I went into the dealership to test drive a Q8 ETron I left with a new EV vehicle! Wow right! I never thought that I would ever purchase an Electric car! Audi sold me on the wave of the future? I?m proud of my decision go figure

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Ron was courteous, efficient and helpful. He spent a lot of time explaining the new features. He also provided me with the garage door opener which is no longer featured on the new Hondas at no cost. He always goes out of his way to help and be there when you need him. They don't make them any better than Ron.By the way this was a lease and not a purchase.

I drive for Uber, and this is the perfect car for ride-share drivers. I did previously drove an Acura MDX which was more comfortable and luxurious, but at 21 mpg it just didn't make since. The dealer was surprised and asked if I was trading it for the Prius, I assured him I knew what I was doing. Turns out it is the smartest car I have ever owned and for me was a very smart purchase. Do not give it a 2nd thought if you are on the fence. I can get Luggage into the back that surprises people with the amount of space, way more that a sedan with a regular trunk, and the ride is surprisingly comfortable. I am averaging 54 mpg which is just phenomenal. As a bonus the maintenance and tires are way cheaper to maintain and replace too. These are built in Japan and it shows quality wise.

Very happy with the used car price transparency. I was able to see how my car placed in the market. My Salesperson Kobe was friendly and knowledgeable.

My 2010 Prius with the solar panel package has been the best car I’ve ever owned. At 180k miles it drives like a dream and I’ve never had to replace anything besides the brakes. If I drive right I actually get 60-85 mpg. It’s a really wonderful car. I expect another 50 to 100k more miles out of it.

I've owned several Corolla's before, and the 2023 XSE is the best one yet. The fit and finish of the exterior, and the design and materials of the interior are all high quality for a car in this price range. The overall drivability is excellent, and feels like a car that's much more expensive. I'm still not really a fan of the CVT transmission. When you go to accelerate quickly, the car seems to be sliding in between gears and never actually chooses one. But after reading the owners manual and learning to shift the gears manually, it allows the cars performance to really shine through. It has 10 gears in the Manual Mode, and it's actually pretty fun to shift with either the up & down shift paddles on the side of the steering wheel, or pushing the gear-select lever one at a time. Anyway - it was the only driving issue I had, and Toyota already had a solution. Overall, this new Corolla is the best value car I've ever owned.

This dealership is the greatest in the metro Detroit MI and around the Toledo OH areas. I emailed thirty dealerships to negotiate on a 2025 Hybrid Toyota Camry. This dealership was the only one that would negotiate with me. It was also the nicest dealership. I negotiated with them on 1/27/25. That is a time period when dealerships should negotiate. Dealerships make bonuses based on monthly quotas, incentives, etc. Sales people are normally only commission pay in the car sales business. If they don't rnake there quota they need to pay back the dealership for a pro ration of there quota shortage. Please learn about commission only payment for employees. I emailed thirty dealerships to negotiate pricing on the camry. This dealership answered my many questions. They didn't push me to come into there dealership. They respected my request to communicate via only by email (until I was ready to make a phone call to the dealership). They still do not phone me after I phoned them and honored my communicate by just email. I didn't agree with a charge dealerships gives to customers. This dealership was the only one negotiable on that charge. When I received my new vehicle the tank was filled up with gas. It was also very clean. They also threw in some options with my negotiated price. Don't waste much time calling other dealerships. This dealership is the only one that will give you respect. This dealership is the only one that will be negotiable. The other dealerships did not even want to give me $1.00 off the price. Also, the dealership will give you the out the door price. The dealership will not do the usual games of pushing you for "what do you want for a monthly payment". Also, I wasn't lied to by this dealership. I caught at least one lie from one person at every other dealership. Normally, if i were talking to more than one person it would be at least one lie per person per dealership. I also shopped at dealerships for a used vehicle this past summer. i followed the same procedures. all of the same things happened to me this past summer. it is very sad and sick. sadly, in the summer time page toyota didn't have my sought after vehicle. after my experience in the summertime i was exhausted from the horrible experiences. i have to shop so that is why i'm back shopping for a vehicle. The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

I, and my wife bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze LS Sedan in February 2018 brand new right off the back of the delivery truck. We simply take very good care of "PIP" as we call him, and he has and does take very good care of us. The key is keep up with all of the maintance before it is needed! Great car overall, only 41, 767 Miles!

This car is great for a first car! I’ve gotten this car as 16 year old brand new in 2015. Since then I had many oil changes and tire rotations. I use this car for transportation of friends and family, going to work and school. As of today I have over 200,000+ miles on this and it is still going strong. With me getting around 39-45mpg every day. (Back when gas was under a dollar I only paid $7 for a fill up. Now it’s $20 so definitely worth it instead of paying $40-$80 per fill up.) The only issue I have with it is the check engine light is on and doing diagnostics it has emissions issues with a small leak. The inside you get a basic radio I suggest getting a Bluetooth audio receiver so you can listen to your own music on your phone. Driving at night is one of the worst things in this car. You get blinded every time you go past a car in the opposite lanes. Also the cloth seats are amazing your xxx is never frozen compared to a leather seat.

I bought my 2016 Chevy Cruze LT in 2019 with 19,000 mi on it. I've now had it for 6 years and with minimal maintenance I now have $270,000 mi on the car. I'm 71 years old I have a lead foot and I love the cruze. Still driving that car today and now looking to buy another one. It's too bad Chevrolet did not continue to make the cruze.

I have purchased TWO vehicles from this dealer. First purchase, was easy peezy. In and out but my 2nd vehicle I purchased their gap insurance (major bad idea) because the vehicle was totaled and I had to put in a gap claim. Make a long story short, Smart Auto tried everything they could to NOT pay off my gap claim but the finance lady Debbie wasn't having it. I called her with my concern and she called those folks up and handled this for me. 4 months AFTER the insurance agent paid the claim, Debbie put fire to the gap company's xxx and guess what? My claim will be paid in 5 days. I'm so happy and forever grateful for her because good help is so hard to come buy. I think I'm going to buy another vehicle from them just off this service alone!

Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

stopped by Golling Toyota just to look around and explore my options, and I was really impressed by how welcoming and professional the staff were, especially Ashley S. . Even though I made it clear I wasn’t ready to buy yet, they still took the time to answer my questions, show me a few models, and explain financing options without any pressure. The dealership was clean, organized, and had a great selection of vehicles. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I’ll definitely consider coming back when I’m ready to make a purchase.

Front mid console is a bit awkward in placement, making it difficult to put two drinks in the designed locations. Its also awkward for the passenger to open the compartment because the fit is too close to the front seats. The lack of any dedicated sunglass compartment is frustrating. How about as part of the overhead info center?

Serra Mazda in Brighton was the best shopping experience I have had with a dealership. Justice was a great salesperson. Having been in and around the retail automotive industry for over 30 years it was refreshing to see a young energetic honest salesperson do what he said he was going to do. The management was very friendly and efficient. Great place to buy a Mazda.

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.
