I have waited to write this review, based on my overall experience. I bought a 2012 Ford Truck on November 18. Due to my inexperience driving during rush hour traffic and the fact that I had 2 vehicles to trade in, my salesman volunteered to drive from Gresham to Camas to pick up the second vehicle. I got up the next morning to go fill up the tank with gas when I noticed the tachometer on 4000 when the engine was off. I used my knuckle to tap on the plastic shield and it fell off. After I filled the tank with gas, the Check Engine Light came on during my 10 minute drive home. I called Bickmore and was able to talk with Brian DeBast. He asked me to bring the truck back to Gresham (a 60 mile round trip) to be looked at. I was told the check engine light issue was normal. Brian and his staff cleared the Check Engine Light and I was on my way. A week later I was driving and the Check Engine Light came on again. I called Brian again and he had me come back to Gresham to look at the problem. They installed a vent value and purge value and did a smoke test. They repaired the instrument panel problem with the RPM needle at no cost to me. Even though I have only driven the truck about 500 miles since I purchased it, I am happy to say my overall experience has been very acceptable. Based on their willingness and input from Brian DeBast, I would recommend Bickmore to my friends and family.

I bought a used Subaru Outback from Bickmore Auto and I love it. More importantly I loved the process. I had one guy that was with me from start to finish and Credit Union they paired me up with for financing has been wonderful. The whole experience was so positive my wife also bought a new car there too. Brought my 2020 Ford Escape in for an oil change and point-to-point inspection. The service team was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. There was no pressure for a bunch of extraneous services that I “needed” and I paid what they quoted me when I walked in and even saved a lot by purchasing 3 oil change/services at once. They did recommend a few small fixes but said they weren’t critical and that I was good to go for my planned road trip! I also really appreciated the video inspection with explanations so that I could see things for myself since I’m not in the habit of crawling under my car and wouldn’t know what I was looking at anyway! Great job Westlie Ford! It’s good to know that I have a trustworthy service team that I can go to and rely on when needed!

I sure tire of the "free energy" postings. You honestly think your utility company comps you for the extra kilowatt usage? These are great little cars, even took mine on a Minnesota to Texas and back road trip with decent comfort at full highway speeds and no, it didn't look as if I was lead car in a funeral procession either. You can honestly cruise all day at 80 should you wish to do so. Reliability? If this Prius is like my 2008 then I can expect to get a trouble free 218,000+ miles out of it and then see its current owner still tooling about the area. Take a look and see where these are made. In a country that still values quality of performance and strives for perfection.

This car was purchased as a gift for my son to use to travel to his job out of town. He has a lease and I didn’t want him to rack up miles on his other car/lease. As a previous Prius owner, I know he would love another Prius to use daily. After this reliable vehicle is paid off, I plan to buy one for my other son and then a new one for myself! We love the hybrids in our family!

We had Subarus' before. A 2015 impresario, and a 2021 legacy, we traded the impreza for. We drove the legacy for about a year, and was never really happy with all the bells, and whistles, even though it would be great for someone who likes all those features. I have owned a lot of cars, and this 2023 Impreza is my favorite. It still has some hi tech stuff. But is basic enough for me to use everything on it. I would highly recommend this car without hesitation

Received response to interst within half hour and then a follow up call when the car was being sent to auction as they did not want to keep it. The salesman has since contacted me and ask if I was still lookin for a vechile and I shared that was true, but only an American sedan, so it would fit my long legs and have a comfortable ride for four individuals.

got the car mid 2023 as a gift. it’s my first car and honestly, it’s amazing. doesn’t have anything too flashy, but gets me from point a to b. she’s super spacious, though my heated seats sometimes don’t work. the ac does break sometimes, but i love how fast the take off speed is :)
