We visited many dealerships in the Tricities area with varying experiences--mostly good. However, when we arrived at Archibalds, we met Guy. He was friendly, listened, and cared about what we wanted. Purchased a 2021 sedan premium plus turbo AWD in 2022 with 11,000 miles. THE BAD: At 17,000 miles I discovered the front end would wobble when I applied the brakes. I was told by the dealer that I needed front and rear rotors and that the cost would be $1,000. When I asked why I needed brakes at only 17K miles I was told it was because the rotors must have gotten wet when I drove through a puddle when they were hot. Really? He obviously thought I was an idiot. It ended up costing me $600 to have a local shop do the work including an upgrade on the quality of the original factory rotors and pads. At 29,000 miles the car left me stranded in a parking lot when the battery died. A replacement battery cost me $280. At 30,000 miles the original manufacturer tires were badly worn and needed to be replaced (and yes I rotate them in fact EVERY oil change as opposed to every other). I purchased 4 Michelin tires which cost me $1,200. Also at 30K miles a rock came up from the road and cracked my windshield causing me to spend my deductible to have it fixed ($500). Nobody's fault I understand, just one more expense with so few miles.I have also noticed that I often get a "safety and driver support systems temporarily disabled" notice. It seems to be random but is annoying nonetheless. Shouldn't be happening at 32K miles. At 29K miles I apparently hit a pothole and the front rim was badly bent. The cost to straighten the rim was $140. The lane departure safety feature is annoying. Every time I even begin to leave my lane it violently pulls me back. Even when I need to go around an object in the road it pulls me back. Also, the tone associated with lane departure only works when it fells like it which is probably a good thing. Another issue is that it takes forever for the interior to get warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The car needs to warm up for at least 15 minutes before the temperature gets where I need it to be. The problem with that is that when using the remote start through the Mazda App, it only allows the car to run for 10 minutes. Also, you can't make any adjustments to the temperature from the app. ... THE GOOD: This vehicle is a blast to drive! It sounds great and it has plenty of power and I am still in love with the exterior appearence. The interior is done so well and as YouTube car reviewers say, "it's a great place to be". It has every option I would every want except for wireless Apple car play. It handles great and the AWD seems to work really well in slippery conditions. Currently I am at a crossroads. Do I sell my Mazda3 while the value is still high and get something else or do I keep it and hope nothing else goes wrong? I really like the car but I want to love it. One issue is the fact that when I purchased it I got 2.9% financing. I would be lucky to get 6.9% with todays rates. Also, if I sold it what the xxxx would I buy that has all of these features, a turbo engine and AWD that wouldn't cost me $35-$45K?!

One of the well-constructed cars I owned. I owned seven Honda/ Acura cars never one disappointment. The six speeds can run up to 7k RPM. This is a small rocket when needed in R-Mode. Comfort mode is great when it comes to mpg gas.

(My husband and I have purchased 25 vehicles thru the last 40 years) Lolo is and will be the only Salesperson we will recommend to any one who asks! He is not pushy, not annoying, nor is he a hoverer. Lolo is very amicable and a down home person. Sales Finance: Brian and Ivan, very conscientious and caring during our interaction of signing of contracts and going over the financing. Brian and Ivan called me the very next day to see if everything was going well with my new vehicle and if I had any concerns. I did have a couple of concerns relating to the charging of the vehicle (not related to them or Lithia).They listened to my concerns and were able to offer suggestions. Over all, Lithia of the Tri-Cities have loyal customers indefinitely.

I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul with 52,000 miles on it in April last year. I now have 62,000 on it now. It looks good and drives great. No problems so far. Nice car.

