They gave me a fair price for a maxed out Clubman, assisted with my end of lease process and price on my BMW and I drove the new car home within a few hours of walking in the door. Great experience with buying and servicing at Mini of the Main Line. I bought my pre-owned Countryman a few months back. It was a simple buying experience. I called, they had it, I went, I bought. Not a pressure environment at all. Then, 3 months later I took it in for service and it was awesome. This is my first Mini purchase and I really loved the urban atmosphere of the dealership. Really cool and not traditional. All in all, I'm a happy camper and would recommend then to family or friends who are looking to try out the brand!

I bought the 2016 Mazda 3 with manual transmission brand new. Since then I've driven 280,000 miles through new York City traffic . I've just change my original clutch at 278000 . Most reliable car ever owned!

The one weak point is that there is a design defect. The exhaust manifold leading to cylinders tends to get clogged up. Must be cleaned every 60 k miles (200 dollar job) to avoid head gasket replacement. Otherwise should run forever. 250 k miles and doesn't use drop of oil. 2014 is known to be vintage year, with all kinks worked out of generation 3 - except for aforementioned. Besides being ultra reliable, the car is simply the best use of space and readily available fuel possible. Enormous cargo space with back seats down. Up, passengers have room almost equivalent to full-size sedan. Simply best car ever made. Just look out for traction battery expense. But even that can be mitigated using rebuilt batteries and independent shops.

Found exactly the car I wanted and the sales process was easy. The sales person Derreck was fantastic through the entire process. Facility was spotless as was the car when we finally got it.

The car is beautiful inside and out. It has lots of space, the trunk is huge. There is ventilation in the front and back, multiple charging places, and all the great safety features.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

This is one of the best auto dealerships that I’ve ever encountered. People are friendly end very aware of your presence. The service department has been above and beyond. The sales people are not pushy but understanding of the situations regarding a vehicle purchase or lease. The vehicles are amazing. I am very pleased overall. Thanks.

My wife bought a car from Audi Turnersville, but unfortunately, out of the dealership’s control, an option that was supposed to be included in the purchased package for the vehicle was missing. We immediately contacted the dealership and spoke with the GM, Jimmy McGee, the Sales Manager, John Dillenbeck, and the Assistant Manager, Michael Mazzone. I am thrilled they didn't just make it right; they went above and beyond to rectify the issue! They are a fantastic team, and their outstanding customer service is truly appreciated. Bought a Used Honda from them. Test drove, did a trade in. Lots of forms and quality stuff. Good price, typical car dealer sleight of hand, but I think we got a great deal on a good car. It was not detailed very well (2014 model) or it was so dirty detailing didn't help. We will use the heck out of it, so no matter. Dave was very nice to us. Not email savvy.
