's $240 to have it done by the dealer. Small price to pay for reliability.

Purchased this car used in 2023. Right from the start had issues with the A/C compressor. It went out and I had it replaced with a used one to save a bit and it immediately went out again after a week. Mistakenly, I had an another used compressor put in and it proceeded to essentially blow up and damage my battery and belts. I guess there is an issue with the part for this model year. Otherwise I have not had any crazy issues other than regular maintenance costs. I absolutely love this car for its storage ability. It's small enough to handle city driving and small parking spots, but large enough to fit everything you need to carry. I fit all of my furniture and belongings in this car when moving. As for comfort, the heated seats are a great feature, however, I do find the seats gets quite uncomfortable after driving for more than a few hours. I drive this car back and forth to work daily and have no problem with its performance. Gets pretty good gas mileage for mostly city trips (24mpg). You can feel each and every bump that this car goes over, but it's not anything unbearable.

I purchased my car used. It was a trade-in to a Toyota dealer in San Antonio, Texas. It started off as a rental in Florida and I am the 3rd individual to own it. It has been an overall good car. But, the AC control knob that controls the fan speed has gotten stuck om low. I can still control the temp, but on cold mornings, it takes forever to defrost the windows, and om hot days, forever to cool the car. Also, there are times the screen that shows the back-up camera doesn't work. There are big-time blind spots with this car, so the camera is necessary. When the screen goes out, so does the radio. I am unable to turn it on, no volume, or changing stations. It's as if there is no radio at all. I thought at first I may need a new control knob, but now I am thinking there may be a wiring problem... such as a disconnect exfed or burned wire. I don't think it's a fuse. If so, it wouldn't work at all. Any suggestions?
