I came to Village Motors to look at a car that was listed online at a very reasonable price. It wasn't exactly what I was looking for, and it was at the high end of my price range, but it was in excellent shape, super clean, had been reconditioned thoroughly, and it was a great value for the price, which was around the fair trade-in value. While I did eventually find and buy a car elsewhere that met all my criteria, I would have no hesitation buying a car from them in the future, and I would be confident sending friends and family to them as well. The sales staff is low pressure and very knowledgeable. I also got the sense that they would be an honest, reliable place for repairs.

Have owned 2 Mazda 3 sedans. Purchased my 2014 brand new. It is hands down the best car for the money I have ever owned and I'm 66 years old. Will buy a Mazda anytime!

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I've not been to the lot yet so can't rate anything but customer service. And their customer service is A . By far, the nicest and most honest dealership I've ever spoken to.

GTI's do almost everything well. Economy, performance, flexibility, holds value, road car, back roads car, safety, comfort, feature-laden and now almost $10K less than the price of the average new vehicle. Two minor flaws IMO. All GTI's should have Golf R climate controls. Standard controls too confusing and fussy. Rather set it and forgot it. DSG is "still funky after all these years." Don't get me wrong, the lightning quick shifts and in-traffic ease are compelling, but DSGs can be clunky and feel strange at low speed and can't yet read all of your intentions correctly, thus some odd decisions/shifts on occasion. Not a fault, just a thing. Otherwise brilliant. GTI is among the contenders for "best" mass-produced combustion engine car of all time. Yes, that good. If shopping the used market, I would strongly suggest one try to get a Performance Package car. Much better brakes that won't need brake service as often and stop better. Also, the electronically controlled differential aids both traction and handling.

I found the staff super helpful. They were really knowledgeable and approachable. I would recommend Reliable Auto to anyone.

Front mid console is a bit awkward in placement, making it difficult to put two drinks in the designed locations. Its also awkward for the passenger to open the compartment because the fit is too close to the front seats. The lack of any dedicated sunglass compartment is frustrating. How about as part of the overhead info center?

Ryan was my first contact he and Lacey helped me prior buying this 2025 Rouge over the phone so we only had to make one trip they did all the magic behind the scene they were fantastic! Love my sonic. Peppy engine, quite ride. Seats could be a little wider but don't think it was designed for someone my size. Wish they still made them

The driving is immaculate and very fun. I’m not a big car buff but this car made driving very enjoyable. The dashboard features were great and intuitive. The only weak part was the poor sound quality of the speakers.

80,000 miles so far on my 2013 Prius C. My car has been hit twice and has come out of those repairs with zero issues, still feels like the car it was the day I bought it (purchased new from dealership). Incredible gas mileage. Only downside to this car is that it is not a quiet ride. I can really only use Bluetooth for calls if I’m driving around the city, as soon as I’m on the highway it’s too loud.

The car has a lot more pep than I though it would. Even though it doesn't have ALL the bells and whistles, it has a lot more than I'm accustomed to! I like the amount of cargo space the car has, and the different configurations available to take advantage of that space. It rides smooth. It's comfortable. It's nice car; a real nice car!

I, and my wife bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze LS Sedan in February 2018 brand new right off the back of the delivery truck. We simply take very good care of "PIP" as we call him, and he has and does take very good care of us. The key is keep up with all of the maintance before it is needed! I had the best experience ever. I ended up going to Cupples because my little 2007 Toyota Yaris with over 200,000 miles started showing it’s age. I loved the car and wanted to replace it with one with lower miles. I located one at Cupples and as others have stated, I trusted Ross right away after talking on the phone which made it worth the drive which was over an hour. My issue is that I don’t have a good credit rating because I usually use cash only. The last car I had financed was back in 93, but this time for various reasons I only had about half of the money. Ross was helpful from the start, more like a Social Worker than a used car salesman. At one point he thought that I might have to go with a newer car, 2012 or later. I went on the website and found an 2012 Audi that I fell in love with for 8,000 $’s, 2,000 more than the Yaris. I texted Ross about it and he said “No, you don’t want that car, it’s not reliable.” What used car salesman does that? Eventually he found a way to get me into the Yaris I was looking at, with only 94,000 miles. I absolutely love it, just like my old one but runs like It’s brand new. Better than my old one because I bought it with high miles to start with. This is the first review I have ever written, but after my great experience I felt it was the least I could do. I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul with 52,000 miles on it in April last year. I now have 62,000 on it now. It looks good and drives great. No problems so far. Nice car.

They have very nice cars! The auto I looked at wasn’t exactly what I was looking for.

I bought my golf new at the end of 2016 and would have kept it much longer if it had not been totaled in an accident. The few little issues I had were covered under the initial warranty (coolant leak, trunk leak). Nothing else other than normal maintenance things like brakes and tires up to 81,000 - that's as far as I can speak to. I took good care of it, did the VW service things for the most part and I have no doubt it would have lasted to 200K or beyond. It looked cool and was fun to drive. I had the S manual. I enjoy driving and had a tiny regret about not getting the Wolfsburg edition (faster engine, slightly better options like heated seats and sun/moon roof).

So Happy with the service I got! They went above and beyond to get me my car. They were very helpful. I would definitely buy through them again.

I had this car for about 1 year. I purchased it as a lease return so it was well maintained. I used it for commuting to work only and was able to get to and from work on a single charge. So I've only used one tank of gas during the entire time I had it and just filled it up last week.

First things first... I view any car as a necessary evil.... I view them as something to get stuff from point A to point B. If I had My druthers I'd bicycle everywere but, since I live in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and as such we get a lot of snow and I can't. The Impreza fits the bill of what I need in a car. I have driven many cars in all kinds of conditions, the Impreza has never let me down. I'll admit it won't win most drag races but if you're looking for safety and reliability look no further. Mine is a lease and is the base model, but is chock full of great and useful features such as lane assist, hazard warning and my favorite adaptive cruise control (which brakes for you as the car in front of you slows down.) I had the first iteration of the Impreza in the nineties and that was good... This is awesome. Before I leased the Impreza I did due diligence by test driving Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota... The Impreza had most of the features I wanted at the price point that I wanted... Also the only manufacturer that offered AWD on the base model.

I love my car. 5 speed with 20k miles. Ive put on another 100k. I have taken this little AWD car places most people dont drive their 4x4’s. But I am meticulous about maintenance. I’ve never had a single issue with anything other than a thermostat replacement and A/C recharge. With the manual I don’t have to worry about a crap cvt. The first clutch lasted 118,000 miles. The only issue was the trust bearing, the clutch was still good. You cant beat a manual AWD that gets 30+ mpg IMO. Take care of the car and it will take care of you.

We drove our 2019 SEL from CA to OH and back in July 2021. It was a perfect ride. Our cat even got to like it. The Ionic performed better than any advertisement we saw. The sticker indicates mpg @ 57. At best we got 57.6! We didn’t get 57 the whole trip, but our 5100 mile averaged was 54. I stopped leasing after 3 cars to buy this one. Best car I’ve bought in 40 years.
