Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

My parked car was unexpectedly totaled in the middle of the night so I was kind of thrown into the car buying process whether I liked it or not. After doing some research on cars.com I came across Patrick Subaru, who had awesome reviews and a great reputation in my area. As a first time car buyer, who is admittedly easily influenced, I was nervous going to the dealership thinking I might get taken advantage of or pressured into spending more than I wanted to. I had been browsing some used cars looking to just go on a test drive because it was literally my first day shopping. She asked me several questions to really understand what I wanted, what I needed, and what I was comfortable with. She ended up pointing me in a smarter direction, a new Subaru that had everything I wanted and at basically the same price. They even negotiated in some added features. I loved Michelle's no pressure approach. She even gave me her cellphone number so that she could keep me updated and be readily available whenever I had a question. She was very hands on during the whole process and never made me feel silly for not understanding something the first time she explained it. You would never know Michelle has only been in the industry for a few months.. she knew her stuff!!! Up until the day I picked it up, both Jeff and Michelle were always checking in on me, making sure I was still happy with my choice and excited to be a new car owner! Great car. Great Price. No complaints. Just the right size for me, mainly for visibility. I've upgraded to more bells and whistles than I had before. Love the backup screen for parking. Love the miles per gallon at 32. The car has great pickup - just what you need when you need it.

We had Subarus' before. A 2015 impresario, and a 2021 legacy, we traded the impreza for. We drove the legacy for about a year, and was never really happy with all the bells, and whistles, even though it would be great for someone who likes all those features. I have owned a lot of cars, and this 2023 Impreza is my favorite. It still has some hi tech stuff. But is basic enough for me to use everything on it. I would highly recommend this car without hesitation

It’s what was best of the 17-21 then add more refinement. The +r mode can pogo sometimes but not a big deal since can program all the +r features with the comfort or sport suspension under individual. Sound system is fantastic, interior ergonomics are fantastic, spacious, 320 miles per tank which is good for a performance hatchback, track performance in stock form is fantastic, can hang with cars it’s not got business hanging with.

I purchased a 2018 Tesla Model S 100D at Metro West Auto Sales. It took a bit longer than anticipated due to some issues that needed to be addressed, but nevertheless they were addressed properly. The transaction overall was quite smooth and fair and I was contacted every couple of days with a status update. They offer vehicles with great pricing and they do not up-charge later with ridiculous priced doc. fee or any hidden fees. Eugene, Igor and Jana were always courteous and professional. No pressure tactics. They also assisted me with the incentives (state rebate and federal tax credit). I will definitely recommend them and consider them for my next vehicle purchase.

I love my car. 5 speed with 20k miles. Ive put on another 100k. I have taken this little AWD car places most people dont drive their 4x4’s. But I am meticulous about maintenance. I’ve never had a single issue with anything other than a thermostat replacement and A/C recharge. With the manual I don’t have to worry about a crap cvt. The first clutch lasted 118,000 miles. The only issue was the trust bearing, the clutch was still good. You cant beat a manual AWD that gets 30+ mpg IMO. Take care of the car and it will take care of you.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Traded in my 2020 Kia Telluride for a 2025 Kia Telluride. Great car, excellent service at Wagner Kia too. Very friendly, genuine, caring sales process and service department for regular maintenance. Definitely would buy there again

I have a 2010, 2011, 2021 Kia Soul. I think that says enough. Having a car last with minor repairs and 400,000 miles. Says something for the Kia.

Purchased as a CPO 08/01/19 to replace our leased 2016 528i. Black/black Sport Line trim w HK stereo & Exec pkg (heads up display, gesture controls, soft-close doors & parking assistant). Incredibly comfortable, whether commuting to work or on a road trip. Slightly higher seating position, but still drives like a luxury car. It definitely feels like they have underrated the horsepower. Combine that with x-drive, and great seats, and this thing feels unstoppable. I have only seen one on the road; the 2-year production run will ensure it remains a unicorn. Minor complaints: wind noise from the large sunroof and frameless door windows. Definitely not as quiet as the 528i w luxury pkg. Also has blind spots to the rear and can be a handful to park. Get the 360’ camera (comes w pkg pkg) and the upgraded stereo. You won’t regret it!

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Its been more reliable than anything I’ve owned so far . Not very comfortable at times ! the steering wheels a little cold in the winter but its not the luxury model . The manual transmisions smooth shifting is perfect 5 speed to get you down the road!
