I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

I was looking for a used caravan, been looking for about 6 months and had one problem after another with other dealerships. Advertised price and then another $3,000 in fees!! I called Rivera Toyota and spoke with Joe, very friendly and helpful. I asked him what the price was on the car advertised, and he said the price show IS the price. No other fees, unless you want some of the additional services we offer. I told him if I am wasting my time I will throw you out of the window, JK. Next day took it out for a test drive, has two issues, nothing crazy, and was about to get off a few dollars. The price was the price and I did not have to hassle or get upset. Joseph was very helpful as well as his manager Bob. I was able to drive my new/used car that day home. I would definitely recommend coming here, for a used or new car. A few years back I had a Suburban and hated coming upon hybrids. When the time came for a new car I first was thinking Corolla since it was my first new car decades ago. Then I figured why not a Prius? I have the XLE model that has most anything you could want in a new car. I usually only go 5mph over speed limits but I'm always passing all the cars when going uphill. I get looks from other drivers I pass wondering why I'm passing them in a Prius. Great handling too and so far I've taken it up to 114mph. I could've kept going but there was traffic ahead so it'll wait for another stretch of road. If I ever buy a Ferrari, I'll get a license plate frame that says, "My other car is a Prius"!

Just wanted to leave a 5 star review about Yonkers Kia. I worked with Guillermo Rijo who really hustled to get me the EV6 that I wanted before the end of the EV tax rebate this September. He managed to do it, working together with their showroom manager, Michael Romano. The two of them hooked me up with an excellent EV6 Wind that was better than what I expected for a leasing price that was more than fair. I enjoyed working with both of them and appreciate the effort they put into the whole process. As the days go bye, my wife and I are liking the car more and more. It’s a fantastic vehicle and represents an excellent alternative to the Tesla Model 3 I was driving before. The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I purchased a brand-new Toyota Prius Prime XLE plug-in just a month ago on February 2022. The very first thing that I noticed was that the car feel swell-built, i.e., top quality. I wanted a plug-in car so that I can charge the hybrid battery using the solar panels on my home’s roof. A full charge for my Prius Prime using 120v takes about 5 hours from no charge to a full charge. The full charge allows the Prius Prime to run completely on electricity for 25 miles; after that, the hybrid components of gas and electric take over. EPA rates the Toyota Prius Prime plug-in at 133 miles per gallon. I only drive about 6,000 miles a year. After one month the car is getting 200 mpg. I always drive in ECO mode. The interior looks good and feels like it is top quality. The suspension feels solid. I like that the front panel displays mpg automatically, which encourages me to drive conscientiously. Additionally the front panel displays a numerical rating ( of the quality of my driving with respect to ecological value and I like that. The sound/music system is an important component of a car for me. The Toyota Prius Prime sound system is pretty good – I would rate it as a B+/A-. I like that the car comes with free two years of maintenance! The MSRP was reasonable. Mine was $31,284 (February 2022). I had to pay $2500 above MSRP. I would have preferred to pay MSRP. Some Toyota dealers are charging $4,000 to $8,000 above MSRP and that is price gouging that I do not respect. One dealer charges no markup, but they did not have a new XLE car available for several months. I plug in my car every other night to preserve hybrid battery life. An expert recommended this practice. It is OK to charge the hybrid battery every night but, I was told, that will shorten the life-expectancy of the hybrid battery. Before I purchased the Toyota Prius Prime, I called the owner of a local repair shop that works only on hybrid cars (there are many hybrid car manufacturers). I wanted his independent, unbiased opinion of which hybrid car, plug-in or otherwise, was the best and most reliable. He strongly recommended that the Toyota Prius was the best, either the regular hybrid (Prius) or the plug-in (Prius Prime). My opinions are based on driving the Toyota Prius Prime plug-in for only a month. What is important is how well the car will hold up, that is, will it be reliable with minimal repairs and how long the hybrid battery will last. Toyota’s warranty for the hybrid battery is 10 years or 150,000 miles, whichever comes first. Note: The Toyota Prius Prime has three models: LE, XLE, and Limited. I chose the mid-priced XLE. Bad: The only built-in music streaming is Sirius, which is free for 3 months then $10 a month. Sirius is good but I prefer but Spotify for music streaming. Unfortunately, I have to have my smart phone attached to use non-Sirius music streaming services. The car has a pad on which we can place the smartphone, but my phone has a case which prevents that from working (phone case is too large). So I have to use a cord to connect my smartphone and that is irritating. One day I may forget to remove the smartphone and someone might break my car’s window and steal it. I wish that Toyota would make adjustments so Spotify and other music streaming devices can play without a smartphone. Also, I wish Toyota would adjust the pad so that a smartphone and case can activate without having to plug in with a wire connector. I traded-in a Camry through Toyota Financial, but they claim they have no record of my pay-off. There is no reasonable excuse for a one-month delay in clearing the Camry payoff. So my recommendation to folks considering buy a new or used Toyota, try to get financing via some financial institution other than Toyota Financial.

