My wife and I recently purchased a new Sienna, which we enjoy driving. Last week I brought it to Byers for scheduled service since we are planning on a driving trip to visit relatives in other states. Byers has earned our trust over the years - I used to bring in a Corolla for all required service and got over 360000 miles out of that car!

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

I was blown away at its performance and ability to pick up and go. The interior is whisper quiet on the freeway in heavy traffic. The comfort level is a 15 out of 10. All the electronic do-dads ... Mind blowing (for me anyway 😝) Couldn't be happier!

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

Let me get started writing this review by telling you my experience with Ryan Gwinner. What a wonderful salesman. Not too pushy and gets the job done. I was unsure if I was going to walk into Matthew's Honda to get a car due to how scary it is to purchase a new vehicle. Ryan made my husband and I very comfortable by allowing us to tell him what we expected out of the car we were looking for and how much we could afford. He cared and listened to our wishes and met everyone one of them and more. I'm not the easiest person to handle, but Ryan was very patient. He answered any question we had about any car we asked about and didn't make us feel like we were bothering him. Did I mention he stayed over an hour after his shift to make sure we were successful with our purchase? He didn't make us hang around or go look for him to ask him a question, instead he was right by our side. He is very knowledgeable about any vehicle you may ask him about and will give you his honest opinion. To me honesty is everything! This is a great car! I love the features, esp the sport function, which gives you a boost if you need to jump on it. Obviously, some people don't use this feature or don't know what it does. When getting on the freeway, I always use it, then simply turn it off when necessary. I usually get about 34-36 mpg on long trips and around town about 28-32mpg. The one and only complaint I have is that it is too low to the ground and sometimes it's very difficult to get in. If I move the driver's seat back, it makes it easier. I am the original owner of a 2017. The other features i like are the backup camera, electric side view mirrors, speak feature to make calls, the interior is gorgeous, the hatchback. I just really love this car. I have never had a problem with it. If you're looking for a reliable car, this is it!

Bought my car about three years ago from Vince at Easton. We had such a positive experience that my husband bought his truck last year. In between, I suggested to my mother that she call Vince and buy her car, she did, and was very satisfied with the car, Vince and the entire process. A few months ago, my sister needed a car....yep....called Vince and now she is driving an awesome, like new car! Of course she is just as satisfied as the rest of us were! By the way, we live almost two hours away from Car Max Easton. Worth the trip! Whenever I am ready to trade, I will be calling Vince! As a matter of fact, I was very surprised to see anything other five star reviews. None of us had even one complaint.

I traded a bmw 330 for this. I am very happy. The bmw was unreliable and a joy to drive. The integra is reliable an almost as fun, and much cheaper and more confortable. I wish i had considered the integra before.

Purchased this car used in 2023. Right from the start had issues with the A/C compressor. It went out and I had it replaced with a used one to save a bit and it immediately went out again after a week. Mistakenly, I had an another used compressor put in and it proceeded to essentially blow up and damage my battery and belts. I guess there is an issue with the part for this model year. Otherwise I have not had any crazy issues other than regular maintenance costs. I absolutely love this car for its storage ability. It's small enough to handle city driving and small parking spots, but large enough to fit everything you need to carry. I fit all of my furniture and belongings in this car when moving. As for comfort, the heated seats are a great feature, however, I do find the seats gets quite uncomfortable after driving for more than a few hours. I drive this car back and forth to work daily and have no problem with its performance. Gets pretty good gas mileage for mostly city trips (24mpg). You can feel each and every bump that this car goes over, but it's not anything unbearable.

I drive around town most days and love the idea of not using as much gas. I drive older volvo's that I love for many reasons but they are aging and certainly not good on gas. I like the idea of full EV cars but the cost is very high and range for me (I take a lot of 200-300 mile road trips) makes it more complicated along with the expense of charging stations or installing upgraded home chargers. I bought a used Volt with 50k miles and it honestly is a pretty awesome car. I can drive around town almost purely on electric, just plug in at night to a standard outlet. And barring me going on a road trip a tank of gas a month maybe less. (8 gallons to fill up!!!!) I love the heated seats and wheel. The interior layout is great and its a very quiet car. It's quick around town and holds its own on the freeway. Are the seats volvo comfortable? NO, but they aren't bad at all in the leather premier trim. Is the back seat huge not really but if you are less than 6' it should be fine. The bose sound system is GREAT. All the safety features are nice. Back up camera, front and rear sensors, lane keep, adaptive cruise, etc.... It took a week or so to get used to how to drive it in EV and maximize my range. I can now get around 55-60 miles in town. I would say to read the manual for sure, the climate controls are situated to save electricity so there is no A/C on or off button and I had to read up on how it works. I got the hang of it once I took the time to understand what did what. The Chevy Volt forum is a wealth of knowledge as well, and that really made it easy to learn how the car works. Apart from slight learning curve it is an excellent car you can easily run in EV only if it suits your situation. Long trips are no problem I can get 42 mpg on the freeway usually and no down time to charge at stations along the way. This is a great car to bridge the gap between full gas and full electric and given the price to purchase it almost makes sense not to own one. I LOVE IT.

I have been coming to this dealership for service on my 2016 Outback for the last 6 yrs. I mainly work with Thomas McLaymont In the service area and HE is the best!! Matt too! They are so personable , knowledgeable, super caring about you, your safety, the issue with the car and how timely they can get it fixed in your schedule. Thomas ALWAYS takes and makes the time to one on one Actively listen and be the resolve to the cars problem. He almost always finds a coupon for me on any work over $200 if my wild card coupon has expired. Who else and where else would do this??? Once car is fixed, I get a complete thorough explanation of what was wrong, parts needed to fix it, and how it’s running great again. Thomas (They) easily earned my Trust which had to be earned in their words = deeds , hand shake and car fixed right. I’m a gal, and have always been respected, treated well and taken seriously about my cars problem when I arrive in service area and talk with Thomas or Matt. Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

Love my sonic. Peppy engine, quite ride. Seats could be a little wider but don't think it was designed for someone my size. Wish they still made them

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I drive for Uber, and this is the perfect car for ride-share drivers. I did previously drove an Acura MDX which was more comfortable and luxurious, but at 21 mpg it just didn't make since. The dealer was surprised and asked if I was trading it for the Prius, I assured him I knew what I was doing. Turns out it is the smartest car I have ever owned and for me was a very smart purchase. Do not give it a 2nd thought if you are on the fence. I can get Luggage into the back that surprises people with the amount of space, way more that a sedan with a regular trunk, and the ride is surprisingly comfortable. I am averaging 54 mpg which is just phenomenal. As a bonus the maintenance and tires are way cheaper to maintain and replace too. These are built in Japan and it shows quality wise.

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

By far best dealer experience I've ever had with car dealership. Never pushy and was as friendly as you could ever ask for. Two thumbs up!!!

The one weak point is that there is a design defect. The exhaust manifold leading to cylinders tends to get clogged up. Must be cleaned every 60 k miles (200 dollar job) to avoid head gasket replacement. Otherwise should run forever. 250 k miles and doesn't use drop of oil. 2014 is known to be vintage year, with all kinks worked out of generation 3 - except for aforementioned. Besides being ultra reliable, the car is simply the best use of space and readily available fuel possible. Enormous cargo space with back seats down. Up, passengers have room almost equivalent to full-size sedan. Simply best car ever made. Just look out for traction battery expense. But even that can be mitigated using rebuilt batteries and independent shops.
