This review is about my very positive experience with two gentlemen, Watson Chevrolet and General Motors. I purchase my beautiful Chevy Malibu Turbo from them in 2014. and have always followed up with service and repairs from Watson’s Service Dept. Recently I started having an engine problem. My Fixx tester showed a bad cylinder issue. I called and made an appt. with my service rep. Jerry Rivera. The technicians found a bad cylinder that could not be repaired and would require a new engine. I only had 118K miles on the car. I was devastated, as the cost of a new engine was over 9K. I am 76, recently retired and now on a limited fixed income, with slowly dwindling savings, due to the high cost of living and medical issues. I called the Service Director, Gabriel Sterns and discussed with him my plight. I just could not afford the high cost of the repair nor was I able to buy a used car. Gabriel and Jerry worked with GM to help me cut the cost of the new engine to half and they also provided me with a rental so I was still able to get to my Dr’s appt. etc. I can not say enough about these two wonderful gentlemen and how they helped me solve my problem. I love my car, it's a gorgeous Pearl color and it has to last for as long as I am able to drive. I am forever grateful to Gabriel, Jerry and Watson Chevrolet!

Bought 2017 Mazda3 Touring 6 Speed Manual new. It now has 180k miles. Fun to drive, great on fuel, great handling (Way better than Toyota Corolla), more than enough technology including Android Auto & Apple Car Play, easy on maintenance, very reliable (More reliable than Toyota in my opinion)

armax sales people were wonder to work with. No pressure, just their desire to show you a car that you would be interested in. Our salesman showed us the car we wanted and after the test drive, choose to look for something else. He inquired to our desires and slowly narrowed down the types of vehicle we might likie based off of our comments. We went from a Dodge Charger to looking at luxury type cars. Very easy to work with.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

This car feels very neutral and smooth in corners at any speed. Sometimes, it feels like it's too easy to go too fast in this because the grip is so confidence-inspiring. I have the non-turbocharged model, which has plenty of giddy up to it. I'm not sure if I regret choosing it over a turbocharged variant but there's plenty of power for my needs. The gearing is pretty tall and you need to plant your foot to let it rev out and find the right gear, but doing so is rewarded with a very responsive and surprisingly smooth engine for being a 4 cylinder. I was feathery on the gas at first, so it was underwhelming but I adjusted to the inputs. The car feels plenty sporty and the grip makes cornering feel amazing. The rear suspension is torsion beam and you will notice it on very poor roads, but everyday driving on decent roads feels super refined, quiet and grip is not affected by this suspension arrangement. I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm 6'3" and fit pretty comfortably in the car even with the sunroof right above me. I've been in cars with more front legroom and have been less comfortable than I am in this car. Seat bolstering could be an issue for those with wider shoulders. I'm someone who loves a low driving position, so this car is a godsend in a world of soulless, blobby SUVs. I think this is the best all-around compact car you can get.

This car is easy to drive, beautiful color, good on gas, handles well on cornering. Nice price and great tires too. This is my 3rd mini, so I love them!

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

Garrett the Sales Manager took time out of his busy schedule to help us get the perfect car for our daughter. Ray Lowe is great at his job, he went above and beyond. It was a great experience.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I worked with Mike Dews on a 2020 Nissan Rouge, Mike made the sale happen with little effort, I have bought cars before and as a lady I have to say this was the easiest and best experience I have had, I would recommend Watson Chevy and Mike Dews was a great sales man .

We use electric drive 100% of the time around town. It's nice to have no range anxiety on longer trips. Comfortable car for two average sized adults.

Jim Bingham, the service manager at the Cadillac store, is great. He is very pleasant and very helpful and I appreciate his efforts greatly.

The Prius is the last cat you will have to buy. The reason being is that this vehicle is extremely reliable. It gets over 50 MPG & it doesn’t have any issues or problems whatsoever. I was skeptical upon purchasing this vehicle, being 6 ft. 1 & 235 lbs, but it actually is quite comfortable inside. Overall this is a rock solid vehicle, it will not disappoint you in any way. Highly recommended!

He was really cool. A good guy and was honest. Him being himself really helped him sell the car! He went over all of the equipment with me while also giving me his personal opinions helping me throughout the thought process.. It was a great experience overall! I have owned the car for nearly 6 yrs, and it previously was owned by the Porsche dealer's owner, so I knew it was well taken care of for the 13000 miles on it before I bought it. I have put on 62K miles and have had relatively few problems, nothing major. Normal maintenance and expenses are not cheap, but love the feel and looks of the car. Previously only owned 2 door Porsches and never thought I would buy a 4 door. Glad I got the car.

The car meets a perfect speed standard for specific drivers, if you want power when you need to pass somebody or just got a nice long road you want to open it up on, you can do it, very well if I must say, the 2.0t is a amazing motor overall, so many different things you can do with it power wise, just overall a great balance car, butttt your back seat is not the best in a 2 door, which is what I have lol, oh well

For the price, I couldn't have made a better choice. This car has ventilated and heated seats, and all the bells and whistles available at that time. Had I purchased one of its competitors, I would have paid much more for what this car has. It has been a reliable vehicle as I have had all regular maintenance completed. I have only had to replace tires, battery, and take in for one or two recalls over the years. I'm passing it on to my graduate that's how safe I believe he will be.

It's a shame more people were not familiar with this car before Chevrolet stopped producing them. I drive on EV mode almost all the time, except when going on long trips. There is no range anxiety with the Volt. My car is averaging 181,000 MPG lifetime.

I went in yesterday to purchase a used car after doing a preapproval application. I wanted to see 5 cars so I knew it might be time consuming but I was actually wrong. They gave me Ros as my salesman and he quickly led me to each car. He was very efficient, while I looked at one he would get the next one open and ready to view. He had great knowledge between the difference in cars as well. He was wonderful at accommodating myself and my husband but what impressed me the most is what happened after my purchase. When we arrived home my husband realized he had lost his wallet. Ros went to great lengths to painstakingly recheck each car and all our footsteps during our visit. He called several times with an update as well. We did end up finding the wallet and we are very happy. Our salesman was amazing, wonderful experience, way to go above and beyond each step of the way. We are both currently carmax customers and they now have earned our business for each future car as well as recommendations to anyone we know! GTI's do almost everything well. Economy, performance, flexibility, holds value, road car, back roads car, safety, comfort, feature-laden and now almost $10K less than the price of the average new vehicle. Two minor flaws IMO. All GTI's should have Golf R climate controls. Standard controls too confusing and fussy. Rather set it and forgot it. DSG is "still funky after all these years." Don't get me wrong, the lightning quick shifts and in-traffic ease are compelling, but DSGs can be clunky and feel strange at low speed and can't yet read all of your intentions correctly, thus some odd decisions/shifts on occasion. Not a fault, just a thing. Otherwise brilliant. GTI is among the contenders for "best" mass-produced combustion engine car of all time. Yes, that good. If shopping the used market, I would strongly suggest one try to get a Performance Package car. Much better brakes that won't need brake service as often and stop better. Also, the electronically controlled differential aids both traction and handling.

The Ioniq 2019 EV is the best car I have ever had. in summer months, I get about 135-140 miles to a charge and I can zip around town to work, the store, the salon etc. with no problems at all. this car is comfortable with the leather seats, and quiet on the inside too. the speakers are quality and sound good. I've been driving her for 3 and a 1/2 years with zero problems. I just have to get the tires rotated! The best part is, I don't ever pay for gas. I haven't paid attention to gas prices in years, and it feels great! Too bad they don't make these anymore... Thanks Hyundai!