My car has decent gas mileage— about 40 mpg with a bit less when driving predominantly in town. It fits my petite frame very well but my husband, who is larger, says he is comfortable driving it as well and actually owns his own fit. The car has good visibility and is responsive on the road. It takes curves well, and the acceleration is more than sufficient for entering the freeway and it responds well when a quick maneuver is needed. I love this car more than any other car I have had.

This is understandable, especially on a weekend and the last day of the month—partly my timing. Overall, I look forward to building a long-term relationship with this amazing team. After almost 10 years, I’m thrilled to have a BMW back in my garage. Highly recommended!

As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

This car handles very well. I'm very pleased with the interior comfort and accessibility to all the features available. Handles the road like a dream. Smooth, precise, and fits anywhere. Great on fuel, uses no oil, instrument panel easy to read, and feels like a luxury vehicle, but doesn't have a luxury price.

Once again Napoli came through for me I was able to trade my 2019 Optima that I bought from them they paid my loan and put me in a 2025 Seltos the perfect car for me. It's a fantastic vehicle, both inside and out. I get about 30-50 electric miles depending on whether I do freeway or side-street driving, what the outdoor temperature is, if I have AC on, etc. I get 50-60 mpg when the engine turns on. It gets to freeway speeds really fast in sport mode, but I normally stay on eco/normal mode - normal mode has more than enough power for my needs. Interior features lack the extra toys from the XSE and Premium trims, but I can live without them. Trunk space is adequate with the folding cover attached and only slightly better without it due to the sloped rear exterior. But I've never had a problem with trunk space since folding down the seats grants more than enough room for my needs. Cabin space is decent. No one in my family and friend group is over 182 cm tall so all of them can fit with ample head and leg room. I have no complaints with the handling, even at higher speeds. It's smooth, but outside noise does get a bit loud especially when the engine turns on. Charging is a tad over nine hours if using a standard 110v/120v L1 charger, and half that with a 220v/240v L2 charger. The Prius Prime is not built to handle DC charging, so don't bother with that. EV mode is good for up to 55 mph or so, and HV mode is good for speeds beyond that. The sweet spot speed for HV mode seems to be around 65-72 mph. Beyond that and efficiency takes a nosedive. The Prius Prime, or any plug-in hybrid (PHEV), isn't for everyone. It's the best of both worlds, but it's also the worst of both worlds. During EV mode, a PHEV is a less efficient battery electric vehicle (BEV) since it's carrying a heavy internal combustion engine (ICE) that isn't being used, along with all the other ICE components. It also has all the maintenance requirements of the standard HEV variant, unlike a true BEV. When the battery is depleted, a PHEV is a worse hybrid since it's carrying a big battery that isn't being used. Despite a PHEV's versatility between gasoline and electric usage, it isn't for everyone. It can run on gasoline only without ever charging the battery, but then you lose all the benefits of EV driving. You paid extra for the EV experience, so you might as well charge the battery. Final thoughts: the Prius Prime is a very good car, but only If you can charge at home. If not, then get the standard Prius since that one is an even more efficient hybrid.
