Rachel Eisele, Tim O’Connell, and Tyler Stevens were fantastic. My husband and I were shopping for new car and didn’t have a salesperson chosen upfront. We walked into Bommarito Toyota and were immediately connected with Rachel. Rachel was friendly , professional, and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and guided us in purchasing a brand new car as well as helping us understand all the benefits and resources we could take advantage of and in getting a good deal on our old vehicle that were trading in. She was clear that the waiting could take up to 4 months (other dealerships had mentioned the same thing too). But Rachel kept in touch and believe you me, she got us a brand new car in 1 month! Better still, she collaborated with Tim to ensure we had all our questions about a new car answered. Tim took the time to help us get acquainted with the Toyota App. It was a new level of experience to see two salespeople working collaboratively rather than competitively. Perfect communication, showing you opportunities, no pressure to buy and still friendly and professional even if you don't buy a car. I still ended up buying my new car from that dealer ship last year. I have been there 2 times afterwards for my inspections and everyone is friendly, helpful and are not trying to make you change things if you don't have too. I feel like i can definitely trust them

We recently purchased a 2014 Mazda 3 from Lou Fusz Mazda on Lindberg. My husband and I visited every Mazda dealership in the Saint Charles/Saint Louis area. Our salesperson, Chase Winters, was very knowledgeable about the Mazda 3 and was a pleasure to work with. He lets you make up your mind with no pressure to buy. Chase stayed late after the dealership was closed to make sure all the paperwork was completed and the car was cleaned and ready for us. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was friendly and helpful. We will come back to Lou Fusz and Chase Winters the next time we are in the market for a car.

Highly recommend coming to hertz to buy a car. The salesman I worked with was Tom. Not only do they have a wide selection of vehicles, welcoming environment, and an outstanding team. As picky and Indecisive as I am. They took the time to make sure I was taken care of. Steve Emerson stepped in and encouraged me to get a trade in value for my 2002 Jaquar. Steve counseled me in a a very professional, no nonsense manner. He worked with me in very clear, upfront terms. I was able to understand the options I had given all the variables. Steve made completing the deal easy. I left feeling that the Steve worked out a win for both me and the dealership.
