It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

We leased a 2019 civic hatchback ex and loved it so much we bought out the lease three years later. The best feature that’s unique to these cars is the Lane Watch Blind Spot camera (available on the EX, SI and I believe touring models) I don’t know why they went away from this feature with the 2022+ models. Add all the sensors you want but the camera is better than anything else. I thought it would become standard on more cars, not get phased out. Besides that, the true city gas mileage is closer to 24 than 30, but highway is about 40 and mixed is 29. Very good for an all gas car. We had very few problems in the 6 years we drove it. Only thing we had to replace was the infotainment system— covered by the extended warranty. If it wasn’t for some dumb teens speeding through an intersection and taking us out in the turn lane, it should have lasted another good ten years if not more. This version of the civic is a great little car.

This dealership has an excellent policy. I have been shopping for a new Jeep for about two years now. This dealership never overwhelmed me with follow up calls or texts. They also took me serious and were patient with me. I visited the dealership about four times in two years before I decided to buy. Other dealerships either ran me off for not buying what they had on the lot, or they wouldn’t take me serious about special ordering. I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

I had this car for about 1 year. I purchased it as a lease return so it was well maintained. I used it for commuting to work only and was able to get to and from work on a single charge. So I've only used one tank of gas during the entire time I had it and just filled it up last week.

I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

Great car. Great Price. No complaints. Just the right size for me, mainly for visibility. I've upgraded to more bells and whistles than I had before. Love the backup screen for parking. Love the miles per gallon at 32. The car has great pickup - just what you need when you need it.

I bought my golf new at the end of 2016 and would have kept it much longer if it had not been totaled in an accident. The few little issues I had were covered under the initial warranty (coolant leak, trunk leak). Nothing else other than normal maintenance things like brakes and tires up to 81,000 - that's as far as I can speak to. I took good care of it, did the VW service things for the most part and I have no doubt it would have lasted to 200K or beyond. It looked cool and was fun to drive. I had the S manual. I enjoy driving and had a tiny regret about not getting the Wolfsburg edition (faster engine, slightly better options like heated seats and sun/moon roof).

Front mid console is a bit awkward in placement, making it difficult to put two drinks in the designed locations. Its also awkward for the passenger to open the compartment because the fit is too close to the front seats. The lack of any dedicated sunglass compartment is frustrating. How about as part of the overhead info center?

We sold them a car through private sale in PA. Megan contacted me and made an offer we happily accepted. We did a FaceTime walk around of the car. They had an agent, Valerie, fly up to PA to do a final inspection and purchase. They encouraged us to do the sale at a bank or police station for security. She did a thorough walk around to make sure there were no unforeseen issues with the car. There was no hassle or last minute renegotiation to the offered price. Valerie brought cash to pay for the car and said that we should take the cash into the bank and have the bank verify it before we sign any paperwork to turn over the title. So never at any point was I nervous. Overall an extremely professional and timely transaction. I’d absolutely sell another car to them.

Volkswagen did a great job refining the MK8 GTI. Key points -One of the best handling FWD cars mainly due to the LSD, XDS and suspension refinement. -Very smooth power deliver almost 0 turbo lag. - 40th anniversary has to be the best value purchase as it comes standard with DCC and IQ lightings which are only available on the highest trim. The negatives include: -The infotainment can be improved wireless android and apple car play need to be standard. Can't set your phone properly on the wireless charger when the phone is attached to the wire. - Compared to the MK7 the coin holder and the sliding storage below the driver sear is missing. -Unable to disable auto start and stop feature permanently as restores to default on every time you start the vehicle.

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

I used to own a Chevy Camaro before. Though it felt feeling great driving it everyday and feeling the power in my hands and feet, the maintenance costs and upkeep definitely came at a premium, not to mention the gas guzzling. This car meets a more important need for me, that is, to go to far off places and help me explore. A very robust and extremely light on gas, I have been able to travel about 700 miles on just a tank full of gas, which is just very amazing. Besides that, Toyota's amazing software and safety features makes this car well worth the price. It's a great long distance commute vehicle.

This the third time we have purchased a new Toyota from this dealership. I have to state that our salesman Joseph Britton was exceptional to work with. He helped us through the process of getting our 2026 Highlander. He is extremely caring and goes out of his way to please the customers. He loves what he does and it shows. It's a fantastic vehicle, both inside and out. I get about 30-50 electric miles depending on whether I do freeway or side-street driving, what the outdoor temperature is, if I have AC on, etc. I get 50-60 mpg when the engine turns on. It gets to freeway speeds really fast in sport mode, but I normally stay on eco/normal mode - normal mode has more than enough power for my needs. Interior features lack the extra toys from the XSE and Premium trims, but I can live without them. Trunk space is adequate with the folding cover attached and only slightly better without it due to the sloped rear exterior. But I've never had a problem with trunk space since folding down the seats grants more than enough room for my needs. Cabin space is decent. No one in my family and friend group is over 182 cm tall so all of them can fit with ample head and leg room. I have no complaints with the handling, even at higher speeds. It's smooth, but outside noise does get a bit loud especially when the engine turns on. Charging is a tad over nine hours if using a standard 110v/120v L1 charger, and half that with a 220v/240v L2 charger. The Prius Prime is not built to handle DC charging, so don't bother with that. EV mode is good for up to 55 mph or so, and HV mode is good for speeds beyond that. The sweet spot speed for HV mode seems to be around 65-72 mph. Beyond that and efficiency takes a nosedive. The Prius Prime, or any plug-in hybrid (PHEV), isn't for everyone. It's the best of both worlds, but it's also the worst of both worlds. During EV mode, a PHEV is a less efficient battery electric vehicle (BEV) since it's carrying a heavy internal combustion engine (ICE) that isn't being used, along with all the other ICE components. It also has all the maintenance requirements of the standard HEV variant, unlike a true BEV. When the battery is depleted, a PHEV is a worse hybrid since it's carrying a big battery that isn't being used. Despite a PHEV's versatility between gasoline and electric usage, it isn't for everyone. It can run on gasoline only without ever charging the battery, but then you lose all the benefits of EV driving. You paid extra for the EV experience, so you might as well charge the battery. Final thoughts: the Prius Prime is a very good car, but only If you can charge at home. If not, then get the standard Prius since that one is an even more efficient hybrid.
