From the very beginning of my car buying experience at HW Kia West County I was pleasantly welcomed by all staff that I came into contact with. The three staff members that truly made my experience so seamless was Nick - Sales Manager, Alyssa - Sales Consultant, and Bryan - Finance Director. I cannot express how amazing these three work as a team to truly support their customers in all aspects of the car purchasing process. Despite my situation of having to purchase a car within 2 days, due to a car accident which resulted in totaling of my previous Kia K5, they were able to find my new 2024 Kia Telluride and have it at the dealership (cleaned and tinted) by the very next day. I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

I recently purchased a new Honda Civic, and it has been an amazing experience so far. The car drives very smoothly, handles well on both highways and city roads, and gives excellent gas mileage. Sometimes difficult to get return calls. 2nd key fob is often not available and is not guaranteed after the sale. Prices are decent for a no-haggle experience.

We recently purchased a 2014 Mazda 3 from Lou Fusz Mazda on Lindberg. My husband and I visited every Mazda dealership in the Saint Charles/Saint Louis area. Our salesperson, Chase Winters, was very knowledgeable about the Mazda 3 and was a pleasure to work with. He lets you make up your mind with no pressure to buy. Chase stayed late after the dealership was closed to make sure all the paperwork was completed and the car was cleaned and ready for us. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was friendly and helpful. We will come back to Lou Fusz and Chase Winters the next time we are in the market for a car.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

Had car salesman Hunter that was extremely helpful in finding a used SUV for my price range. Showed huge variety and among a variety of brands and even let us drive home to see if it'd fit in garage no problem. Price was acceptable and car we got was great! Highly recommend Hunter as salesman as he was more than accommodating to get the car we wanted.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

This car has wonderful looks and explosive acceleration. The Bronze Package adds those hot bronze wheels. I love the extra room in the hatch that comes in handy during those Lowe's runs...... what's not to like about this car!

I needed to replace my car when mine was totally wrecked in a bad collision. I had an unusual interior and exterior color combination that I loved but was hard to find. Jasmin found an exact copy at a dealership in another city for me and was tremendously helpful during a time when I had just been through a very traumatic experience, even coming to my home to visit me to see expedite the process. Danielle was very helpful with some insurance obstacles I was facing and Amanda made the financing arrangements easy for me. Everyone at this dealership puts the customer first and that is not that easy to find these days. I can’t say enough in their favor.
