Sales people were friendly, especially the man from NY, and the sales guy, I bought a Honda Odyssey from them the next day I took it right into the dealer for an inspection, all the fluids needed to be changed, that's something i think they should have done before putting it on the lot, but other than that the van seems fine so far

Transports more than other 4 door cars. Drives fantastic. Smooth, yet sporty and nimble ride, with plenty of quick acceleration when needed. Very reliable, with easy maintenance.

These guys made this was my easiest buying experience at a dealer since bought my first car in 1988.

I bought this car brand new in 2012. Paid 17k. Worth every penny. It has 63k miles onit right now. Have never done anything other than change the oil and filter. It runs like it is expected. Slow and easy. You won't win no races with it. But it gets my wife to work with no issues. { 5 miles} Rain or snow. We have taken it on several road trips. Including a couple 1000 plus mile trips. Running wide open the whole way. It has no problem. I am a big guy. Very un comfy in most cars. But this I fall right into it and am able to climb back out with ease. The interior is cloth. Its starting to fade. But still no tears or wear marks. Theres nothing fancy about this car. But my wife loves it.

Veteran Review. Showroom is nicely put together. All of the staff are friendly. Highly recommend checking out their website and pre-applying for a loan and making an appointment. Had an issue with the extended warranty and thankfully Topline Auto Group made it right. They have some very nice vehicles on the showroom floor for decent prices.

The 2017 Panamera Turbo is phenomenal: It is the perfect blend of sports car (0-60 in 3.0 seconds… Entering traffic or accelerating to pass is exhilarating at 550 hp/567 lb/ft torque) & luxury vehicle (4 door, plenty of room for back seat passengers, plus plenty of storage room with hatch back & rear seats can fold down for more space. Beautiful interior, appointments & super sound system). This vehicle is very impressive, drives/corners like a dream (these tires just Grip the road on turns) and people commented on it regularly. This is a beast of a sports car that also happens to carry four people comfortably!

All good and the interior cargo capacity is great. The big issue is that the seatbelts get stuck at any given point, locking the passenger into position and not allowing you to readjust the belt. You have to release the belt lock and rewind it or it won’t let you move. This seems incredibly dangerous. Why hasn’t the model (Fit 2013) been recalled for this issue?

I have been a customer of Honda of Seattle for many years and have leased 4 vehicles from them. I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

This is my precious car I lovedddd the car but winter is tough with the snow. My only complaint was the low profile tires are more prone to flat tires I had a lot! Snow and hills are not ideal but I worked overnight hours so roads are the worst at those hours!! Overall LOVED the car but wanted a safer car for work and child transport!!

One needs to be "ready" to drive an EV. Charging a car is different than filling it with gasoline. But with a little planning, it works great, and it is MUCH cheaper. The car is really fun to drive. It's quiet, with very little vibration, yet VERY responsive. It has lots of great safety features, as well. It is well-priced, and the $7,500 federal rebate was really helpful! It's a great car.

Diana and Jacob went above and beyond to help me score an awesome new car. Everyone I worked with was friendly, laid back, and easy to work with. Long story short, my first experience was a complete debacle. I left reviews on Google and Yelp, and I was contacted straightaway by Mark Therrien (new car sales manager). He explained the situation from his perspective and offered an apology and a workable solution. At this point, there was no agreement that I would return, but Mark handled a tough situation with the utmost professionalism After a short call, Mark did a number of things that I appreciate and value: • Got some information from me so we could take advantage of my drive time to get credit worked out. This multi-tasking saved a fair amount of time at the dealership. • Gave me a side-by-side comparison of my pre-approved interest rate and the rate they were able to offerWhile I was driving, Mark and team found a better interest rate that reduced my payments by a few dollars per month. The reduction was not large, but the point is that they went out of their way to optimize the loan for me. • Mark presented me with a simple and straightforward set of numbers that explained the cost, their cost, a fair trade in value, and what my payment would be. Somehow I knew that buying a new car only required some basic arithmetic with a handful of numbers. This was exactly what I was looking for. Look at the bottom ¼ of a sheet of paper, do some math in your head, and know what the heck is happening. • He also did something unnecessary but very thoughtful to compensate me for my time. • Talked to me like a normal person engaging in a basic and mutually beneficial business transaction. Honest, straightforward, and very comfortable conversation. • Mark hustled to schedule the cleaning of my new car and visit with finance in a way that helped to make things go faster. Again, this was my second long drive and for other reasons, I was really pressed for time. My visit with Nicole Smith in finance was equally straight forward, honest, simple, and educational. • Nicole likewise gave me a very clean set of numbers to approve and the signing process was quick. • She also provided a surprising amount of useful information. A lot of this was regarding various warranties and packages that they could offer, and when I saw that coming, I felt a little twinge of irritation start to arise…again mostly because of some bad experiences earlier in the week. But I listened and realized that the things she was talking about were reasonably priced products that had a solid value proposition. • The point is that there were no gimmick products and those that were offered had a benefit at a good price, and there was no hard sell. Basically just a well thought out presentation of the value proposition and a “feel free to take it or not” quality to the discussion. • Nicole also gave a very interesting piece of insight and advice about an insurance product. Without going into detail, there was a thing that I thought was a good idea, and she explained to me why it was actually a pretty bad idea…and it made perfect sense. I didn’t see it because I’m not a professional in this particular field, so the edification was appreciated. Finally, there was a gentleman that did a great walkthrough of my car. I am amused by the fact that most of the learning has to do with a computer and how to talk to my new car. Overall, I am completely satisfied with this experience. As a business person, I’m enjoying looking back at this as a case study of sorts. Mark and Nicole’s ability to take fiasco and turn it around into a positive experience is noteworthy, and I would definitely consider doing business here again.

