I rarely post reviews, but I I am making an exception because I need to make sure that this gets out! I despise car shopping. I think the cost of vehicles is absurd, and I go into a panic every three years when my lease runs out. I HAD A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE AT RON BOUCHARD! I have been telling everybody I know (and don’t!) that if they need a vehicle do not go anywhere else but Ron Bouchard, specifically Lancaster, and ASK FOR LUIS RIVERA! Luis was amazing, and I say that with my whole chest. From the moment we walked in, he was 100% interested in what I needed, NOT what would make him the most money. I was ready to have to plead my case about monthly payments and how I really wanted to buy out the lease when Luis said, unprompted, “You know, you are in a really good position to buy out your lease.” 😳 The relief I felt leaving that dealership is like nothing I have experienced in the last three leases from “Herb”, where the goal is to push you to the absolute max you can pay a month, plus a few extra. Not true at Ron’s house! You can tell they are interested in helping and building trust. They want you to come back! They want you to tell others to go there! Repeat business is critical for these guys, and I want to make sure that they get as much as possible. I also have to mention Eddie Osorio, the finance manager we worked with. Again, completely transparent about what was happening at every turn. Numbers make my head hurt, but Eddie clearly explained everything with no high pressure sales, just the pros and cons of each option. I could not be happier with the outcome. Putting business aside, these are just really good human beings. Good energy throughout the entire dealership. I could not have imagined I would be raving about a car buying experience, but here we are! Look, there are a million places to get a car. I have spent days of my precious free time over the years trying to find the best deal, the lowest payment, etc. Do not waste your time. Just go here first. And ask for LUIS RIVERA! You won’t be disappointed. 👍🏻

Just bought the Honda Civic 2020 Sport Coupe and I’m really happy with it. The car looks sharp, drives smoothly, and has enough power to make daily driving fun without sacrificing fuel economy. Interior is comfortable and modern, with all the tech I need. Overall, a great blend of sporty looks, efficiency, and reliability. I would Highly recommend this car.

We had Subarus' before. A 2015 impresario, and a 2021 legacy, we traded the impreza for. We drove the legacy for about a year, and was never really happy with all the bells, and whistles, even though it would be great for someone who likes all those features. I have owned a lot of cars, and this 2023 Impreza is my favorite. It still has some hi tech stuff. But is basic enough for me to use everything on it. I would highly recommend this car without hesitation

I bought a Volvo for my granddaughter there. They went through the entire car and replaced what was needed. They made sure the car would be safe for her first car. Mark and Dan are the best!

Interior it’s bigger then you think . A lot of space for luggage. High performance car and very reliable. When you drive this car , you spent 30-35k$ but all people look and ask if you spend over 100k$ when you park your car people look at you all the time

Stopped at Granite auto sales to peek around and met Dan inside the office, he didn't run out to push anything on us and let us go to him, looked at a Hyundai and went to ask about it, Dan suggested a Volvo they had on the lot and told us to go for a test drive, both of us were thinking that we'd never own a Volvo but after taking it for a test ride we were hooked!! Dan suggested that we try the credit union in Keene. Took a ride and put in the application and the next day got the call we were approved. If I could give more stars than 5 stars I would!!

This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!

Evan was very helpful while test driving and creating the offer, once the purchase was complete, he sat in the car and explained all of the features to me. I have purchased at other dealerships where I was handed the key with no explanation of any feature, this was great service and much appreciated! My first Subaru. This is the RS model in Desert Oasis Blue. It’s a dream to drive. Fully equipped and the pick up speed is amazing. I feel incredibly safe in this car. It’s so comfortable and the air conditioning keeps me comfortable inside.

This car turns heads! I get looks constantly due to the sleek look and the sound of the turbo. Not to mention it comes with a snazzy media player that is easy to use. I will definitely be buying Mini brand again!

I have to rewrite my review. My last review was mentioned to be about the car we tested not the dealership. The dealership and the salesperson we dealt with did everything they could to make us happy. There were some issues with the car we tested " that we like" that the dealership is working on to resolve. They are working with us to make us happy.

I own the 2011 Impreza Outback Sport. Can't say enough great things about this car. Over the past 10 years I have put 155,000 miles on it and it's still my every day vehicle. The biggest issue I've ever had with it was I had to replace the fuel pump around 120k. It's great in the snow, it handles very well overall, and I know it's safe to drive thanks to Subaru's 5 star crash rating.

Working with Mike Pinto, who sold us our first car was friendly and professional. Our salesman was Greg Nuorimo who sold us our second and third cars was patient, flexible. He makes you feel comfortable, he won’t pressure you, which is why he gets repeat customers. Mike Sparks in financing was incredibly helpful. Customer service and prices are hard to beat. I always feel very safe with Vermont winters. Always feel I have control even in inclement weather! I love all the standard features and feel safe driving my grandchildren in this car.

I was contacted promptly and informed I needed break repairs that was found during the inspection. The repairs were done within a couple of hours.

Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.

My parked car was unexpectedly totaled in the middle of the night so I was kind of thrown into the car buying process whether I liked it or not. After doing some research on cars.com I came across Patrick Subaru, who had awesome reviews and a great reputation in my area. As a first time car buyer, who is admittedly easily influenced, I was nervous going to the dealership thinking I might get taken advantage of or pressured into spending more than I wanted to. That was not the case. As soon as I walked in, Jeff paired me up with Michelle and I am so so happy that I was. I had been browsing some used cars looking to just go on a test drive because it was literally my first day shopping. She asked me several questions to really understand what I wanted, what I needed, and what I was comfortable with. She ended up pointing me in a smarter direction, a new Subaru that had everything I wanted and at basically the same price. They even negotiated in some added features. I loved Michelle's no pressure approach. She even gave me her cellphone number so that she could keep me updated and be readily available whenever I had a question. She was very hands on during the whole process and never made me feel silly for not understanding something the first time she explained it. You would never know Michelle has only been in the industry for a few months.. she knew her stuff!!! Up until the day I picked it up, both Jeff and Michelle were always checking in on me, making sure I was still happy with my choice and excited to be a new car owner! This is my second Impreza... The best car for me... Great AWD... Good contemporary design. Handles great. Love the 11.6-inch screen. So many safety features.

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

Bob in his role was very cordial and patient explaining the intricates of the car that we were interested in. Tom in his role was cordial, patient and went above and beyond to meet our several needs in the process. He displayed impeccable tolerance, patience and knowledge.

Ron Bouchard Honda is a no nonsense partner in the car buying process. They listened to what we wanted and were very fair with their trade in evaluation and discount offers. Communication was regular and clear.

It’s what was best of the 17-21 then add more refinement. The +r mode can pogo sometimes but not a big deal since can program all the +r features with the comfort or sport suspension under individual. Sound system is fantastic, interior ergonomics are fantastic, spacious, 320 miles per tank which is good for a performance hatchback, track performance in stock form is fantastic, can hang with cars it’s not got business hanging with.

I've been buying cars for 65 years and my experience earlier this month was a first for getting a great deal and service at and from Granite. The great price and attention from their staff. The car was in great condition and passed my NYS inspection without a glitch or issue. I do most of the service on my cars and I found the car had new rotors and pads along with what looks to be a new muffler system. The car was neat and clean. And after 3 or 4 days after they had it shipped to me I received a extra keyfob that was in full working order, a item any other dealer would have tossed away. My trip up into New Hampshire was a great lesson in what quality service means.

Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.