It's my 3rd Type R and last.IS such a great platform that I had to own each upgrade. Is a well-balanced car. It spacious enough to be a daily, fun enough to take it to the track, reliable enough to put miles on without worry.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I've had a 17 Ford Fiesta Se car since 2017. Bought it brand new off the lot. Got ripped a new one due to the price I paid, however it was worth it. She's got a bit over 200,000 miles and the only major problems were the timing belt was walking off, and the original belt snapped put of the blue once. Cars a/C is still perfect, lacks horsepower but a very economical and spunky car. Time for maintenance on the sus as of now, but I still love driving it. Bluetooth took a crap, and it still drives great. I live in the mountains so it's taken a beating, but she keeps going!

We purchased our Mitsubishi used a year ago and have been quite pleased darting around Los Angeles with this small car. As small as it is, it's quite comfortable, even roomy, inside. Runs well. Highly recommend for older folks like us who don't do a lot of long-range driving.

I bought my 2011 C30 almost 6 years ago (2015). It has been everything I had hoped for, and then some. This is my second Volvo. (My second car, back in the day, was a 1964 Volvo 122S.) While the C30 is a "compact" car, the Swedes designed the interior with more than enough room for my 6' 3" frame. I love taking the car out on the winding roads through the coastal hills and letting it rip. My C30 has been extremely reliable, and problem-free. As a 10 year-old car, its styling more than holds up over time. I still get compliments from strangers, many who can't believe it's a Volvo. I expect to own this car for many years to come. After years of owning larger vehicles while we raised our family, this C30 has been an absolute joy to own and drive.

Great family car that is super fun to drive. The cargo space and rear legroom are amazing! I have a tall family and everyone can travel together in comfort. Add in the panoramic moonroof, rear climate controls and heated rear seats and you get a lot of bang for your buck in this underrated hatchback!

Great costomer service. They treat you very kindly, and they show you what's wrong with your vehicle and give you options on how to fix it. Great appliances, very nice waiting room with a free water bottle.

Is it the most fun car to drive? No. Is it a really cool car? No, unless you're an engineer. Is it reliable, cheap to operate and maintain? Yes! That's what this car is designed to do. It doesn't get up like a sports car or carry as much as a truck. Over 3 years of ownership I've experienced Zero problems with this car. I routinely transport my 4 kids around in it. I have moved 2x4's (8ft limit) in this. I have driven 500 miles at once in it. I have driven it in snow (once). It's a great car for anyone concerned about total cost of ownership.

We have a 1.6T. It has all of the performance we need but turns into a 40+ mpg car on long trips. It is the ultimate GT car.

Had this car the moment it was released in 2018 because I really liked the European “N” version. Had no issues except for a couple of sensors and a rubber engine mount going bad. Recently had the spark plugs changed to keep up the performance. No issues even after being modified either. Great car and probably going to be my “Forever car”.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

Car is surprisingly compliant, I’ve had a few big Audis and vws with low profile tires and this car is really comfortable in comfort mode, took it immediately to a private event at Palmer a few weeks back and the car in stock form did fabulously, definitely lives up to the hype.... and then some. Only downside so far is the lack of options for tires since this car has odd-sized tires, non oem wheels are out of the question, the car has zero torque steer, aftermarket wheels would make all the magic go away. Also, 30mpg is a big plus. I traded my 2011 Range Rover sport for this and honestly the Honda rides better. Leaving the car stock will be the main goal, the car to my eyes is absolutely perfect and livable for daily duties. One thing I’ve noticed lately is that the car has not stopped from appreciating. Future classic is an understatement.

I love this A3. I’ve always driven German cars. The feel of closing a door, it’s heavy. It’s safe. I love the luxurious interior. The drive is smooth. We’ve managed to pack a lot into the trunk. We’ve used pods on the roof rack for a ski trip. Also the MPG is great. Overall a great car.

drives like a sporty spaceship.. feels like levitating on the road. super tight steering, classic bmw feel - sticks to the road, nice turbo feel. if you have the M Sport package, great sporty appearance

got the car mid 2023 as a gift. it’s my first car and honestly, it’s amazing. doesn’t have anything too flashy, but gets me from point a to b. she’s super spacious, though my heated seats sometimes don’t work. the ac does break sometimes, but i love how fast the take off speed is :)