Aside from the poor positioning of the cupholders and zero ambient lighting, this car is amazing. I've only had it for a month, but it may be my favorite car that I've had. I knew nothing about Mazda and I bought the car online without seeing it first, but really have no regrets. The 12 speaker Bose soundsystem is amazing (which is why I bought it) and I've taken it on a 4,000 mile roadtrip and it was a lot of fun to drive. The "deep crystal blue" color is beautiful and the gas mileage is decent around the city but great on the highway. I'm averaging 320 miles to a tank in the city and 460 on the highway. All in all a great purchase.

I've had my 2016 Focus SE for 9 years this year & will drive it until one of us dies. I've never had a problem with it. It gets great gas mileage, is comfortable & roomy. I've hauled many things that others thought wouldn't fit but with the back seats folded down ...no problem. I would recommend a Focus to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

We recently purchased a vehicle for our granddaughter. It's her first and she absolutely loves her 2004 Ford Explorer Sport. This is our 12th vehicle purchase at Biddle and it was a great and fun experience as usual. The Biddle family has always treated my family fairly with respect and professionalism. I have a 2013 Prius. It has 129k on it. This is by far the most reliable & efficient vehicle. I had only had to change the oil & that is it. It regularly gets approximately 55/60 MPG. I absolutely love this vehicle & would not hesitate to get another Prius.

I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

Bought 2017 Mazda3 Touring 6 Speed Manual new. It now has 180k miles. Fun to drive, great on fuel, great handling (Way better than Toyota Corolla), more than enough technology including Android Auto & Apple Car Play, easy on maintenance, very reliable (More reliable than Toyota in my opinion)

Kudos to the Campbells Nissan of Edmonds for seeing through the completion of servicing my 2017 Pathfinder. After being in service couple of times for an unidentified noise under the hood, it was finally diagnosed the third time as timing chain problem. For a 2017 with all maintenance services performed it was baffling. Much more damage was discovered after the timing chain cover was removed. The estimated cost was between 3k and 6k for complete repair. Special thanks to John the service manager and Mario the service advisor who directed me to Nissan Consumer Affairs and getting me in a loaner for the duration of time my vehicle was to be in for repair. After making my case to the Consumer Affairs, five days later John went the extra consumer satisfaction mile by contacting Consumer Affairs through several emails after my return call backs was to no avail. Through my affords and Campbells Nissan successful contact, my savings was 80% of the total bill. Thank you Campbells Nissan of Edmonds

This so now the 2nd, Mazda 3 I've owned, The first being a 2005 hatchback, this one now the 2010 sedan Overall this car is a great car, in both Mazda 3s I've had now, they've had no major mechanical failures and the work has been routine work, owned the 2005 one for just over three years before it got totaled on an accident back in 2021, the car probably still had another 10 years in it, The 2010 one I have now is the 2nd gen Mazda 3 of course, and its a significant upgrade (excluding it being the sedan instead of the hatchback which does negatively impact storage space) The 2010 Mazda 3 here has great handling, is sporty for it's class, and is very fun to drive, but if you're looking for a car that rides smoothly, this car doesn't, it does have rather stuff suspension. The exterior (in my opinion) is a lot better than it was on the previous body style, I get the "big smiling" front end isn't for everyone but I love the look I did briefly mention storage space earlier for the sedan - the storage space is better than other cars in it's class, and the truck is quite big for a vehicle of it's size, but the opening is small and makes it difficult to fit really any big items in, as for the hatchback, it does fix that issue, I was actually able to fit two full sized bikes inside the vehicle (after putting the back seats down) Although this car does have 1 major issue, The dashboard, Mazda made it out of a rubber plastic material, that when left in the sun, melts and creates a shiney sticky mess that can impact your vision with glare, getting a dash cover at least hides it, but to properly fix it, it requires replacement of the entire dashboard, (which Mazda does not have a tsb or warranty for)

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.
