purchased used with 2,200 miles. At first, I hated it, I've never had an all-electric car and the batter was dead. Luckily they sent someone to jump it. I was still thinking it was a mistake, until I actually drove it and got to know it and learn it. Drives totally different than my corvette. Now I like the Tesla better than my 650hp corvette. It hugs the road like nothing, takes off like a bat out of xxxx. I felt safe and comfortable hitting the pedal to the floor and feeling the rush of this thing taking off and just hanging on to that jet style steering wheel.

I had an issue with a Tire & my car pulling to the right. Jason and the service Tech Marc, we’re terrific. Most of all I want to Thank the GM, Lee, for making things right. In my opinion, they are the number one and would recommend them highly.

The sound system is amazing. I upgraded my old Mazda 3, 2015 to a 2023. The inside is much quieter. I love my heated seats. We've owned many Mazdas and have loved them all. The reliable little cars with great gas mileage.

It’s what was best of the 17-21 then add more refinement. The +r mode can pogo sometimes but not a big deal since can program all the +r features with the comfort or sport suspension under individual. Sound system is fantastic, interior ergonomics are fantastic, spacious, 320 miles per tank which is good for a performance hatchback, track performance in stock form is fantastic, can hang with cars it’s not got business hanging with.

This is my 7th or 8th car with Honda. I have never leased a car from the Tarrytown dealership until today, and I will not be leasing from anyone else after today. Reggie was TOP notch. Calm, kind and explained everything every step of the way. Everyone there wonderful and it was an easy experience. How often can you say that about leasing a car? I seriously can not say enough about all of these people and the experience!

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

This was hands down the best all around buying experience, from sales, to finance, to management, that I have ever had at a car dealership. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

I'm not sure what to think of acura. I had the acura 22 ILX until I saw the Integra aspec. I have only had it for 8 months and the air conditioner unit got a leak. I'm not sure if it's a recall or a fluke. I hope it is the only thing that goes wrong. I Love My Car. ❤️

As my lease was coming to an end, I looked into a few Acura dealerships. I got a few quotes and was not satisfied with the customer service and professionalism. After contacting 8 dealerships and dealing with numbers that were not to my liking... I started to contemplate if I wanted to continue doing business with Acura. Acura of Wappingers Falls has a family-like vibe to it and this is what inclined me to do business with them. Jason got me the deal I was looking for, Dan approved, Jamal found me my car and got it to the Wappingers Falls lot within 3-4 business days and Carlo was very through and funny when it came time for contracts and signing (a process that is usually tedious and boring was fast and fun). They deserve special shout outs for their professionalism and customer service and all around personality that made me walk out of Acura yesterday with a smile on my face. I look forward to bringing my car-baby to get serviced because I know it is in good hands. It is without a doubt that I recommend this dealership.. and ONLY this dealership to everyone who is looking into getting into an Acura. I know for a fact my family and friends will be visiting. Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.
