Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

I have been wanting to purchase a CRZ when they 1st hit the market in 2010 but due to a large family I could not. Fast forward to the year 2023 and I was walking the lot at a Honda dealer looking to replace my daily commuter car when I saw a 2012 CRZ base 6 speed manual for sale for well under market value. The best part was the car had a clean carfax, only 1 owner and all service was completed at a Honda dealer every 7,000 miles. The car only had 79,000 miles and it looked new. So I bought it and had it delivered to my home. I was shocked to see how low the roofline was. The car is so small and very fun to drive. It took me a few minutes to get used to a 6 speed manual transmission but it didn't take me long due to the fact my 1st car was a Civic 4 speed manual transmission. The CRZ is VERY easy to park. Now backing up is a bit hard due to the very limited view but after many years working in a work truck with NO rear view it was no big deal. The MPG is better then any other car I have ever owned. I love the fact it only takes less than 8 gallons when I fill up the tank. Yes people stare at me standing next to their huge pickup truck putting gas in at the gas station and I pull up in this tiny CRZ and I just smile. Now the bad news. The EV battery will eventually have to be replaced and I am not sure when that will be but I doubt I will get the battery to last the next 7 years when I am due to retire. The replacement battery today is $2,300 but I will be ok with that due to the fact a tesla battery is well over $16,000 to replace. Overall I love the CRZ, it looks sporty, it drives great, great on gas, easy to park and very low to the ground. May I add I do not need a step stool to wash the roof of the car and that's a bonus. Great car and rumor has it Honda will be making a comeback with another CRZ in the near future (they just trademarked the CRZ name). History: They only made about 34,000 CRZ'z from 2010 - 2016 so these cars, some day may be worth some money.

I bought my 2018 essence in January 2020. It was a rental car with 24,000 miles when I bought it. 34k new, I got it for $17,600. It now has 102,000 miles and I hope to have it for at least 5 more years. Runs and feels brand new. Hard to believe. I still feel happy just getting behind the wheel. So comfortable and fun to drive. Only change the oil and new tires. Not one mechanical issue. I'm afraid I'll never have another car like this one.

this was the second time that I was in for what I consider major repairs. Initially, the service tech and I didn't hit it off very well. Then Tim the service manager stepped in and was great to deal with. The repairs were completed in good time and they did a fantastic job. I'm happy I chose this dealership.

Since 2014 I have purchased FOUR Fiat 500L's. The first was an Easy Model. With manual transmission. As a base model I was suprised at how much fun it was to drive. I traded it in 14 months later for a 2015. This was a lounge. In 2017 I bought another for myself and my wife has the 2015. I bought another 500L Trekking. I then traded the 2017 in. With two 500L's in the driveway I have a manual for my wife and automatic for me. These cars are functional and fun to drive. The easy model lacked navigation and Sirus and auto temp. Often joke they are so ugly but cute. If Fiat still made the 500L I'd buy another. I do not like the 500X as the rear area was reduced in size. It's not often I can't load a oddball size item in them. Each car has been dependable and easy to maintain. At 71 years old I'm not easy to please. I hope this helps. When I bought the first consumer reports did not rate the car very kind. I then sent a strongly worded letter to them. I lost respect for them.

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

Started off by turning in my 2016 Accord Sport. After going over all options ended up leasing another 2020 Accord Sport. Had such great service provided from sales to finance ended up coming back two days later and leasing a Civic Sport for my daughter. My wife already has a Pilot Ex-L. This will make our twelfth Honda purchase since moving in the area, all from Joyce Honda. Always top notch service provided. This time for sales we used Joe San Roman. Joe always provides 5 star service and is always goes above and beyond to make a deal happen. We have used Joe in the past, And is always a pleasure to work with (Great job Joe). For finance we used two people who were also amazing to work with. They allowed us to make a smooth transition right through the whole purchasing process. First up Matt Stark provided top notch service, and went above and beyond and treated us like family throughout the whole purchasing process (Great Job Matt). Next up the finisher Steve Owusu. Steve also went above and beyond to make purchasing both vehicles smooth as can be. This car feels very neutral and smooth in corners at any speed. Sometimes, it feels like it's too easy to go too fast in this because the grip is so confidence-inspiring. I have the non-turbocharged model, which has plenty of giddy up to it. I'm not sure if I regret choosing it over a turbocharged variant but there's plenty of power for my needs. The gearing is pretty tall and you need to plant your foot to let it rev out and find the right gear, but doing so is rewarded with a very responsive and surprisingly smooth engine for being a 4 cylinder. I was feathery on the gas at first, so it was underwhelming but I adjusted to the inputs. The car feels plenty sporty and the grip makes cornering feel amazing. The rear suspension is torsion beam and you will notice it on very poor roads, but everyday driving on decent roads feels super refined, quiet and grip is not affected by this suspension arrangement. I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm 6'3" and fit pretty comfortably in the car even with the sunroof right above me. I've been in cars with more front legroom and have been less comfortable than I am in this car. Seat bolstering could be an issue for those with wider shoulders. I'm someone who loves a low driving position, so this car is a godsend in a world of soulless, blobby SUVs. I think this is the best all-around compact car you can get.

Nico at service gave me all the information on what the car was going to receive that day along with a loaner. He’s a Porsche owner himself, super nice, knowledgeable as a former Porsche tech and got me on my way promptly. Brian was the Porsche tech that worked on my car. He provided me with video and messaging updates of my car. The 5 min videos were very informative and thorough, sent 2x 5 min videos to me going over the entire car, priceless. Worth the money to take your Porsche where they give it the proper attention and utmost professionalism.

2016 e-Golf SEL bought use 2yr old for 16K with 28k mi. Now 10/2023 with 63k miles. Two tires an a bunch of wipers. Fun, handles well, cheap charging costs (4.2/kWh), 5.3 mi/kWh, practical layout. No updating the navigation, not the best visibility but great backup camera. Not thrilled about the defrost wires in the windshield but it is fast. One foot driving is great! Like a poor man's Model 3.

I drive for Uber, and this is the perfect car for ride-share drivers. I did previously drove an Acura MDX which was more comfortable and luxurious, but at 21 mpg it just didn't make since. The dealer was surprised and asked if I was trading it for the Prius, I assured him I knew what I was doing. Turns out it is the smartest car I have ever owned and for me was a very smart purchase. Do not give it a 2nd thought if you are on the fence. I can get Luggage into the back that surprises people with the amount of space, way more that a sedan with a regular trunk, and the ride is surprisingly comfortable. I am averaging 54 mpg which is just phenomenal. As a bonus the maintenance and tires are way cheaper to maintain and replace too. These are built in Japan and it shows quality wise.

We greatly appreciated Jeff Canlas' straightforwardness. We do a great deal of research before purchasing a car and knew what we wanted and the price range we would consider. He was one of very few salespeople who provided us with a detailed breakdown of pricing and who didn't waste our time by promising things he couldn't actually deliver. We have no patience for bait and switch dealers. Jeff stayed in touch, let us know when a particular car in which we had an interest was actually on the lot and even stayed open on New Year's Day to enable us to see the vehicle in person. We asked for some consideration on one small add-on and he made that happen as well. The pricing was right, the trade-in offer was fair and it was a pleasure to work with a person who didn't "play games" but just delivered what was promised. We would recommend Jeff and his dealership.
